Have been to zeugma on twice already, I am surprised I didn't write a review after the first time!…read more Our most recent trip did not disappoint either. The staff is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had reservations on a sunday and due to unforeseen circumstances, we arrived 30 minutes early for our reservation. Despite this, we were seated immediately and our waters were filled as soon as we sat down. The restaurant itself is gorgeous, albeit a little dark in the evening. They do have a wine menu but they are also BYOB. Food: Started off with the grilled zataar pita bread and the hummus, and boy it did not disappoint. The pita was grilled but still so soft in the middle with a beautiful aroma from the spices and it tasted delicious. The hummus was also beautifully done and complemented the pita well, my only negative is i wish the pita was unlimited because it was SO good. Entree: Truffle Goat Cheese Wagyu Burger - Delicious, VERY rich but definitely a must have if you like goat cheese. Thankfully also with caramelized onions which give the burger a good sweetness. Beef Manti: These are so good that my wife and I tried to make them at home afterwards, but did not come out quite as delicious as they are at the restaurant. Definitely a must have. Would absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an excellent dinner, date night, or an evening to spend with friends.

06/11/2026 Always love coming here…read more Came with wife and SIL and once again, Zeugma delivered. Pretty much the same meal as last time, with one exception. We tried the Antakya Hummus (Pine nuts, cucumber pickles, tomatoes, brown chili butter) and will be adding this to our list of favorite appetizers... So very good! The sea bass my wife and SIL were again, beautifully prepared and delicious as always, as were my lamb chops (Kuzu). While the lamb hummus was excellent, the miso calamari was.... not as tasty as I remember it. Different chef, different day... won't keep us from coming back soon.

What an Amazing find!!! Talk about being in the right place at the right time. I was at an event…read moreacross the street at Lackawanna Station and we were looking for a place nearby to eat and decided on Greek Taverna. Who knew I was going to experience some of the best Greek food and Sangria of my life! First off... there is a parking lot, so don't worry about parking. Secondly the service was phenomenal. And... they give you these soft pita slices drizzled with warm olive oil and seasoning, that they keep refilling throughout your dining experience. The restaurant itself has cozy vibes, and I believe they have some kind of outdoor seating, but we went on a rainy Thursday night so don't quote me on that one. Now let's get into the sangria... we got a 1/2 pitcher of their white peach mango sangria... it was way bigger than we expected and hands down the best sangria I EVER had. Finally the main star... the food. We were starving and it was already 8pm so we skipped the appetizers and went straight to the entree's. I order from the small plates section and it was not small. I had the grilled chicken with the most delicious butter rice and salad. My friend ordered their beef & lamb gyro wrapped in a pita with their hand cut fries. We were blown away. I had no idea this unsuspecting restaurant would pack such a punch. My chicken was so juicy. The kind of juicy that you try to make yourself and it never happens. And my friends gyro was comparable to the one she had in Greece. The prices are right and the food and service are even better. Go check them out, thank me later.

Given the spotty reviews lately, went in with lowered expectations…read more Still the same large dining area, parking lot etc. We wanted seafood, and that's what we got. Seafood appetizer for 2 was not cheap, but they didn't skimp. Good portions of octopus squid shrimp grilled well in a nice sauce. Whole Bronzino was the ultimate test. They did fine. It was a big fish, enough for us to share. Grilled well, moist and with tasty sauce which didn't overwhelm. Lemon potato was a hit. Next time I would go for Greek salad instead of house. All in all, not a bad meal for about 83 for two. BYOB was a good thing for us.

I've never seen it where seating wasn't available though I always get takeout. Food: VERY good. My husband always orders the Athenian gyro which he says is very good. I opt for the build your own with Chicken Shish- Grilled, diced cucumbers, Kalamata olives, power greens, Greco garlic spread dip, and drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette which is top tier. I always order with whatever platform has the best deal. Because this was a spontaneous trip I didn't do my research though and now realize I messed up. I used Menufy which is their business platform and was disappointed that I could only get 3 toppings though it says the toppings are "unlimited." DoorDash is up to 4 toppings and is actually $1 cheaper for the build your own. From what I've seen DoorDash is usually least expensive with the most incentives so try that first.

I went in to pick up the food, the restaurant was quite clean, it was small but there was some seating available. I ordered the platter (yiayias platter) and Greek salad. Yiayias platter comes with rice, beans, potatoes, chicken and tzatziki. I'd say portion wise, I wish there was more rice. But otherwise it was a lot of chicken for a decent price (I find Greek food generally more expensive). Everything was really good, cooked well and flavorful. The Greek salad was fresh, no gross yellow or rotting veggies. And the sauce and feta cheese was plentiful. I'll definitely be coming back here!

The presentation was beautiful, especially the tartare topped with thinly sliced cucumbers and the towering stack of golden vegetable chips. The assortment of dips made this such a fun meal to share with plenty of combinations to try with the grilled pita! Forgot to review this place after coming for a birthday party dinner earlier this year (winter). We…read moresat at the bar and had a pricey mojito while waiting for the group to arrive. We had a large group, and they seated us at 2 separate and crowded tables in the side room, which was less than ideal (with a reservation). It also got really hot because the room was packed. They were pushing us to order everything family style, but everyone wanted to order individually. The two of us weren't super hungry, and asked for our entrees to be on a separate check before ordering, which they would not do. Since I knew we were going to end up splitting the check with the one table, I ended up getting a more expensive entree to make up for the apps and drinks we weren't having (I already had a drink from the bar and my husband doesn't drink). I settled on the special lobster carbonara (which I think was $75). Good, but overpriced. My husband had the filet mignon - it was cooked as requested but we prefer more seasoning. A friend passed her grilled scallops over to us to finish - I took one bite and it tasted like ammonia. I discreetly spat it out. For her sake, I hope the rest didn't taste like that. The atmosphere was loud and hard to have conversations. They did a conga line around the restaurant later in the evening. Not really my scene. Service was slow and it didn't seem like they could handle big groups, even when split up. We ended up staying here for about 3 hours. We ended up leaving before we were even offered dessert. Also, keep in mind they have valet parking.
