Grilled Hamburger Patty Bowl: Serves a grilled beef patty with brown rice and veggies for $7.00. They do have rules for dog here & to keep everyone safe: Dogs must stay on a leash and remain on the ground (no sitting on chairs, laps, or tables). Dogs cannot eat directly from your personal plate or drink from your glass. Today I came here with my family , upon entering I noticed how super clean it was & so we're thru restrooms, highly organized & attention to details. The atmosphere here was very welcoming, inviting, warm & cozy. It's so spacious here, so many seating areas inside, longer booths , 2 seater booths, larger party tables, chairs& tables , high tables & chairs (Bar Area) & outside chairs & tables. As we made our way to the front desk we had the pleasure of talking to Matthew, Kate, Grace & Sarah the host & Hostess they were all so sweet & kind. Matthew showed us to our table quite the gentleman. Next Josiah our waiter came over and asked if we had any questions & he answered them all beautifully! When our food came out, the amount of chicken on both bowls looked essentially the same. The only noticeable difference was that the chicken on mine appeared to be chopped into smaller pieces, making it look like there was more. I brought it up to our server, who was polite and said she would speak with the manager. The manager, Tyler, then came over and immediately insisted that what I received was the double-chicken portion. Instead of actually listening to the concern or comparing the two bowls, he seemed more interested in arguing with me and proving that he was right. At that point, I decided to send the food back because I wasn't going to pay an additional charge for double chicken when I appeared to have received the same standard portion. The biggest issue wasn't even the food--it was how the situation was handled. Tyler came across as rude, dismissive, and more interested in throwing his authority around than resolving a very simple customer-service issue. A quick comparison of the two identical bowls or an offer to correct the portion would have solved everything. Very disappointing experience and definitely not the level of customer service I expected from Lazy Dog.

What bothered me the most happened when my daughter and I went to the restroom. I frequently dine out alone with my daughter, and whenever we leave the table, I make sure to let someone know so they don't think we've left. While we were gone, a busser left a large bus tub on our booth seat. When we came back, I stood up near our table saying "Excuse me" several times, trying to get someone's attention. Multiple employees walked right past me without acknowledging me, and a few bussers just stared while I was clearly trying to get help. We were seated only one table away from the kitchen, so it was especially frustrating. Finally, a man walked by, and when I asked if he worked there, he said yes and removed the bin. The food and drink they served today were all so delicious with beautiful presentation. My favorite was the filet mignon as It was so tender. My favorite dessert was the apple pie with vanilla ice cream. All the staff especially the bartenders were super friendly and helpful. There are lots of seatings inside and outside. I don't think you need to worry about getting too cold by sitting outside because there are lots of heaters.
