At that point, my frustration grew, and by 11:45 AM, my mom and I decided to leave since our food never arrived. This experience was extremely disappointing. The lack of communication, poor time management, and obvious oversight by both the staff and management were unacceptable. My mom and I left hungry, frustrated, and completely dissatisfied.
