A wonderful place ! Like stepping into another world, really makes you feel like you are in another place . Beautiful ambiance and decor. They have large couches perfect for parties and some smaller ones as well for more intimate gatherings . I had a large birthday party here, I spoke with the owner to get the bigger table. He is very nice and accommodating. Since we came on a Saturday night the menu is prefixed. It comes to about 42 per person, but definitely worth it . They serve appetizers before like shrimp kebobs and these meat cigars that were sweet and both were amazing . You can choose a main course of lamb, fish, or chicken . Since we had a large party broken into 3 smaller tables we picked them all and it was delicious ! My whole crew left with to go bags.! You can even bring a cake which they serve after and they do sing happy birthday ! I didn't have a cake yet the server brought me one of their slices and actually still sang ! They also served sweet mint tea at the end of the night . The party lasts from 6 to 9 which is plenty of time ( they try to wrap things up because they have another batch of people coming 9 to 12 ) . They had a belly dancer at 7 for us and she was amazing ! Very skillful and talented and interacts with the crowd . Even after she left they played music and we danced throughout the night ! A very awesome place for a party !

I'll keep this short& sweet- the service was fast and efficient, the food was very flavorful& came in huge portions, and the ambiance was awesome. Loved how immersed we felt, sad we weren't there on a Friday for the belly dancing! Will definitely be coming back :) don't sleep on this place just because it's in a strip mall!

I picked this place out for a place to meet up with two friends. I am so happy I did! Food - The pre-fixed menu was absolutely perfect. Everything was delicious! For the mail meal, we ordered the lamb. If you are not used to the taste of lamb, I would suggest the fish (I will try that next time) or chicken. The tea they give after is amazing as well. It is BYOB, so there is a Joe Canals nearby to get alcohol. If you ask for water, they give you bottled water. Service - The service was excellent. The woman that worked there was so kind and so were the waiters. It was lovely. Ambiance - It is great for couples and for groups. We saw both there. There is a lot of seating areas and the decoration is very pretty. Fridays around (7:30) and Saturdays they have belly dancers. We went Friday and the belly dancer was absolutely gorgeous. She tried to get everyone up and dancing or involved with the show, so bring some cash! The only downside was the cleaning supplies smell like diaper/baby products. There was a certain smell in some areas but I could handle it!

A friend surprised me on my birthday by taking me to Marakesh for dinner. The decor is amazing, lots of drapes, shiny golden metal tables, and the couches are super comfortable. We were quickly seated, and were given wine glasses. This spot is BYOB. The menu for dinner had two prix fixe options, both of which included the appetizer buffet. The appetizer table included hummus, salads, baba ganoush, olives, and other dips. They were all pretty good. For my entree, I got the lamb tagine. It was tasty and extremely tender. It was so soft, it practically fell off the bone. The surprise was the belly dancer. She was quite skilled and entertaining to watch. Not sure of many other restaurants in the area with this kind of atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit

Wow - baby lamb tagine is amazing!

What a fun unique place this is! Wonderful setting inside - you would never know you are dining at a restaurant in a strip mall on 46. Beautifully decorated with darkened lighting & comfortable couches to sit on. We started with the falafel - crispy & excellently prepared. There are so many tasty sounding apps that it's difficult to not just order all apps! Dinner entree's come with a delicious salad - dressed perfectly with a great amount of goodies in it. My entree was the baby lamb tagine & my husband got the mixed grill. Entree's come with rice & pita. The lamb was fork-tender & came right off the bone & my husband thoroughly enjoyed his meal. We ended the meal with baklava & an orange blossom crispy dessert that blew away the baklava. That is the one to order - the orange blossom dessert is so unique & so flavorful. Weekend evenings there is a belly dancer - definitely a place to come back to!

This was my first visit here with our group. Outstanding service paired with excellent food left me wanting more. For appetizers we had cigar rolls and shrimp. Both were delicious. We all shared the Tangine Lemon Chicken, a Lamb dish and another dish which I think was a mixture of kabobs served on a bed of rice. The Lamb was all sorts of amazing and one member of our party said it was the best lamb he ever had. See below for our food selections. The owner picked them out himself. Oh, and the dessert finished w/ mint tea was the perfect end to our night. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Hands down if I lived here I would return often. Be sure to BYOB!

5 star food, service and ambiance. When I finished, I thought to myself, I just had a perfect meal. I recommend the chicken tagine where the meat melted off the bone. The tastes aren't so strong that a person unfamiliar with Moroccan cuisine would regret trying it. Friendly and timely service. Lovely experience.

