Yard House was busy because of a concert (Florence&The Machine) but overall still a good experience. We checked in around 6:30 and got seated about 7:30, so we grabbed drinks at Carousel and walked around while we waited. Clean bathrooms, good atmosphere, and our waiter Ed was friendly and attentive. He let us sample a few beers before ordering. The poke nachos were sooo good, and the spicy beef noodles, double pepper jack burger, and espresso martini were all solid too. Hard to choose when there's a big menu! Noodles were giving Trader Joe's frozen find but delicious. Nonetheless. Espresso martini hit the spot. Burger was juicy but 3 pickle slices aren't enough. Also my boyfriend water cup was dirty as hell. Waiter was understanding tho and got us a replacement no problem. Love Yard house!
Fantastic time for a pre-concert dinner. Ernestine took amazing care of us. She was attentive, friendly and labeled all our leftover boxes. We had a variety of things; the crispy brussel sprouts were super tasty, the firecracker shrimp were perfectly cooked and the kurobuta pork burger was to die for. The blueberry ketchup and the spicy candied bacon are a tasty combo.
I won't be returning to this restaurant- but it's related to parking- not the restaurant. We visited this week and upon entering the parking lot, we were told that there were graduation ceremonies at the location, so a parking fee was in place. We were reassured that if we stayed less than 2 hours, the fee wouldn't be charged. The parking attendant also told us that Yardhouse would 'validate ' the parking. The hostess at Yardhouse said there is no validation. Dee was our server and was fabulous. We only stayed one hour. The food and service was great. It's just beyond frustrating to contest parking fee.
I was visiting Phoenix for my first time and I stumbled upon "Yard House" in Glendale. I now found out that it's a chain. We have one here in the Bay Area close to me (The Veranda, Concord). Since it was my first time experiencing this wonderful establishment. Upon entry we were full of joy! The welcoming from the greeters was cheerful and exciting. I glanced and noticed the huge bar shaped in a oval fashion, with 300 beers on tap to choose from! We were then greeted by our server where she guided us to our table. I glanced at the menu and found an array of heathy and protein focused meals to chose from. I felt like little kid in a candy store. The waitress was outstanding. She went above and beyond in order to make our experience joyful. We ordered, conversed for a few and glanced around noticing the mellow vibe of big parties, as well as small ones, like our own. Then voila! The food arrived piping hot, as the mouthwatering smoke of plates flowed suit. The food was top notch. You couldn't tell this place is a chain. As each dish is meticulously put together by the in house chefs. Now that I'm back home in the San Francisco Bay Area. I will make sure I return, for that blissful Yard House experience!
Monty was the best server I have ever had good job Monty he is on top of his game! Food is good and the lighting is a little dark but it's okay.
Love their happy hour, many choices and the pricing just amazing. The last time I went to Yard House was about two years ago in SoCal. The happy hour is great, though the food is around a 2.5 out of 5. I got the calamari from the happy hour menu--it would've been better if it came out hot. The fried cheese curds were not bad; my friend asked for caramel on the side, which was surprisingly good and paired really well. The chicken nachos were big but just ehh. (And they don't have salsa ?!) The buffalo chicken pizza was also okay and so were the boneless wings. We had a party of 10, and there were plenty of open seats, but they may have been understaffed. We waited about 35 minutes or so. (Went on a Wed at 4:30pm) Our server was great! He kept checking on us, was pretty quick with everything, and didn't forget anything.
