The house was left spotless and, frankly, cleaner than it was when we moved in. Most notably, their response completely avoids the lack of customer service. We have rented from several other companies and have never experienced anything comparable. Their response has done little more than reinforce my original review. Still a nightmare of a company. Company provides poor communication until they want something from you. We left our rental spotless and they still took out over $400 for cleaning fees. Anytime we called to get info their answer was basically we have other customer so we will get to it when we get to it. There are a million other incidents but overall stay away!

Our turf advisor, Erin, was wonderful from start to finish. She was incredibly friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with, gave us a very reasonable quote, and kept us updated on when the crew would arrive to get started. We really appreciated how dependable and communicative she was throughout the entire process. The crew themselves were excellent. They worked efficiently but were also very meticulous, especially with the edging and getting the turf fitted around some tricky areas of our yard. We did have them come back to fix a couple of corners that exposed some dirt, and the crew returned within a reasonable amount of time to stretch the turf and add more nails to reinforce those areas. The finished product looks AMAZING! Our kids and dogs are loving the new space, and we're so excited to have a beautiful, functional yard that we can enjoy for many years to come. We're so grateful to Southern Turf Co. for coming through when we really needed it and would absolutely recommend them to everyone!
