If I could give **zero stars**, I would.
As someone who works in the healthcare field, I understand that many medical conditions are invisible and beyond a person's control. That is why I was absolutely shocked and disappointed by how this business treated a customer with **IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome)**.
After he had already paid for his meal, he was told he was no longer welcome because he had made a mess in the restroom. What the staff failed to acknowledge is that his accident was the result of a legitimate medical condition that he cannot control. To make matters worse, there wasn't even any toilet paper in the restroom because it had not been properly stocked. He did everything he could to clean up after himself despite the lack of basic supplies.
Instead of showing compassion, understanding, or even offering assistance, they chose to embarrass and ban someone for something directly related to a medical condition. That is not only incredibly disrespectful, but it raises serious concerns about how they treat individuals with disabilities or chronic illnesses. People with conditions like IBS already face anxiety and embarrassment every day. Going out to eat is often one of the few ways they can experience a sense of normalcy, and this business took that away.
As a healthcare professional, I find this treatment deeply troubling. Businesses should train their employees to handle situations like this with empathy and dignity, not judgment. Accommodating individuals with medical conditions should be part of providing good customer service.
To make matters even worse, the service has consistently been poor. The servers often seem unhappy and unfriendly, and the food isn't worth the experience.
This gentleman is also a veteran who has served our country. It's heartbreaking to see someone who has sacrificed so much treated with such little compassion over something he cannot control.
This establishment has permanently lost my business, and I will be sharing this experience with friends and family. I sincerely hope they reconsider how they treat customers with medical conditions and provide better training for their staff. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, dignity, and compassion.
