The restaurant was quite busy when we arrived, but the lack of service and care is totally unforgivable. I heard from a friend after the fact, who came by the restaurant earlier that same evening, that the situation was similar at that point. At that point the restaurant was pretty empty, and they said the estimated food wait time was more or less the same as what we were told. We left right after without trying the chicken.
