Receiving a free birthday dessert offer in my email from Yard House was a good excuse to have a quick lunch there today. Though Mizner Park was buzzing with people and traffic, the restaurant itself was not busy when I arrived. Atmosphere was chill as I took a seat at the bar. They have a diverse menu offering the following: * Appetizers, soups & salads, dessert * Burgers, sandwiches, pizzas, pasta * Seafood, steak, pork chop, chicken * Craft beer, wine, spirit, mocktails I placed an order for a Sunset Sangria and a classic slider. The sangria was very refreshing with flavors that were perfectly balanced. Four nicely prepared mini sliders was served with a small basket of fries and pickles. The bartender provided the necessary condiments. At that moment, people were arriving steadily. I ordered another sangria and a cheesecake brûlée for dessert. Visually, the cheesecake looked delicious. The creamy, decadent dessert was topped with a caramelized sugar layer, fresh berries, and a sprig of mint. My stomach had reached its capacity, so I asked one of the bartenders for a container to carry my leftovers home. My first dining experience at Yard House was enjoyable. The food and drinks were well-prepared and the service was satisfactory. I am definitely looking forward to my next visit. We came here to eat after the beer and wine festival. Immediately I was turned off. The hostess was engrossed in a conversation with a server and did not acknowledge us for a few minutes. Then another hostess walked up and joined the conversation and still no one greeted us. When a place turns me off from the door it's really hard to redeem themselves but our server Kyra more than made up for the front desk staff. I don't know - I was under whelmed. Sportsbar atmosphere - loud music and TVs all around the bar. I have two spicy margarita and edamame and a bunless blue cheese bacon burger with truffle fries. Bae had the steak bowl. One stall in the bathroom was broken. Just really not the best time after having such a good time at the festival. read more

Another great Happy Hour at this location! I saw that the Panthers were having another game and knew the Sawgrass Mills location would be packed, so we came to Boca this time. We arrived about 5:30 pm and the only thing is you have to pay for parking. It was $2/hr.which wasn't bad. We had to park further down from the restaurant because the area it's in was crowded. We were greeted and seated immediately. The server was very pleasant and was quick taking our order for the special. This time we ordered a loaded pepperoni pizza, four cheese spinach dip, chicken nachos, blackened ahi tuna sashimi and boneless buffalo and bbq wings. It was a feast and all of it was good. The portion sizes did not disappoint and we took majority of it with us. This location was a bit less crowded and I loved that. It's farther from our home so probably won't come as often but will definitely be back! read more

It was a Tuesday night and decided to come in for dessert. We sat at the bar and service was slow. They only had a handful of customers so I wasn't sure why it took longer than 10 mins to hand out menus. Ordered a chocolate lava cake and it was soft and warm. Ice cream tasted icey as if it had sat in the freezer. What annoyed me the most was the sticky residue underneath the bar. My leg kept rubbing against it and it was sticky every time. Really enjoyed my time at Yard House. Zach was our waiter and he was beyond amazing from the time we got there. Very attentive, helped with recommendations and had a very nice outgoing cheery personality. Food was amazing and came out very quickly. What was supposed to be lunch time ended up turning into dinner and we weren't rushed at all. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Restaurant was also clean. My Briana ordered the steak bowl with veggies over quinoa and I got the same bowl with shrimp. For 25$, We got barely any protein! I got 5 very small shrimp! Been to many Yardhouse locations in the South Florida area but this will be my first visit to this one in Boca Raton. Grabbed a seat at the semi empty bar and ordered a pepper jack hamburger with mash potatoes which only took ten minutes to arrive. I usually get a new arrival craft beer but none for me today. The burger was juicy and perfectly cooked with a mild spice kick and the potatoes were average (more garlic preferred). This location provides a beer keg room viewable to customers through a clear glass window which adds to the brewery restaurant experience. The bathroom was spotless and modern. read more

Zach did a super job waiting on us and bringing my nephew and me our triple B (barbecue bacon burger) with fries and my gardein boneless wings and the zesty hummus. I gotta tell you those pita bread slices were sooooo good. Probably the best I've ever had. The restaurant is always super clean and the wait staff buzz around taking care of business. Yard House has been a standard go to in Mizner park since it opened. It's elevated pub food with an expansive menu and beer list that can induce anxiety with so much to choose from. Solid 80's rock music was playing and we had a very friendly server. Had a 1/2 yard of white ale for the first time - and it was fun to drink and came out better with price for the volume. Enjoyed shrimp and chicken pad Thai, and my buddy enjoyed his Maui chicken. I've had many other items which were tasty as well- and have recently learned the happy hour is legit. This was the first time that I have been to this restaurant and right when they open and it was so peaceful to have the place almost to myself, it was quiet and relaxing, and I enjoyed a nice solo lunch, the non-alcoholic Mojito is fantastic and the delicious burger was amazing also. I give it a 4.5. We got the picante margarita, chicken lettuce wraps, sliders, and the poke nachos. Picante margarita was super spicy but very good, i had to ask them to put more orange in it and it was no problem. Chicken lettuce wraps are 100% recommended. The chicken / tofu mix is so tasty and you don't feel really full after eating them. The peanut sauce is so good i would drink it and take it home if i could. poke nachos were delicious!! Again, just wishing they had some more tuna on them. Sliders were perfect and came with fries. I got the regular fries but the truffle fries/ sweet potato are tastier. However don't come here expecting to get good food because that will not be found. Furthermore, the service was less than lackluster (not even an attempt at positive service). They're spicy and beef garlic noodle as well as their Mac and cheese. The first time we came, we tried their spicy and beef garlic noodles, which were amazing and have not stop talking about them since then. We then tried their lemon pepper wings on the second visit and there was much left to be desired, they are not what we fancy so would not recommend them. We started with the poke nachos, a favorite. Definitely recommend getting these. For drinks we had the recovery, midnight sangria, and sunrise sangria. The sunrise sangria was the best, it was a moscato base. Get it if you like sweet. To eat I had the ahi tuna crunch salad, my boyfriend had the barbecue bacon cheddar burger. I just celebrated my moms birthday here on April 10. They accommodated about 15 of us. Everything went perfectly. We were immediately greeted by a manager (forgot his name). He noticed it was my mom's birthday and got her one of the half yard beers on the house! Our servers were DeeDee and Emily and they did a great job. Organized, food came out correct and on time, and they even helped with the birthday cake too. Mom ordered the 8oz filet mignon and said it was excellent. Yardhouse is the perfect place, especially for a big party like ours. The menu has so many choices. I also want to mention the music playlist.
