Stopped by Yard House for happy hour last week and we were seated right away in the shaded outdoor area. Unfortunately, service started off horribly. Two tables who were seated after us received service while we didn't. Waited about 15 minute with no acknowledgement from any server so we decided to push the "call server" button on the tablet that was sitting on the table. About 5 minutes later, a two servers come to the table to let us know they were switching off due to our server taking a break. The server who took over in the interim did a fantastic job moving forward. He was quick and attentive and saved the day for us. We ordered the frochos (nachos w/ fries), two beers, and meat lovers pizza which totaled about $27 pre-tax. Very filling and carb heavy meal but I can't resist the frochos when i'm here! Came in on a Sunday evening for my boyfriend's birthday, Donald was our server. He provided us with exceptional service, he was very nice and on point with our needs. The greasiest food I've ever had. Not even an enjoyable grease, just sopping and gross. Our group was very unsatisfied especially for the price. Will not return. The wait staff was great, but that's the only compliment I have My Nashville hot wasn't spicy, I could barely hold the bread together it was so greasy. I have been coming here recently after my shift at the hospital. Usually during late night HH, or not. I have to say the food continues to be pretty darn good here. I used to eat at YH many, many years ago. So I can make comparisons to back then. What I do miss are the thin fries. The thick fries don't go too well with truffle. Not sure why they would change that. I miss the mample dip that used to come with the sweet potatoes fries. I also noticed there is no longer HH food available late at night. Is this why I've noticed how dead it is in there?? The 3 times I've been here it is so dead compared to what it used to be. The HH food was such a good deal. As I'm a regular at the one home, I like to find YH when I'm out in a different city, specially in a football season to watch a my team play and have some poke nachos and fried calamari and some beers. On this visit Unfortunately the service didn't meet any expectations, it got form poor to bad. One of our glass of water had lipstick on it, it got replaced,sure sure. The fried calamari tasted very chewy as if it was reheated or refried. Other than that, my team was winning . Drinks didn't get refilled until it was already done with our food and I had to go and grab a container for my food as we waited for our server to bring that over. Not the best experience. The rest of the food was good and ok. But I won't go back to this particular YH again. Did a mention that the restroom conditions where as a public beach restrooms.. We came here after a work meeting and they definitely dellt with our crazy group. Initially, we had 6 people coming in for lunch, definitely turned into 16 after some time and they were on top of it! SAM is the MVP (our server) and definitely made it work for us. I would not recommend doing this on a busy weekend, but for a Tuesday I imagine it was okay. We had a group of 16, so we wanted to go somewhere that could accommodate everyone and everyone's food and drink preferences. Yard House is a great choice since it checks off all our needs. Extremely large beer selection, lots of choices for vegetarians, vegans and obviously carnivores. We started with beers and beer flights at the bar while we waited for our table. The Yard House supposedly takes reservations until 6:00pm and after that they have priority seating. Not sure what that means regardless they were able to accommodate us within an hour after arriving. The service the entire evening was awesome we had several servers waiting on us. The drinks and food were all delivered very quickly and always with a smile. We orders a ton of appetizers (chicken wings & boneless, onion rings, salad, Gardein style nuggets with buffalo and Korean sauces. A bunch of Margarita pizzas and even more beer. Reasonably priced for a large group, $420 with tip for a great evening. We will definitely be back here soon. read more

Five stars over and over again. This place just never disappoints. I've been going to Yardhouses since the early 90's, back when everyone had to drink their beers from the one yard glasses. From then to now it has been consistently great. We stopped by on football Sunday. The games were on, the rock music was playing and the atmosphere was completely welcoming. Parking was easy, the staff was friendly and the menu offered so many tasty options. We went with pizza, wings, spin dip, firecracker shrimp, calamari, poke nachos and truffle fries. Not a single complaint about any of it. The food once again was a pleasure to the sight and pleasing to the palate. Did I forget to mention my beer flight. All were amazing... This place is great !!! Let me start by saying I was so excited to dine out after being on lockdown for months! I love this place and probably because the atmosphere is always festive, staff is always friendly and the menu is filled with tons of choices so your options are endless. I ordered my all-time fav Spicy Jambalaya, it was so good just like I remembered.. full of andouille sausage, crawfish pieces, chicken and blackened shrimp served with rice. For apps we ordered the hot & spicy edamame although this time there wasn't much spice, sweet potato fries served with syrup- who made