We endured this for a day. 13 hrs later they call me to tell me "we never got your messages" IF THAT ISN'T THE MOST IGNORANT UNPROFESSIONAL RESPONSE I HAVE EVER HEARD. YOU DONT BLAME THE TENANT FOR YOUR STUPID VOICEMAIL ISSUES (which is a lie!). I have the phone records. I even recorded myself calling the after hours hotline (because a friend cou believe me so I recorded myself and sent it to him-he said that's insane) and you can see in the video I left a message. This is the nonsense you have to deal with at this establishment. You don't blame the customer for their air conditioner breaking and you don't blame the customer for windows being sealed because you all put some kind of crap over it when you sprayed it; So basically you can't open windows & the AC is broke and this ignorant fool told me it's my fault. She had the audacity to say They didn't get a voicemail. Well, I know for sure they got the freaking online emergency request order. I got that confirmation too, so I don't know what this person is talking about and I'm not gonna leave her name although I should but I'm not say it. For your own safety and sake please stay away from this place. It's an old run down establishment; the appliances are old and you have to rig them to make them work. She was professional and courteous. Throughout the whole process. The communication was the key point to decide to move to the property. The apartment has an easy to get to filter for the AC a built-in desk next to the kitchen a nice patio area. The only downside is Carpet in the bedroom on the downstairs unit but that was a personal preference. The property is close to different restaurants and H-E-B plus market, it's quickly accessible down the stretch from interstate Highway 35. The property is also pet friendly. They have a gym and a big pool as well as a dog park and the playscape for kids. The property also has a trail around the property for walks. They also have a car station with the vacuum. The trash has to be taken to the trash compactor in the front of the property.

It was a newly renovated apartment that made it more appealing than the photos on their website. The only thing that isnt too good is the toilet and the thermostat since its outdated, but thats not important. The residents can be messy when it comes to their trash (furniture) they throw out by the big trash cans. But nonethless, so far i am pleased with it!
