Luckily, I was able to snag a reservation for 6:45, so we found a few things to do nearby while we waited. Once we returned, we were seated upstairs, which I actually prefer. It's noticeably less crowded and quieter than the main floor, making for a more relaxed experience. The menu offers a great variety, and their draft list is especially impressive for beer lovers. This time, I ordered one of their meal deals with mac and cheese, along with pretzels and beer cheese. Portion-wise, it did feel a bit small, but for the price of the deal, it made sense. That said, the flavor was a bit underwhelming. The mac and cheese and beer cheese dip both lacked that rich, cheesy taste I was expecting. The mac and cheese also had quite a bit of topping/breading, and the sauce was fairly loose, almost soupy in consistency. Since this was my first time ordering it, I'm not sure if that's typical. Overall, it's still a great downtown spot that offers something for everyone. The service was prompt and helpful, which definitely added to the experience.

We arrived a few minutes early and the restaurant was quite busy. The ladies at the front were great, they explained the seat is not quite ready yet but should be right at our time. We were seated on time. Our server was very knowledgeable and made great recommendations. It was quite busy on a Tuesday with families and small groups. It is loud but not too much. You can tell it is "the spot" There was a selected menu with small shareable plate style options. We ordered the "Grove for two" then added on to accommodate the 3 of us. Of course we started with the bread and butter, this was simply sinfully good. Our list of plates were, summer salad, fritto misto, hash brown, asparagus, fjord trout, braised pork, short rib, lamb, and flat iron steak. They brought each plate as they thought should be. Omg the flavors. Every plate was done to perfection and brought out in perfect timing. We ordered a bottle of their Pinot Noir which worked perfectly. Our dessert was the strawberry shortcake with the basil ice cream as recommended by our server, topped things off wonderfully.

After contacting the restaurant, I was told the missing items would be remade and ready in about 20 minutes. It ultimately took closer to 45 minutes, and I had to drive to the restaurant myself to pick up food that should have arrived correctly the first time. That said, what changed my opinion was how the team handled the situation afterward. The General Manager personally came out, apologized sincerely, gave me her card, and told me to contact her directly so she could make things right. She took ownership of the mistake rather than making excuses, which I genuinely appreciated. Nobody likes dealing with a missing order, and there is definitely room for improvement in their Uber Eats process. However, mistakes happen in every business. What matters is how a company responds when things go wrong, and Stella's showed they care about their customers and reputation. Not a perfect experience, but the recovery effort and customer service earned back a lot of goodwill. We'll give them another chance.

Had to flag them down to order food, get condiments for the food, get more water. Never got any silverware or napkins. Also didn't know if you can order food online. Was my birthday and I could tell it was my birthday and no single worker ever told me happy birthday! The other shift after about 5pm ish was a lot better!!

Ordered fried rice with sticky chicken which came to me not hot. I was hungry, so I just ate it. Probably not my choice next time, but the kimchi was good. The kicker: Then the bill comes.... I spent $30 on a not so great meal + a draft local beer to examine my bill further to see a bill surcharge "for fast-rising expenses". Huh? Arbitrary unannounced surcharges stink. Update your prices, but don't be sneaky. It is a nice spot. I'm likely to visit again.

While yes, we had a large party, it was clear that the server could have used help. It took over 20 minutes for us to get our drink order (and my friend ordered a beer but she got it in a can), even more time to put in our food order and it took almost 2 hours for our food to arrive. When the food arrived, it was very clear that all the food was sitting for a long time under the heat lamps for a very long time. The kettle chips were hot! And they are not homemade. The burger my friend got was very dry and overcooked (ordered medium) and I ordered grilled chicken on my chicken Caesar salad and the chicken was not seasoned at all. I ordered a full and expected a full chicken breast with at least pepper on it! I got 5 slices... such a joke. The server tried to keep up and had to walk a lot of stairs but the whole experience was very lackluster and disappointing. I would have appreciated her explaining the wait time for food, coming back to see if we needed more water or drinks but nothing. I used to love coming here and I don't think I'll want to return.. it's past its prime and I think there are better places, with better food and better service. Especially for the cost. The other thing that made it difficult to enjoy was the noise - it was overwhelming how bad it was!

The menu is extensive and filled with delicious, comfort meals... including the TV dinners. I saw this and felt like I had to try it! I just got the chicken fingers version and their fried chicken, mac and cheese were sooo good. I even loved the little veggie mix! But the winner, which got me to even order it, was the little brownie that came along with it. A full meal with dessert for such a small amount of $$. I look forward to trying their brunch sometime or coming back to try more of their items again!

We got the pickle tickle as well as the Southern raw fries (more like deep fried spiral cut potatoes) which were both good. I got the nachos since I tend to get them whenever I go and all were very good. My daughter is vegetarian and they had lots of vegetarian options. Service was good and quick. All 5 stars. They even have their own canned root beer. How cool is that. Unfortunately it was a little too sweet with maple syrup/molasses taste for me (to be fair the waitress forewarned me about the fair. But why not try their signature root beer. I don't regret it one bit). My only issue, which is out of their control was that the parking lot was packed on a Saturday 6pm, so we had to find street parking down the road.
