Excellent pizza tonight. One pizza was ham and pineapple. It was the best tasting and plenty of toppings and robust sauce. Loaded with cheese. The other pizza was pepperoni onions and green peppers. The taste was great. Quantity of toppings on it. Instead of robust tomato sauce we had the Alfredo sauce And to top the meal off we had the cookies. Ah these are always great. I personally love our dominoes here in Terrell, my food is always hot wether I get it delivered or pick it up. Today I got delivery, and as always they specialized my pizza to the way I like it!! I got a mediterranean veggie with no olives, no feta no provolone added ham and extra banana peppers. It's perfectly cooked and delicious, I also got the veggie sandwich for later. All that for a grand total of only $20 with tax and delivery fee. Keep up the good work guys and girls, y'all never fail to impress me. read more

They canceled my order and claimed to called and left a message, but I never received either. When I called to check on the order, the manager was extremely rude. He explained that he canceled all orders after 10:30. When I tried to speak, he continued to interrupt me. He even interrupted me after I asked if I could finish my statement. read more

This is the worst Dominos ive ever encountered. Every time I order (which is a few times a month), they either mess up the food or they leave out sauces that I have paid extra for. One time a driver said that he would be back with my correct order and he never came back. What kind of customer service is that? Last time I ordered from there I had to get the general manager involved. Why is this location is open? It cant just be me that this is happening to. If I treated my clients the way they treat their customers. I would loose my job and we probably wouldn't be open anymore. read more

Terrible business ethics. They claim they are open till 1am on Saturdays (check the website) but I called at 12am on a Friday night and they said they are closed. Literally the woman on the phone said "hi this is dominos were currently closed. SO I asked "well online it says you're opened till 1, what are your hours? She said were open till for 1am delivery. So I said "ok... Then I'd like to place an order for delivery , I'm right next door, I can get it myself or you can deliver it here." The girl then Put her manager on the phone and he attempted to ask where im at. What does it matter? Im helping YOU out. I'm a 15 second walk to YOUR business and you want to claim you are closed an hour before closing time to pick up? I'm sorry for helping YOUR workers. Pathetic excuse. I used to love ordering from Dominos until I received horrible customer service. About a month ago, my household ordered from Dominos. After seeing that our order was "out for delivery" for over an hour we gave them a call. The manager lied and said he was sending it to us right now. We live right down the road from Dominos after about another 30-40 minutes we called again. Again, the manager said it was on the way. THEN another half hour passed us by and still no pizza. I actually was very patient and not once got mad. Pizza Hut had just opened up and it was a Friday or a Saturday so I'm sure Dominos was slammed. So I call a third time and again the manager picks up. I was told it was on the way but I told him that we've heard that several times already and it still hasn't arrived. I nicely asked him if they were just busy or did they forget. I was willing to be very understanding but then he did an annoying sigh on the phone. At the same time, we get a knock on the door, pizza is there and I had him talk to his driver and we ended up getting the pizza for free. However, his attitude was annoyed and he was brushing me off. It was SO disrespectful especially when I was willing to be patient. The pizza was ice cold by the time we received it too. So, to the jerk who I spoke with that night, way to lose customers. Customer service is number one and it's what keeps your paychecks going. It's also probably not a good idea to have crappy customer service when Terrell just got a Pizza Hut. Seems like y'all have lost your customers and some of your employees to the better pizza joint down the road. Maybe you can learn a thing or two from Pizza Hut .. read more
