This food did not sit under a hot plate for hours. It was freshly prepared and even had a polite sprinkling of parsley for flair. Unique vibe thats neither too much or not enough. Honestly, perfect for a chill late morning breakfast in the city. We love predictability when hunger strikes, so I'll be back. A little pricey for breakfast + coffee at $30, super awkward tip request, but not so bad that I would deduct points. Wanna impress an overnight guest with a proper sendoff, or just do something nice for yourself? Treat yoself!!

That said, the aesthetic feels less Buckingham Palace and more whimsical London antique shop -- charming & eclectic. I ordered the blueberry lavender matcha and a breakfast plate. The menu names were definitely on brand, but not quite catchy enough for me to remember them later. Both were solid, though, and hit the spot. Service was a highlight. The cashier really leaned into the accent and took the time to thoroughly explain the menu, which made the whole experience feel more immersive and welcoming. Parking was easy on an early weekday afternoon -- always a win. The space works well for small parties, but be prepared: tables are small and seating is close together. One tip: avoid sitting upstairs in Eden. It's noticeably warmer than the rest of the restaurant, and you'll likely leave smelling like breakfast. Overall, a fun, themed spot with great service. But I don't think I'll be back.

This time we decided to eat at the Atlanta location and the vibe was just as chill with a nice cozy fall vibe. The music was just right as it pulls you back to being in your own living room with the 90s R&B playing in the background. We started with peach and pineapple lemonades, followed by the fruit plate before our breakfast entrees. The food truly tasted as good as it looks. Im not a grits girl at all, but I had to try it because the presentation was so esthetically pleasing. I was not disappointed with the combination of fried, and smooth textures and great flavor. The sauce they poured over the grits had all the flavoring needed to take your taste buds on a trip. Then there's the vanilla bean waffle with colossal butterflied fried shrimp. I live for this dish back in N.Y., so this is always a go to meal for me! The shrimp taste so good with a saltiness that brings out the vanilla bean taste of the waffle. Definitely try it out whenever you're in town & remember to make a reservation so you don't have to wait. Paid parking on the side of the building .

Everything was so hot, fresh and flavorful. Money well spent. The cooks put their foot in that food. No complaints. Seating is a little tight, but nothing to complain about. Also, no liquor. Not a big deal because the food is amazing. But it would be nice to have.

I thoroughly enjoyed the service from my waitress. Can I say waitress or do I have to say server? It's very colorful place it's best to park in the back there's a lot of space. Don't forget to go online to pay for parking. They do have a discount. The key is to put down 2 hours parking and then they give you a code to get reimbursed once you're inside. The table tops were a little unsettling they weren't a solid piece of wood it was almost like a stretchy material. The seats are not very good if you like your back supported. My lunch mate and I arrived before the gift shop open. I wish I had time to go in. I'm sure I would have spent some money. It was very it's eclectic. They even had patio seating which was cool. And house specials, is friendly and engaging. He makes the rounds and talks to the customers, makes them feel like home. All the staff seem to work together well and a very jovial. I sat at the counter cuz I was flying solo and had nice conversations with those next to me. The way the entire building is decorated is completely eye candy and as satisfying as the food. If you like crazy loopy, different kind of stuff. There's a specific coffee shop and small gift shop in the back with social & environmental conscious products. Even have a film development drop off that I guess locals take advantage of cuz where do you go for that anymore other than some kind of chain pharmacy?. I took pictures for my posting but also for myself to consider coming back and shopping another time. Several of the magnets and signs I would love to own. The food is plentiful and flavorful. I had the daily special of Georgia fresh shrimp sauteed on top of homemade sourdough that had a little bit of a French toast crispy to it, topped with roasted tomatoes and spinach and thin crispy onions that were well seasoned. Most the time for lunch you just hope for something that taste good and this was beyond my wildest dreams of what I was going to eat for lunch today. And it was only $10. The burgers, the fried chicken, the fried shrimp, everything was looking so yummy. I totally have to come back. The place is much bigger than it looks from the front because it extends around the corner behind the counter and they greet you when you come in.

If you're trying to get in and out, I recommend coming with smaller groups, like 2-4 people. I think it'd be chaotic to try and deal with a big party in the basement dining area. Recommend any of the fried chicken dishes, biscuits, and fried okra.
