Beings that it is Tuesday, I assume its the reason for it being mellow and not so crowded, however it is lunch time and its not busy. There were a few tables full of healthy minded folks with seemingly quiet conversations. I enjoyed the salad. It could have used a little more dressing which is a lot for me to say, as I use very little dressing on my salads. Overall I will return.