this decision..spicy ketchup is the way to go. We also ordered a cup of clam chowder which was delightful and full of clams. Let's talk about the drinks..I ordered a fav of mine..classic sidecar which was not good at all. My waitress noticed my glass was still full i explained so she advised she would actually make it for me which came out really good. Took over half an hour to get our food. We had to wait another extra 5 to 10 minutes for the last person to get their dish. We also didn't get silverware with the first round of food so everyone sat around waiting for utensils while their food got cold. Mug was dirty and had to get a new one. Hello everyone ! I think most people have been to a yard house . I went today for a friends birthday. They don't take reservations. The wait time wasn't too long. They are pretty big inside so it's perfect for big parties. The food was pretty tasty. My friends had no complaints. But they were out of peach Malibu drink , which is one of their signature drinks. Also the food runners seemed in hurry when dropping off some food items. But we still had a good time. There wasn't a lot of parking behind the restaurant today. Got take out mothers day. We got poke nachos (supposed to be sauces on side and extra serranos) even though we use all the sauce I just like it on the side so transport the won tons don't get soggy but came with sauce on them and I literally only got 5 serranos. Was told the extra as in the bag but wasn't. The seared ahi had all the stuff on the side (not sure if that was automatic as it didn't give an option for that) the food was good but I really do like what I ask for in the order to be in the bag. I would hope the expo or togo/host would actually check it. Wont stop from ordering togo again but definitely will double check before leaving. read more

My brother-in-law had his wedding reception at the Yard House. We had about 30 people so it wasn't a large affair and we had the back room. The service was excellent making sure everyone had water or whatever they wanted to drink. We had appetizers one was nachos and it was pretty good. We didn't get to try any of the other ones. My husband had a blonde ale and I guess it was pretty good because he had two. I had a glass of Merlot. You can get a 6 ounce or a 9 ounce pour guess which one I had ha ha. My husband had a pepper jack hamburger and I had a white cheddar with a bunch of stuff on it. Both were really good and came with great fries. Everyone looked like they liked what they chose such as pasta, steak, salmon. They had a cake brought in which was excellent and we had champagne toast at the end. I come here for the drinks and think it's only really beneficial to come during happy hour. Food is a bit pricey for average bar food - I will say though you must try the Kurobura pork burger- it surprised the hell out of me how amazing it was! Juicy and moist the combo of the American cheese, Aragula, and blueberry ketchup OMG Our of this world. Totally not my scene tv's playing football all over and super loud do you barely have a conversation. Ordered a strawberry lemonade and my friend got a dragon fruit lemonade both a disappointment (want a great strawberry lemonade go to any BJ's in fact go to BJ's over yard house any day!) the burger was good I'll give you that, but our spicy tuna appetizer was tasteless! Came here right when they opened on a Saturday, specifically the Saturday right before Mother's Day. Emily was behind the bar and she provided amazing service. Came in on a Sunday night, We were a party of 4. My daughter ordered a cheese burger. After one bite, my daughter noticed a hair inside her meat. We let the server know and we sent it back. They brought out another cheese burger. This time it came out literally bleeding. I don't understand how hard it is to make a cheese burger. Had a great experience and our waitress played a key part in that! Wish I remembered her name but she was amazing, very attentive and helpful. If you have ever been to a Yard House, you'll know they have an extensive menu. There were a couple items that stood out so we asked our waitress of which did she prefer or recommend. Based on her input we got the following: 1.) Halibut - It was a huge fish sitting on a bed of mash, mushroom sauce and asparagus. The fish was cooked nicely and the sauce made a great pairing. 2.) BBQ Chicken Salad (Small) - DELICIOUS! Had to be my boyfriend and I's favorite dish we ordered. Although we ordered the small size it was definitely big enough to share amongst the two of us. The salad dressing along with the fried onions, corn, etc was amazing! It's a MUST if you like salads. 3.) Two Tacos (Baja Fish & Asada) - Fish taco was mediocre but the Asada was FUEGO! Meat was nicely charred and was perfectly marinated however wished it had a spicy salsa to go with it! 4.) Passion Fruit Tea - This Tea was rather refreshing. So my friend and I came to yard house for a couple of drinks and food for happy hour everything tasted delicious from my drink to the nachos app I ordered a expresso martini but then we get our meal and the tenders are burnt I politely tell the server and he immediately tells the manager, the manager comes over to our table and looks at me and my friend like is there a problem???? We address the issue and he responds with our tenders look like that they aren't burnt!!!! I tell him we don't want them they are burn too hard to eat and taste like really over cooked.