Devon our server was fabulous! Typical Yard House noise level. Very busy during happy hour and then slowed down. Food was good but salty. We started with the poke nachos- one of our favorites. Then I ordered the crunchy blackened ahi tuna salad small. Very good. My husband had the chicken avocado sandwich with truffle fries - extremely salty. Food was good and service was great.
Not our first time at the Yard House but need to provide my review from today's visit. Great music and TVs galore! Soccer time Sierra was our server, she is so kind and professional. Love how she joined in with our conversations and shared her experiences as well. She's so cool! We tried a couple samples of the draft beer and both landed on Church Music Shared the awesome Spicy Tuna stack with the yummy fried wontons. Both of us had the fish tacos...soooo good! Even though I live right next to a Yard House in Los Angeles, I wanted to to sit down and eat near a washroom and stretch my legs before the 5 1/2 hour drive so I said screw it and visited this location near the stadium before leaving Phoenix on Tuesday. This place is absolutely massive in size, had an insane amount of seating, and was absolutely packed for a Tuesday afternoon. I entered alone and was seated right away. The waitress I had was super friendly, attentive, and took care of me at the speed of light. I ended up ordering the "Everything-Crusted" Ahi Tuna burger with a side of French fries, which is actually something I've never had before. The food came out super quick and I was very surprised with how much I enjoyed it. The fish had so much flavour and the crusty edges tasted very, very good. The French fries were pretty standard "burger and fries" style fries, but were hot and tasted very good when dipped in some ketchup. Overall, Yard House definitely exceeded my expectations and I'll absolutely be checking out the LA location in DTLA very soon to show my wife. The food was good, the place looked cool, and the service was great as well. I can definitely see this being a great place for food before or after a game!
I always tell everyone that Yard House has the best happy hours, especially when it comes to food! So many appetizers are half off, and there's truly something for everyone. I don't drink, but I still love happy hour when the menu is this good. I had a Topo Chico mocktail that was super refreshing, and the poke nachos were really tasty. Service is always fast and very friendly, and I really like the ambience -- it strikes a perfect balance. It's not too casual, but it's also not so fancy that I can't just stop by after work in my work clothes with some coworkers. Definitely a spot I'll keep coming back to!
My wife and I met friends as we were passing through Glendale. This was a great spot to stop! Our service was top-notch, even though there was a change of shift in our meal. They did not skip a beat! The buffalo chicken pizza, and my bacon blue cheeseburger was absolutely delicious! Your house continues to be a solid performer with no expectations! You can't beat their beer list either!
Always a family favorite ! The chicken lettuce wraps and the chicken nachos are the best here ! The service is always great. The wait times are usually short and the portions are decent if you're going to a concert or just looking for a place to have dinner, I would recommend this place.
This place is always good! Hubs and I stopped by for a quick bite and had another great experience. My tacos were quite tasty and hubs enjoyed his burger. I hate that they closed the Scottsdale location, it was so convenient. Can't wait to return!

