They said arrive by 9:30 and they can still do the grooming. Raced said dog there, ran into the building (rolling my ankle on the way IYKYK), and got to the desk at 9:30 on the dot (honestly might have been 9:29 when I walked in the door). Was told sorry the groomer said she can't take her it's 9:30. I said "you told my friend be here by 9:30 so what's the issue?" The front counter person said "It's 9:30 so the groomer can't she's very busy today." I said "well what if it was 9:29 and 59 seconds?" Counter person said "well we aren't an actually keeping a timer?" Yet that's exactly what they were doing. SHAME on this local neighborhood business for treating anyone this way. We personally left Green K9 back when Marni sold it because it's been totally downhill since and this is just another instance. This place is garbage and hopefully they won't last much longer in our town.

They were so present, gentle, and truly caring during a very scary time. When my dog suddenly needed emergency care, they went above and beyond--rearranging their schedule and doing everything they could to get him to the ER to save his life. It's rare to find people who treat your pet like their own, but that's exactly what they did. Their kindness, dedication, and quick action will forever mean the world to me. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who wants their pet in the most loving and capable hands. P.S. Don't be fooled by the name Wrangler or his large stature; he truly has the kindest heart for animals. My Great Dane, Knox, sensed that right away. Wrangler's size was a blessing when it came to helping dogs in distress, like gently lifting those who were having trouble breathing into their van. Since Knox has passed away, it's clear that Wrangler and his wife (the owners) were there for him, showing the kind of love and selflessness that only true animal lovers possess. Dr. Perry was absolutely the best part of a really crappy situation. I found out the day before…read morethat my cat was at the end of his life, and I've had him for 14 years. I didn't want him to be in pain and didn't have a lot of options, but Dr. Perry had an opening and made sure to let me know the whole process before the appointment so I knew what to expect. She showed up, explained what she was going to be doing again, and then said she's going to prep the sedative while we prepared. I held my cat the entire time he was getting sedated and set him down afterwards to let him get the final injection which was incredibly quick. Afterwards Dr. Perry let us have some more time to say goodbye, then took him to get cremated and gave us a timeframe for how long that should take. On the day his ashes were coming back to us she let us know as well. Overall she provides an amazing service for the absolutely worst time you can have, and was caring and compassionate the entire time. I don't want to have to reach out to her in the future, but I have more pets, so I'm sure we're going to, and I know that we'll have a vet who cares at the end of the day.

Dr. Perry traveled to his home and was totally professional and compassionate. She explained the whole process step by step and provided a peaceful home atmosphere. She took the time to answer any questions before proceeding. She allowed us private time between each step by stepping away each time. Although this was a very difficult time, Dr. Perry was loving and caring, knowing how devastating this time was for Steve's family. I was honored to prepare him for departure with her and she was all so gentle. As we placed him in her SUV, she gave me time to give him one last hug. Dr. Perry promised me she would take very good care of him and deliver him to the crematory lovingly. She then gave a hug and said she was so sorry. All of her services from coming to the home and until Steve was hand delivered back home was 12 days. His urn and paw prints are amazing which is all part of her total package. Dr. Perry provides such a wonderful service with the utmost professional, caring and loving experience. The whole family definitely wants to share our experience with Dr. Perry and wants others to know your precious fur baby is being handled with love and compassion through and through during such a difficult time. I'd have HAPPILY driven to the facility to retrieve them if given the option- which I was not. The thought of him in the back of the truck all day, bouncing around with people's online shopping orders made me sick. Then I get the ashes, and when I went to take 1/4 tsp to send away for memorial jewelry, it was nearly impossible to get 1/4 tsp of smooth ash as the container is FULL OF BIG BONE fragments! I cannot believe how lazy and uncaring this company is. Utterly heartbreaking experience. EDIT: I would like to note that a manager has called, twice, and offered a refund, additional mementos and to reprocess. He confirmed that the state I received Max back in was not up to their standards. I appreciate his sincerity, and just wish this never happened in the first place.

The cost was $500 just for the cremation, which through a non-emergency vet would be around $200. Because of the holiday I could not transport the body to a vet and so paid up. Then I was shown a folder of memorial urns and items I could buy. I was appalled. Grieving people do not make good choices, but usurious Agape thinks it can make more bucks by playing on our sorrow. But the real horror, after all that, was finding out my cat's cremains were being shipped through the post office--the cheapest way possible and so insulting. sending your pet home on a mail truck. I was able to get the cremains off the truck and to the vet, but for $500 I should have received Fed Ex kid glove treatment. I fault the vet clinic for using this greedy company. I have had other cats cremated and have never experienced such treatment. I just wonder if the ashes I get will be my cat's--some places take videos of their cremations, but I expect Agape has no proof the ashes are whose they say they are. Shame on them.
