Five stars for everything!! Delicious food, great service and beautiful restaurant. From the owner to all staff, everyone was very friendly and made the dinner so much more enjoyable. Tried a number of dishes and each was tasty. It's BYOB and plenty of street parking on a Sunday afternoon. Drove from Central NJ to try this place after seeing the glowing reviews. Will definitely be back!

Such a beautiful spot! During the day, just Greek's menu has gyros and quick lunch grabs and at night Yanni's has delicious Greek eats. All the plates are appealing to the eye and delicious. Can't wait to try more menu items! Also BYOB.

Prasini salad had no salt. Lemon potatoes were hard. Chicken was flavorless and so was the spanakopita . 7. When the owner Maria is not there, don't go. Everything is not okay.

However, Ive head it does tend to bring in a decent crowd during busier hours and I can understand why! We ordered the saganaki appetizer and individual meals. Saganaki - this is a fried cheese of sorts. It has a very mild flavor that comes to life with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. The menu mentioned they typically flambe it at the table, but the waiter advised they no longer do this. It would have been nice to experience, but regardless it was quite enjoyable. I would say you probably would need to be a cheese lover to enjoy this app (which I am)! Lamb burger - I ordered it well done and it was absolutely delicious! Really great flavor. I enjoyed it with a side of fries, and it came with a lovely side of Greek salad, tzatziki, and pita. Overall, I was happy with our experience! It's a great place to come for good food and warm vibes!

Even the regular gyro, which smells wonderful, doesn't taste out of the ordinary. Avgolemono soup did not really have lemon. On the plus side, the lemon potatoes were a hit all around. + The spanakopita was crunchy crust with soft interior. ---------- The rice pudding, in my mind, had no flavor and was overstuffed with gigantic overcooked rice. It's a choice, you like what you like, and again, the service was very friendly to us. But I will keep going the extra miles to Thavma in Livingston for my high quality taste.

Falafel platter with soup, fries and came with a pita. (2/5) Pita was SO HARD and stale like when you microwave a piece of bread too long. Falafel was ok but borderline frozen vibes. The fries were also soggy so maybe not the best for takeout. Soup was piping hot and tasted ok but thicker than I expected and the orzo and chicken were overcooked. So sad. Lamb-beef gyro pita (2/5) Meat was overcooked and again the pita was hard as a rock.... Sadly for the price just not worth it. We have other options in Fairfield and beyond for more quality.

I tasted piece of the chicken in the chicken salad & it was really good & well flavored so it was kind of puzzling to me that The chicken thigh lacked flavor even though the chicken itself was fresh & delicately grilled, vegetables was great especially the baby potatoes, rice was meh! But it came with no kind of sauce. There were at least 3 tables celebrating their birthday which I took for a good sign & place appears child friendly without being annoying so it seems like a great neighborhood spot. With good atmosphere & great service, & fresh ingredients, I was somewhat disappointed in the lack of flavors in several dishes but I would still cautiously recommend this place if you live in the neighborhood but I would not go out of my way to get to this restaurant.

Wow - no notes…read more This place is hands down our favorite Mediterranean spot so far in the area. We came with our toddler for lunch, not expecting to be completely blown away by how fresh everything was. We enjoyed the muhammarah dip and tabbouleh salad as starters. Our toddler absolutely crushed the kids chicken kabob platter, which is a full adult portion in of itself. We also tried the gyro platter, which was a stand out dish - each piece of meat was juicy and also charred to perfection. The toum or garlic sauce was the perfect accompaniment and didn't leave us embarrassed of our breath to socialize with others after. Highly recommend this establishment! We'll be back to try the desserts next time.

We started with the cucumber, pistachio, and yogurt, with harissa and sesame seeds. Like a very creative and refreshing Mediterranean pickle. Delish. We also got the Mediterranean salad. It was much more interesting than your typical Greek salad. Excellent feta, good cucumbers and tomato, and nice little pita chip slivers. They also start you with very good bread with olive oil and some olives. For our entrées we got Chilean Seabass, Branzino fillet, and Mariscada, which is a big shellfish stew. While it's not indicated on the menu, all entrées come with saffron rice, sautéed vegetables... And their homemade potato chips. The person who got the Mariscada was so happy. It had every kind of fresh shellfish and really was enough for two people. I really enjoyed the Branzino fillet, which came with a lemon caper sauce. It was huge and very delicious, I had to give some pieces away. The Chilean Seabass is the most expensive, at $55. For me, I felt that I have had better Seabass and I preferred my $36 branzino. But the person who ordered it was thrilled and thought it was amazing, and gets it every time here. I loved the saffron rice, and the homemade potato chips. I didn't eat the sautéed vegetables (there was just too much food everywhere!). But the person who tried them thought they were extremely delicious. Overall, this is a great place for sharing, with tons of food. And the cucumber, harissa yogurt, pistachio and sesame seed appetizer showed that they are innovating and not just doing your parent's Don Pepe. Oliver was also a super server as was everyone else on the team. And we enjoyed the patio... though I must say that being over Route 46 traffic is not the most atmospheric, and I wish the patio was on the other side! But who can complain with all this yummy food? Looking forward to coming back here next time I'm in New Jersey.

Very impressed with the beautiful, modern, and inviting bright and airy atmosphere; as well as the attentive, friendly, and welcoming service. Thank you to our server Tony for helping to make it a memorable dining experience. The food was outstanding! The grilled octopus and shrimp in garlic appetizers were absolutely delicious. My entree of Filet Mignon Medallions, grilled and finished with mushroom sauce was a home run. Tender, juicy, and mouth waveringly delicious!! Also came with sides of mixed veggies, saffron rice, and Spanish potato chips. Certainly would order it again. The whole Branzino, seasoned with herbs, Olive Oil, and lemon, filleted at the table, was also off the charts. The baklava w/ice cream, Crème brûlée, and cappuccinos finished off a perfect meal. I would certainly give this place a high recommendation! Thank you to Ann and Nick Grossi for the invite and enjoyable evening. 05/28/2026
