    NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR MONEY. moved in to a filthy apartment they apparently had detailed. has of the apartment was broken and took there time to fix after that everything started breaking or falling apart with no intent to replace. instead they just continue to fix until it breaks again week or 2 later. after the winter storm my garage was damaged so they demoed the inside. full of dry wall dust and trash and insulation on everything i had in my garage. I was not able to park my car in my garage because of this my car revived major hail damage. i contact the management team AND THEY WERE NOT WILLING TO AID OR ASSIST IN RESOLVING THE ISSUE AS FAR AS THERE CORPRATE LEADER THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO YOU OR GIVE YOU A CALL BACK. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE WORST PLACE I HAVE LIVED WOSRT CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE HAD. here a photo of what there only trash area looks every week but 10x that.

    Bexley has improved. Their maintenance team is really great. Eric is one of the maintenance guys who is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He has been to my apartment several times to fix things from the AC to the Dryer and even a token seat. He is very respectful and does a great job the first time our! Eric makes the Maintenance team a 5 star service! Eric is a joy to work with. Thank you for your hard work Eric!!

    Trash outside neighbor's door

    I have lived here for quite awhile now so I guess I like it ok. Overall the complex is maintained fairly well, the office is modern and the self serve lockers are very convenient. However at times the trash gets really piled up as you can see from the photo. Also, there has been an issue with one of my neighbors leaving trash outside their door or near the steps. The lease office has been totally unresponsive to my concerns about it. They shouldn't have a text number if they aren't going to respond to requests. In the past I have frequently asked about speed bumps on the north side of the complex because drivers often go too fast in blind spots while people are walking or crossing at intersections. The east and south sides have numerous ones but none on the north side. Several staff have promised to look into it but never follow through. The staff turnover is extremely high. It seems every other month there is someone being replaced. The manager of the property also changes every 6-9 months it seems. I don't expect this new guy to be here any longer than the rest of the year based on past trends.

    They got the ice maker working, now my things in the bottom is freezing up. If I turn the ice maker off the bottom goes normal

    Watch for move out charges. They told me things looked good on a walk-through then charged me 849 dollars for carpet.

The rent…read morehas gone up considerably, but not more than any other property nearby - it's in-line with what every other Cedar Park and far NW Austin property charges. Management and maintenance make this place shine. It could easily be just another apartment complex. But maintenance makes damn sure everything stays in tip top shape. Management is proper management instead of manglement. The ameneties are decent. I only left because the rent got too expensive for me. They're definitely pushing the remodeled apartments pretty hard, and they carry a large premium, but every apartment in the immediate area has jacked rent way up. I've been renting for over 20 years. This was by far my best renting experience, between the office staff and maintenance. Yeah, the "classic" apartments are a bit dated, but the property as a whole has been very well maintained.

Bathroom two different light colors. Toilet handle is so dirty and yellow... it's disgusting. No wonder they didn't let me go back to check on the apartment before I sign the lease, because I would have changed my mind. I took pictures of everything so when I move out they can't tell me that I left the apartment dirty because I came into a dirty apartment. I had to bleach the yellow bathtub, deep wash and vacuum the carpet and wiped the whole bottom walls. Whoever used to live there was a dirty and disgusting person maybe but when they left, the apartment didn't care enough to properly cleaned the whole apartment or change what's already look bad, they only "semi renovated" the kitchen part. Too late to move out now but definitely not gonna recommend anyone to move here. Not worth the price!!

I want to give a shout out to Larissa Pierce for the great customer service she continues to display throughout the last several months. Every time I come in the office she smiles, greets me with kindness. Larissa has impeccable follow-through no matter how small or large the concern is. When I voice a concern I feel like I am being listened to and from past experience with Lorissa I know that it will be attended to. I will either receive an email of the result, or physically see it. As a resident at Cypress Gardens for the past year I have had many encounters with all of the staff and management. In each and every conversation and request the service has been top notch! It goes without saying, that Lorissa is highly professional in her position, and takes great pride in doing a great job providing excellent service to the residents of Cypress Gardens. If she hasn't already received a raise for her excellent work then Lorissa deserves one. Have an amazing day, and thank you Lorissa for being awesome!

    I don't even know where to begin with how badly made these are. This freeze and the wind blew…read moreright threw the apartment. We had to have the heat up because the windows are so badly made that they cold was coming directly threw them, when the wind blew the sound was loud and could feel it coming in. These are not worth what they are charging even with their free months. Don't waste your money here. Just go elsewhere, there are better apartments that you won't be throwing your money away. If I can get a video of the sounds of the winds coming through I will post that. And how is it that there are actually 6 reviews of this place but Yelp only showing one. Something shady about all of this with this place. Only a few months left on our lease. And yes....if they find out you are talking bad about them, you are on the "hit" list and are a target from that point on. I don't care though because I am outta here soon. I've uploaded a picture from a most recent bill sent to us. i am telling you move on from this place they stick it to you like no other apartment complex will ever do. Sickening.

    I have been living at Gramercy Northline for roughly a year. The original staff was a bit rude but…read morenot as bad as the current staff. About a week ago we found a large amount of black mold in our guest bedroom... I hired a company to do third party testing so make sure it would be safe to cut out while still living here... Normally it wouldn't be an issue but with my wife being pregnant and having a young daughter I wanted to make sure there were no health concerns. The leasing office tried to break in without my consent (2 times) to start the work before the test results came back. I asked over and over for them to wait a day, which they threw a fit over. Instead, they gave me a 2 day notice to leave otherwise they would go the "eviction" route. In case anyone tries to move into the TH2110, largest and most expensive unit at Gramercy, make sure all the mold has been removed from the upstairs: Bedrooms, closets and bathrooms.