This restaurant was very nice and very authentic and cultural. It was aesthetically pleasing, Makes You feel like you're in dining in morocco which is pretty cool. Now some options here could be limited. If there's a certain amount of people at the table you may have to order the family style meals. I had made reservations for four people and we chose to do the family style which worked out pretty good- there's two different choices you can choose from one I believe was $45 one is like $35. My group had the salmon and the mix platter along with the meat cigars which are strange but good it's meat that season with like cinnamon nutmeg flavors in eggroll wrapper..it was good. Along with the salad bar and shrimp skewers. It's BYOB! Which is a big plus. The downfall for me was the fact that I had made reservations for 7 PM, Being told that belly dancing was going to be around 730 or eight. So I went in thinking I'll only be there till like 9 o'clock because I do like to be in and out once I'm done eating... so this was about an hour drive from my house as it was so I was really hoping again to leave by 9. But that information was wrong so the belly dancing did not start till nine and when she told me that I figured OK well I guess I'll just miss the belly dancing and maybe I'll catch another time-- But NO. They took forever to bring the food and it really seemed like they were pushing for us to stay till the belly dancing started because they charge a two dollar entertainment fee as well. I was very disappointed that I was here for almost 4 hours because again I had an hour ride home. I really didn't like this and for this reason I won't come back because they shouldn't operate like this. For a one time thing I would say do it if it's close And the food is pretty good but because there are there places that do offer the same things I wouldn't come back to this restaurant. Food: 5/5 Service: 2/5 Entertainment: 3.5/5 Price: ranges from $11-$30 i would say $$

Prob the best swordfish I've ever had at a restaurant - nicely seasoned and not dried out. We didn't really check out desserts because we were too full. Soft drinks were available and it's BYO. Servers seemed disengaged, chatting among themselves instead of attending to tables promptly. When we asked questions about dishes during our last visit, the response was a curt "whatever it says on the menu," which felt unhelpful and dismissive. The food is still decent, but the unpleasant atmosphere makes dining there less enjoyable now. I hope management addresses this situation. Perhaps training could help, regardless of any broader challenges with workers. Frequent patrons like me notice the decline and hope it can be corrected.

If one's a fan of healthy, natural, and delicious Mediterranean food, especially Greek food, one probably knows about this place. Described as a casual dining spot with an upscale vibe and the most delicious food this side of the Aegean Sea, The Address was our choice for lunch today. Located in the heart of a busy South Street, we were greeted by the host as first-timers without a reservation. Instead of being ushered to a table, my partner, his family, and I were asked which of the available tables that we would like. We opted for a table by the bar. The establishment was decorated in bright and inviting colors with olive plants throughout. It is a BYOB and also offers select California wine pairings. Their menu features Greek and Mediterranean cuisine, including entrées like Grilled Lavraki / Mediterranean Fillet Branzino and Grilled Chicken Souvlaki along with classic starters such as Spanakopita and Grilled Mediterranean Octopus. We decided on Grilled Chicken Souvlaki, Grilled Salmon, Fillet Branzino, Cauliflower Steak, and a side of Greek Lemon Potatoes for sharing. The food was truly top-notch, with every dish thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. One can tell there's real attention to quality and detail in the kitchen. Our meal ended with complimentary Baklava. The staff who worked there were so friendly and attentive. The price was reasonable. This place is exceptionally good for anyone looking to experience a top-tier restaurant.

The portions are generous, which is good. But the prices are still outrageous for the location and vibe. It is BYOB for alcohol. We walked in on Sunday at 6pm without reservations and by 7pm, the small space filled up. The $12 hummus was bad. Store bought hummus of the cheapest brand tastes better. Seriously don't understand how a hummus can taste so bland and meh. No seasoning? The pita that came with it was low quality--it gave my friend an allergic reaction right away [he has sensitivity towards poor quality flour products]. $44 paidakia--lamb chops--had 4 chops that were tender and delicate. Pasnip pure was bland and totally a miss--did nothing to complement anything on the plate. Barely any demi lace sauce--definitely on the dry side. Asked for potatoes to be sutstituted for brocollini, but the kitchen did not follow through with that ask, even though our waitress confirmed it was possible. $39 lamb souvlaki was a solid dish. Filling and hearty. Good quality meat skewer. Smoked eggplant puree had a very strong smoke flavor. Lemony potatoes had bright, refreshing lemomy flavor that we appreciated. Service is attentive and quick. Complementary toothbrushes in the bathroom were a nice touch--a star for this little amenity.