Well Yelpers, me and my dad wanted to try a new place for lunch and our hearts and stomachs agreed with the Yard House today.. Great location and atmosphere. Tip top service. Our server was fantastic. Knowledgeable about the food and helped with us ordering. Will I come again? Yes! Should YOU come and check this place out? Yes! Thank you Yard House. Great location being at west gate the service was fantastic at the bar. The margaritas were fire. I really enjoyed the spicy Tuna stack because I love spicy Tuna. I did really like the veggies below. Just ate straight tuna and avocado. I was wanting some steak the sirloin came out smaller than I would have liked. It was solid. Best steak I have ever had no. But it wasn't bad. We came in for happy hour. It is a good deal. Half off a lot of appetizers. Unfortunately, the food was just not good. The sashimi was extremely salty. The crispy brussels sprouts were not crispy at all. They were soggy and very sweet. The queso dip was also very sweet. It seemed like somebody put tomato paste in it??? Never had queso that was sweet before. Service was super friendly, but slow. I think like most places they are understaffed. It's a lively environment. Always busy. read more

This our second time at this YardHouse location but I've been to other YardHouses before and the vibes are the same at all of them. It gives off dimly lit , romantic dinner vibes indoors. The server was also very attentive. She brought us drinks on time when we were running low and was patient and checked up on us when we didn't know what to order. The apps we got were the poke nachos and the firecracker shrimp. We definitely went with a seafood vibe for tonight. Good spice but not too spicy and the crunch factor that I love in my dishes. Try both , if you get the chance. But poke nachos over the shrimp. I would skip on the Lobster Garlic noodles as it just wasn't garlicky at all. Especially for the price... The taste is great but for it to be called a garlic noodles, it was very lacking in all garlic taste. We've had the normal garlic noodles before where it's just shiitake mushroom and again that didn't have any garlic like taste to it. Now the Jambalaya was good but I wouldn't ordered it again. ( there's so many dishes we want to try at Yardhouse. So, we usually won't order the same dish,unless it's something we constantly bring back up) They had different rice options and we went with the Mexican rice. That added a bit more flavor to the overall dish. The sausage had a smokey taste , which i was not excepting but definitely pulled the dish together. This place is fantastic all around, during regular hours it may feel pricey for certain items, but in my honest opinion, it is worth the price, Bone-in Ribeye cooked perfectly and it felt so tender and juicy, with the Mashed Potato being one of my favorite compared to other places I have been to. According to the menu, the nachos don't usually get served with steak but they said they can do for an up-charge they can do it, and usually I am the only one on the table who enjoys nachos, but when the rest of my family tried these, they fell in love and became a table favorite and didn't last long. Energy in this place is so nice because when you walk in, it feels like it's a nice and classy place to eat with good lighting, and when there is sports, the bar shows a great energy as well where people can come together and enjoy a nice dinner or a good environment for entertainment and excitement read more

Yard house is a restaurant that I usually go to when I'm at home and need a guaranteed great meal. When I travel I never go here because I try to go to restaurants that aren't in the current city in which I live. The work group that I was traveling with wanted to go here because they wanted something they always have, but didn't but tagged along anyway. I'm honestly glad that I did. I got the spicy jambalaya for the first time ever and it was absolutely perfect and so delicious. It was a lot of food so the average person might box up half and take it home but it was so great I ate it all in one sitting. I originally wanted the brown rice to go with it but all they had was white rice left and it turned out fine. I highly recommend this dish. They knew what they were doing! Oh and the waiter was great and very accommodating as well. Great service. read more

*Dined-11/4: About a 35-40 min on a Sat night which is expected for this area. Server was attentive but the food left much to be desired. The " large" jambalaya was mainly a larger portion of rice but the protein was minimal and the rice was more on the dry side. My friend ate the protein and left a majority of the rice behind. I had the Nashville "hot" chicken but it was over cooked and minimally seasoned. Drinks were okay but I do miss the old variety of the martini menu. Would prefer to try out the other resturaunts in Westgate before waiting to eat here again. read more

