Service was super efficient and quick. Food was fresh and hot and they included enough sauce to truly enjoy the sandwiches.

What a sh*t show. Girl in back is as rude as can be. Just a horrible person. Then we went back for shakes; despite her. Arby's always has nice shakes. In pretty cute with whipped cream and topping. We got crap slung at us in paper cap with nothing!!!! Manager would not fix. No word that happy hour; had no idea it was; is devoid of anything that makes you order a shake. Visited 6-28-20 went through drive thru. Was ordering and wasn't even finished and we were were told to pull around. When we told her we wasn't finished she sighed. Seriously? Asked for sauce and then we still had to go in and get it. Don't rush people through the drive thru if you refuse to let people dine in. Other restaurants in Terrell let you dine in to a certain capacity. read more

Is cheese on the supply chain list of things we're waiting for? We stopped at this location to get 2 classic beef & cheddar sandwich meals. We get home and unwrapped the sandwiches. Couldn't even see any meat on them until we opened the bun. One had about 4 pieces of the very thin meat wadded up in the middle and about one and a half tablespoons of the cheddar. The other on had about 5 pieces of meat and one teaspoon of cheese. And I'm talking about a level teaspoon, not a heaping teaspoon. So very disappointed. Come here all the time and get the triple chocolate cookie. About every time I come the price of the cookie is different it ranges from $1.08, $1.41, or $1.61. I just came through to get the cookie and at first the guy working told me it was $1.41 but then got to the window and then the price was $1.61. I came here just yesterday and bought the same thing for $1.08 starting to get a little frustrated with how much the price is fluctuating for some apparent reason. And when I asked the guy about why the price was different he just told me I must have gone to McDonald's when I clearly have proof of the prices from Arby's. Don't understand why this is going on. And whomever the blonde chick was that was getting drinks at 1 PM this afternoon, she was just as bad. Arby's is having two for $5 sandwiches right now and we think the fish sandwich is a great deal. Much less than the prices being charged by soem competitors plus the pice of fish is very large and cooked to a golden brown while being moist inside. Great fish sandwich and we could have had others such as the Whopper at the same price. Don't know how long this will last. Aside from slow drive through at times this is one of my favorite places to eat. Roast beef and potato cakes are my fav.

Few weeks back, I went through the drive through and placed my order but when I got to the window the total surprised me, I didn't have enough money and I was completely embarrassed. I asked the gentleman to take off an item and without a complaint, snicker or look, he smiled and said no problem. He handed me my food, told me to have a good night and to come back. When I got home I was unloading my bags to feed my family and to my surprise the item I asked him to take off was in my bag. Thank you for not making me feel worse than I did and brighting my day. I have been back since and will continue to do so. To the gentleman working the drive thru window " Thank you! Your gesture was must needed that day for me. I sincerely appreciated it."
