I made the quick decision to move from North Austin to North Round Rock. I only had 1 day to find a nice place to live. I called Apartment Pros and Clementine helped me. I first talked to her about 3 pm and the next day at 10 am she had places lined up for me to show me She was very organized and professional. I told her exactly what I was looking for and she only showed me those that fit my criteria. She only had to show me two apartments before I found the perfect one for me. She explained the process as we went through it, and has followed up with me several times during my application and leasing process. I picked Apartment Pros based on the number of good reviews they had on Yelp. I am adding another here because they were so professional and detail oriented. read more

I had a wonderful experience with James from Apartment Pros! He drove in to meet from Round Rock since I lived in Austin. We looked at his computer for apartments I liked and he checked for availability and my preferences on floor and move in date. Found a couple to go and look at...I liked the first one and I got rear ended on the way to the second and couldn't see the second one. He went ahead and sent me pictures the next day of it and said which one he thought would be a better fit for me. He also checked to see how I was doing. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an apartment or a home in the future! read more

We're from Lewisville, Tx and needed help looking for an apartment in Austin for our son who is starting college there. We reached out to Apartment Pros and were connected with Donna Richardson. She was so helpful and gracious. We told her what we needed. She narrowed it down to 4 places and arranged a tour of the apartments. She was unbiased and let us make our own conclusions about the apartments. She was very personable and helpful with pointing out each apartments benefits and accessibility to the bus routes and the closeness to the campus. We signed a lease and when we were having trouble getting in touch with the leasing office, she came to the rescue and got all our questions answered and assisted in getting our move in date changed. Donna was a great help in getting our son moved to Austin!!! If you're looking for assistance finding an apartment in the Austin area, we highly recommend reaching out to Donna at Apartment Pros. Using this free service was a great time saver and made the process so much easier. We'll definitely call Donna again the next time we need to go looking for another apartment! Thank you Donna! read more

I just completed my Apt search, and there are a lot of brokers in the Austin rental market that you simply should not trust because of deceptive tactics. You can trust that Clementine has your best interest in mind. She helped me with my search and she was A-W-E-S-O-M-E. A barber referred me to her for help with my Apt search and I am so glad! I highly recommend using her if you want a broker who's honest and prioritizes your best interest over everything else. read more

My service from APA was flawless and Michelle was a great help in picking a unit. Thank you.

If you are looking for a committed, caring and personable agent I would highly suggest you stop by or call Apartment Pros! James helped find us the best apartment to fit our needs and 'must haves' (trust me the list wasn't short) he was incredibly accommodating!!! He was asking the property managers questions before we could and he really wanted to find us a home as much as we did! I never felt pressured or like I was annoying him with my indecisiveness. He was very knowledgable and really researched and I couldn't ask for a better apartment agent! I would send anyone to apartment pros, specially those who are out of town moving into the area, like us. I feel so comfortable moving into this new apartment...I am so happy and excited and it's all thanks to him and the Ingle team! :) read more

Rude, unprofessional and not accommodating at all. The first guy I spoke with had a very thick accent and was impossible to understand. I called the office to see if anyone else could help me and Kendall stepped in to help. I am not sure how they have five stars. I kindly asked if we could move back our appointment time to 3, and Kendall said he needed to leave at 5 p.m. on the dot to take his dogs out. I am coming in from Houston, so you can't try to be accommodating to my schedule and travel time? Then he accused me of "looking for a reason" to cancel. I allegedly spoke with the owner, Carrie, this afternoon but she was stumbling on her words and didn't sound like an owner of a business at all. Plus, their website lists a man as the owner. Not sure how this place has five stars. They don't seem to want to help or be courteous to people making a special trip from out of town just meet with them. If you are moving in from out of town or state, I suggest finding a different location service that is more helpful and professional. read more

I found Apartment Pros through the great reviews they have here on Google and on Yelp. The reviews are definitely accurate. I made an appointment with James and he went above and beyond to help me. I was looking for a short term lease and I wanted the apartment to be on the first floor and have a yard. James patiently called a lot of places and searched for me until he found me a place that I would love. I just moved in and I'm very happy! If you need help with apartment locating and want someone that is honest and isn't the type of locator that tries to push you into an apartment that they like, or something that you cannot afford (it has happened to me before) you should definitely go to Apartment Pros. James, Danielle and everyone I met is extremely nice and helpful! read more