From the moment I crossed the threshold, the air felt heavy, as if some unseen force conspired to test the bounds of my patience. Seated with hope in my heart and thirst in my soul, I awaited the arrival of my steward for the evening--a man whose name, I would later learn, was Daniel. Ah, Daniel. The villain of this saga. For thirty long minutes, I sat unnoticed, my parched lips yearning for even the barest acknowledgment. And then he appeared, not with the warmth of a welcoming host, but with the begrudging gait of a man burdened by the sheer act of existence. A single drink was requested--a simple, humble plea--but even this modest boon would prove a Herculean task for Daniel. The minutes stretched into an eternity before that solitary drink graced my table, and by then, my patience had begun to wane. Around me, the world moved on with cruel efficiency. Tables seated long after me were showered with attention. Plates of steaming fare descended upon them like gifts from the gods. And yet, I sat ignored, as though some invisible shroud had rendered me unworthy of service, unworthy of basic human decency. Daniel's eyes would meet mine fleetingly, a mere flicker of recognition, before he would pivot and tend to others as though I carried the plague. Time crawled forward. Forty-five minutes passed before sustenance arrived, and when it did, it was as though insult had been served alongside the meal. The mac and cheese--a dish so simple, so fundamental--lay before me, a desiccated shell of what it should have been. Dry. Lifeless. Bereft of flavor or care. It was an affront to my palate, an abomination masquerading as comfort food. Meanwhile, my glass sat empty, a stark monument to Daniel's indifference, as I waited still for the elusive second drink. I cast my gaze about the room. Two of Daniel's tables had already departed, their bills settled, their patrons content. Content! What foreign concept was this? I watched them go with envy and disbelief. They had feasted, laughed, and left, while I languished in the wasteland of neglect. The comparisons flooded my mind, each one more damning than the last. I had once attended the soft opening of a pub-style restaurant--a chaotic affair riddled with amateur service and even a serving of raw chicken. And yet, even that debacle seemed a distant utopia compared to the hellscape Daniel had constructed this night. At least there, one could excuse the folly of inexperience. Here, there was no such justification. Only malice--or worse, indifference. Oh, Daniel. Had you but spared a moment to see me, to treat me with the barest shred of dignity, you might have found in me a generous patron. For I am not a miserly soul. A tipper of ample coin am I, when treated with the kindness one might show a stray dog. But no. You, Daniel, have squandered not only my patience but my trust in this establishment. And so I sit, betrayed by my server, abandoned by hope, staring into the void of a dry mac and cheese, wondering if this tale of culinary woe shall ever find a redemptive end. But alas, the only solace I have is the knowledge that this tale, my tale, will be told and retold, a cautionary epic for those who dare to seek sustenance at the Yard House in Glendale. May the name Daniel echo through the ages, not as a servant of hospitality, but as a specter of what should never be. Great personalities! I wish our server visited a bit more! We went here for 4th of July and had a great experience! The appetizer were good and because we were in a rush to see the fireworks, we asked for food to go. Our server was super flexible and got it to us in a timely manner. We ended up staying to have dessert and that was good too, I just wish our seats had better views of the fireworks. I would def ask to sit outside next time! Don't get me wrong, our server was knowledgeable and said to stay as long as we like, we just didn't see him as much as we'd like! We will be back for cocktails and apps! read more

Had a chance to eat here while visiting and it did not disappoint. They are known for their large selection of on tap draft beers. They have over 100. We waited about 15 minutes but were then sat in a booth. They have technology that you can use to view any menu item as well as pay your check. We started with the Four Cheese Spinach Dip and Firecracker Shrimp. Both were delicious. The spinach dip was creamy and had great flavor. The shrimp is served over a rice cake which is unique but very delicious. Our entrees were the crispy traditional wings and Shiitake garlic noodles. The noodles were delicious and filled with flavor. The wings are breaded but are crispy. They give you a choice of 2 sauces with 10 wings and I had buffalo and lemon pepper rub. Our server was great! I actually really enjoyed this location! Service was friendly and prompt. My food came out hot and the Nashville hot chicken sandwich was so good! Another great time at Yard house. Today we ordered quite a few things from chips and guacamole to pizza. A few of our kids came along and also tried the carne asada tacos, chicken tenders while I opted for vodka penne with chicken. Service was great. All of our food came out quickly and drinks were always full. My pasta was a bit dry unfortunately and wish it would've had more sauce. Other than that things were great. read more

"A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE!" Food was excellent. Everybody at the table was happy and my pasta was really delicious. I just feel like the portions were a little small and the chicken was well cooked and juicy and tender. I haven't been here in quite some time. I've never visited this location and unfortunately, they had removed one of my favorite dishes that I liked. It was Saturday night, so it was very packed so we expected good service, but I wasn't expecting excellent service just because of the amount of people that were in the building. That's it. Our server was very good. She was very attentive. There were some things wrong but not her fault things from the kitchen, which she replaced very quickly. It was 11 of us so the order was kind of large and hard to keep up with. I didn't order anything specific because they didn't have my dish And I tried the chicken tortilla soup which I didn't like it all so I sent it back but everyone seem to enjoy the food. Everybody had a good time. The atmosphere was very upbeat music playing nice Saturday night vibes so we had a good time but it's not probably a place I would revisit unless I was with the kids and grandkids. read more
