I had a wonderful experience with James from Apartment Pros! He drove in to meet from Round Rock since I lived in Austin. We looked at his computer for apartments I liked and he checked for availability and my preferences on floor and move in date. Found a couple to go and look at...I liked the first one and I got rear ended on the way to the second and couldn't see the second one. He went ahead and sent me pictures the next day of it and said which one he thought would be a better fit for me. He also checked to see how I was doing. Rude, unprofessional and not accommodating at all. The first guy I spoke with had a very thick accent and was impossible to understand. I called the office to see if anyone else could help me and Kendall stepped in to help. I am not sure how they have five stars. I kindly asked if we could move back our appointment time to 3, and Kendall said he needed to leave at 5 p.m. on the dot to take his dogs out. I am coming in from Houston, so you can't try to be accommodating to my schedule and travel time? Then he accused me of "looking for a reason" to cancel. I allegedly spoke with the owner, Carrie, this afternoon but she was stumbling on her words and didn't sound like an owner of a business at all. Plus, their website lists a man as the owner. Not sure how this place has five stars. They don't seem to want to help or be courteous to people making a special trip from out of town just meet with them. If you are moving in from out of town or state, I suggest finding a different location service that is more helpful and professional. read more

Since the moment I walked in, Donna Richardson put everything aside to greet my girlfriend and I with a warm smile. She made us feel welcomed and comfortable, very hospitable. The entire time she kept asking what our needs were, focusing only on us and not implying she knew what we needed. She gave us room to breathe, and gave us options to choose from. I was looking for a short term lease and I wanted the apartment to be on the first floor and have a yard. We just found out this week we are relocating to Austin in one month. Moving across the country is stressful enough but finding a short term lease in a city I have never been to was completely overwhelming.