Since the moment I walked in, Donna Richardson put everything aside to greet my girlfriend and I with a warm smile. She made us feel welcomed and comfortable, very hospitable. The entire time she kept asking what our needs were, focusing only on us and not implying she knew what we needed. She gave us room to breathe, and gave us options to choose from. She went above and beyond to make sure we were able to secure the apartment we wanted, plus it helped that from what we could see, she has a respectable relationship with all of the locations that we went to, that always helps to feel reassuring. Overall she was amazing and is great at what she does. Thank you Donna, we love our place! read more

We worked with Thomas directly. He was awesome. Found exactly what we were looking for. Asked good questions of the property managers and really looked out for our best interest. Would recommend this service to all. read more

We just found out this week we are relocating to Austin in one month. Moving across the country is stressful enough but finding a short term lease in a city I have never been to was completely overwhelming. I spent a couple days searching and calling apartments before I came across an apartment locator. I'd never heard of a locator before and I'd certainly never used one. I found this particular locator through Yelp and was happy with their reviews. Kendall was my guy and he was so friendly and calming and took all my apartment requests to heart when looking for a place. Within a couple hours he had found something that ticked all the boxes, I filled out a lease application and got the apartment. I would definitely work with them again and I am so happy with the service. And, if like me, you are thinking it's not really free to you because nothing is free in this world, I can assure you no money exchanged hands between me and Apartment Pros. They get paid by the complexes. So stop stressing yourself out unnecessarily and get some help finding a place! read more

Moving is one of the most stressful life experiences, so I was determined to find the best apartment locator I could. And I got just that in James Ingle of Apartment Pros! My experience with James, from the first time I spoke with him on the phone to meeting him and working with him in person, was just terrific. He is patient, considerate, extremely kind, and really knows the Austin real estate market. James made it clear right from the get-go that his priority was my finding a home I would love. He worked very hard with me, asking all the right questions and doing his research, to line up my top options. Once we got out there to see properties, he knew exactly which questions to ask leasing and continually checked in with me to see what my impressions were. I am very picky and had a lot of criteria for my new home, but James stuck with me until we found the absolute perfect place for me to live. In just one day, he put all of his focus and attention on lining up a wonderful home for me that met my budget, timeframe, and comfort level. He has continued to check in with me to make sure I have everything I need, and I would not hesitate to use him and Apartment Pros again. I definitely recommend James Ingle - he is a top-notch, quality, and experienced real estate professional for anything you need. read more

Last month when I began looking for an apartment, several locators took me to locations that I had little to no interest in. They weren't what I desired, they were what the locator desired! Thankfully I continued my search and was referred here! When I walked in I was pleasantly greeted by James. We went over what I was looking for and with refreshing enthusiasm he showed me a list of options and explained why they would be a great fit for me! Honestly, I knew within 15 seconds this was the end of my search and James was going to take care of me. I don't usually write reviews but this experience was more than pleasant and worthy of my time sharing it. Needless to say I now love my apartment and am very thankful of Apartment Pros for the customer experience they provided me. Highly recommend! Thanks again James! read more

Okay, moving is stressful. Everyone knows that. I found myself trying to find a place one day before I had to give my apartment notice to vacate. I saw the reviews, called the number, and it was the best possible experience. Betzy was professional, efficient, and she found me the perfect place. She turned what has been for me an extremely stressful situation, and turned it into a positive experience. I gave her a very specific location, price range, and list of things I wanted. She delivered on all of those and more. She found me the perfect fit and I can't wait to move in. My experience with locators in the past has been okay, but this experience was more than I could have asked for. Betzy did all of the legwork, and even called a place that I had already applied before meeting her, and tried to get things worked out for me with them. I'm on a tight schedule and had no time for apartment hunting, and she made sure I didn't have to do any of the work. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a new home. read more

In February 2016, I accepted an employment offer that required me to move to Austin, TX. I needed some help to find an apartment since I was not going to be able to be in TX until after I graduated on May 7. After reading reviews online here on Yelp and on Google, I called Apartment Pros. Danielle James worked with me and did an incredible job. This is one of the best services available and it is 100% free. Everyone should call and/or visit Apartment Pros. They really do help and are willing to take as much time as necessary to find the perfect place to live. Thank you so much Danielle for helping me find my new home in Texas! I will surely send anyone who is looking for an apartment your way! read more
