My wife and I came in 20min before closing on a Friday night to find Ariana behind the counter. Big smile and amazing customer service as if they had just opened! She took care with our food and was so nice and outgoing. I go to subways all over the country and I just go to get food quick and out the door. This was enjoyable for real! The food was good. I can't say enough great things about my experience with the Subway team in Emory, Texas! I had gotten busy and realized very last minute that I needed sandwiches for a meeting the next day. I stopped by Subway, hoping they could help--and they absolutely came through! Even though the manager, Candace, wasn't working at the time, one of the employees quickly got her on the phone and helped me place the order that evening. They were so kind, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure my order was handled perfectly. I never felt like an inconvenience for asking them to help on such short notice. The next morning, everything was ready exactly as promised. The sandwiches were fresh, delicious, and a huge hit at the meeting! Several people even commented on how much they loved having lighter, tasty sandwiches compared to heavier lunch options. I am so impressed with Candace and her team--they were efficient, friendly, and made the whole process completely stress-free. Took a chance and Ordered online at a great deal. Got the sandwiches home and found they got the two sandwiches mixed up and put mustard on the wrong sandwich. Wasn't to big a deal and swapped the top of each sandwich sense the breads were different. read more

This is a great place to eat if you have all day to wait on service when no one is in line and if you don't want one of the breads they are out of or you want the meatballs that they are out of. Maybe Someone from Jimmy Johns has infiltrated this Subway and is determined to drive away business, who knows but they suck! read more

So we ordered thru the mobile app because it offered contactless curbside. We ordered, went to pick it up and called the number. It took calling them four times for a total of about 100 rings before someone picked up. Then Tracy, who answered the phone stated they don't do curbside, it is to be picked up inside the store. She said the manager didn't tell them the app offered curbside. She still refused to have someone bring the food outside. Yet the funny thing is they brought food out curbside this morning when the wife stopped in. And they have signs on their door stating they offer curbside pickup. So apparently Tracy didn't tell the truth and just didn't want to bring the food outside. Yep, going to go somewhere else from now on. Not sure why someone would feel the need to lie because they are too lazy to deliver food their own advertising offers. Clearly management needs to spend more time in that store. read more

This has to be the slowest two employees that subway has ever had. They appear to be moving about as fast as a streak of cold molasses. It took twenty minutes to serve two customers and when I was next, one of them up and left. I hope the place is closed shortly. read more

She was nice service was good the only thing was the machine the toast the sub was broke so it burnt the subs

Ordered 4 ft long subs via the app. drove the 25 minutes it takes to get there, picked up said subs and returned home. Family sat down to enjoy, and bam! Not even ONE of the sandwiches were correct, in fact they had to be looking at a different order. Call Subway, spoke to a very sweet and apologitek young lady. I told her what the problem was and in order for me to return them would mean driving another hour. She told me that I could come back into the Emory Subway at my convinienc and get 4 fresh made FREE subs. I called a week later per instructions to let them know I was coming. I was in the car, it was then I was told the SUPERVISOR said since we didn't return the sandwiches the offer was off the table. Really?? Was the supervisor prepared to pay for my gas? My time and inconvenience?? If I am hired to do work at your house and mess it up do I say "I will only correct my mistake if you pay for my gas"? I had the receipt and compared it and the subs.
