Location is close to the expressway. Parking- Not a whole lot of parking in the front, it's shared with other businesses. There is some parking in the back. Ambiance- It's nice. A lot more spacious then it appears from the outside. There is a good amount of seating. They have this room that's closed in by glass... good for a little private party, it gives you the feel of the action, but separate from the action. The ceiling over the bar is really cute and I've always liked the open ceiling concept. They have plenty of televisions, so you want miss the happening, games of fights. They have a nice sound system, clear and it can get loud. They look to have a decent liquor selection. Outside/patio- The edge out a space in the back of there club and put together a nice outside space. They have ut covered and right next to it they have a set up that is closed in for cigar smokers. Service- I can give you my experience but mines could have been avoided little personalized because each time I was there close to closing and invited out by friend of the owners. I sat at the bar both times and the service I received was good. Each time I never felt rushed. Food/drinks- I had the Lobster bites. Presentation cute, serived in the Lobster shell. Not a lot but I could expect that. The most important thing was the taste and they where really good. I would order them again. I had a Kentucky Mule with Uncle Ernest, it was good also. The second time I had one, it was just ok. Not sure what alcohol was use in that one. Important info- There is only 1 restroom for each. But I can say the lady's room was vary big and clean. I was on a break before I take my next load to Texas. I have enjoyed karaoke for about 20 years now, it's therapeutic. It was a short walk from the truck stop, walk through the door, it seemed quiet for karaoke I sat down ordered a Cadillac Margarita, it looked too be about 6oz with ice, I also ordered a salmon bite appetizer, there was no singing so I wasn't going to stay, I asked for my bill after making my order and to my surprise after 5 minutes my bill came to $40.65. I knew the price of the appetizer $14 but the drink came to $16.50 (which in my opinion cost twice as much and half the size of my normal haunts) and the kicker for me was that I was charged $5.85 as a gratuit with no services render sanes making my midget drink. No smiles no friendly conversation, actually none at all, there was only about six patrons in the place, but the bartender after serving my drink say in a booth behind me. She did deliver my bite and went back and sat down. I'm used to much better customer service, I tip for good service and I wouldn't recommend it to any of the truckers at the truck stop if they want a choice. It's a tip for good service. read more

Bleu Melody is a beautiful new lounge and restaurant on the east side of Atlanta that I first spotted through a promo video by Hood Anchor Ye. Since it is not too far from home, I decided to check it out on a Thursday night with a friend and I am glad I did. The space itself is absolutely stunning and very aesthetically pleasing. There is a nice DJ area, a bar, and plenty of seating that works for both large groups and smaller, more intimate gatherings. Even though it was not too crowded when we went, I can already tell this spot is going to get more popular as word spreads. We came during happy hour and had a great experience. TJ, our bartender, made amazing drinks and was extremely hospitable. He treated us like regulars even though it was our first visit. I started with a Cosmo that was a little heavy on the citrus but still a solid cocktail. We also ordered the salmon bites and fries. Both were delicious, great portions for the price, and perfect for sharing while sipping cocktails and enjoying hookah. The hookah service was independent but they provided great customer service as well, which made the overall experience even smoother. The only area that could be improved was the bathroom. The lock did not work, so I found myself scrambling quickly to make sure nobody came in. Overall, Bleu Melody checks the boxes for good food, strong drinks, and a nice vibe. I celebrated my 51st birthday there with my girlfriends, and we had an amazing time. The owner, Mel, is kind, gracious, and absolutely hilarious. She greeted me with a hug and told me to let her know if we needed anything. Our waitress was wonderful, and Mel checked on us often, which made the experience feel so personal and welcoming. The drinks are strong, and the food by Chef Alex is so good. I had a party of 12, and we ordered a variety of dishes--ribeye dinners, lobster bites, wings, salads, salmon bites--and no one was disappointed. Everything was delicious. I also hosted a Friendsgiving there in November with some of the birthday crew and some new friends. There was a Falcons game that day, and the vibe was on 1,000! The game played on the big screen, with an additional screen set up outside, and there was even a surprise birthday party happening at the same time. Let's just say--a time was definitely had! This spot was such a good experience from start to finish. The salmon bites were incredible, and as someone obsessed with spinach dip, theirs with the pita chips definitely did not disappoint. I grabbed a Mahi Thai from the bar and it was just as good as the food. Great energy, great atmosphere the whole place was a vibe. read more

DO NOT COME HERE!! EXTREMELY GHETTO!! ALL THE SERVERS HAVE NASTY ATTITUDES, standing around smoke hookah. My server was literally sitting in the booth next to me smoking hookah with the other services. Other employees were lend against the bar just glaring. Once I saw the environment I immediately order my food to-go! I saw they had a burger on the menu with a croissant bun, I asked the server if they had plain hamburger buns,if not, I already knew I would order a chicken salad. The server immediately said yes we have regular buns and I said OK. Can I get that without tomatoes. The food took some time to come even though the restaurant was completely empty, aside from us two, another table of four people and the server sitting in the booth in front of me, smoking hookah. when the food came out ,we checked the boxes and of course the croissant was on top of the hamburger. you could also clearly see the tomato in the center of the hole in the croissant. So I immediately called the server over and said hey what happened to the hamburger bun and she said oh man I got you. She left and never came back! because we decided to change the order from dine in to to-go I had already paid for the food. Once we began to complain about the food being incorrect. All of the servers started to laugh and giggle and talk about us mind these girls were not working. They were not cleaning. They were all smoking hookah and drinking at the bar, now they were all staring not helping at all. 20 minutes passed still no server. I LEFT BECAUSE YOU CALL TELL THE LEADERSHIPS AND MANAGEMENT ALLOWS THE EMPLOYEES TO BE COMBATIVE AND RUDE WITH GUESS. My total came up to $70. The Hamburg was $20. The owner of this place a rude old black women with a bleach blonde Mohawk, claim she would refund the burger but instead she refunded $19.44 then charges my card an additional $31, totaling $82. The following day we return 20 mins before they opened to the public and the servicer claimed she refunded $70 then charge my card $31. This behavior is illegal and predatory. They only had to refund the burger instead the charged me an additional $30 for absolutely so reason. We had to wait over an hour for the owner to come to the location because she is the one with the "code" after being told would be here 15 to 20 mins. The first thing the owner says is she can't do a refund! They are stealing from the Blk community. This is one of the main reasons I dont waste my money at Blk owned businesses. They may have good tasting food, but they lack any training in hospitality, Money management, sanitation (the sewage can be smelled in the bathroom) and integrity! They refused to look at the receipt they printed out and gave us the night before. After calling the police and getting a refund, this miserable old hag wanted to trespass me because I told other guests to make sure you check your receipt!!
