I don't know how a Sicilian cook can make that mistake. Little or no salt on any of the seafood either. For dessert I had a cannoli and my wife had the ricotta cheesecake. Both were delicious. The presentation was quite nice, but the shrimp was overcooked, and the coconut coating was nearly burnt. I believe it had been left in the deep fryer too long. Frankly, if I had not sent back the calamari I would have sent this back as well.
