We were close to having our landscaping company build it. I'm really glad we brought in a specialist instead. Mark came out, measured both areas, picked the one he thought worked best, showed me the design, and asked what I wanted. I told him: tough, hard to play, something that simulates real golf. That's what we got. Letting Mark design it the way he thought was best was the right call. The customer service was incredible. The pool company had left the drain area unfinished, so Mark drove to Lowe's, picked up a drain cover, and came back to finish it himself. He even updated where the irrigation should run to make it a fun, usable four-hole green. That level of attention to detail, not just letting things slide, was consistent throughout. We also had them install artificial turf in the other area. With young kids, Mark thought about details I wouldn't have, making sure it was soft underfoot and wouldn't get too hot. He really listened. He came back a week later for a walk-through and cleaned up the edges to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. The price was very reasonable for what we got, and the end product is so much fun. The green is tricky. You have to get the pace and angle right. I'm pretty sure one of the holes is impossible, but maybe that's just my golf game. So glad we brought in a specialist. The work from Mark and the team has been amazing

After a year I moved to a 2 bedroom and love this apartment equally ! The management team are polite and courteous and nothing is a problem. The maintenance team are fantastic. I have had a few minutia problems that were all sorted out in a timely manner. both pools are clean and bright all year round. The only people that would be unhappy here are the sort that want to hang their unsightly laundry on the patio, or clutter it with toys, bikes and other unsightly stuff. Rocking Horse Ranch has certain rules about patio furniture etc and I for one love this !! It makes the areas looking more aesthetically pleasing and more spacious . I hate driving past other complexes where they are allowed to put clutter and trash out on their patio, it makes those particular places looking trashy. If you have high standards then come to Rocking Horse Ranch .

The only downside is Carpet in the bedroom on the downstairs unit but that was a personal preference. The property is close to different restaurants and H-E-B plus market, it's quickly accessible down the stretch from interstate Highway 35. The property is also pet friendly. They have a gym and a big pool as well as a dog park and the playscape for kids. The property also has a trail around the property for walks. They also have a car station with the vacuum. The trash has to be taken to the trash compactor in the front of the property.

I have never had a problem with the office employees, any questions or concerns are always answered politely and very quickly.
