Ok so I'm like a week late but needed to say I ordered 3 pizzas last Sunday and let me tell you it was the best pizza I have had so far from this place. We tried the BBQ thin crust, so crispy and light. The other two were deep pan and also tasted amazing. I ordered and it took less the. 25 minutes to get to my door. It was so freash, and let me tell you not going to lie I've had problems before with this location last time I ordered and they redeemed themselves this time. Like Lot!!! If it's new mangnent, new employees I do not know what, but keep it up. My friend ordered from yall yesterday and of course I tried a slice and tasted amazing. Today was the third time in a row that they were pulling my pizza out of the oven 10 mins after ordering. Staff is always friendly too!

Be sure you have time to wait for them to remake your pizza. They can't get an order correct. Or your food is burned like they cooked it twice. Then when you point it out they just shrug their shoulders like it doesn't mean anything to them. Ordered meat lover's on thin crust for pickup. They said would be ready in 20 min. Got there in 22 minutes, home is 5 min away. The pizza looked like it had been under a heat lamp all day. Crust was dry. They're cutting corners and producing horrible pizza. Won't be going back. read more

I wish I could give no stars. I walked in and apologized because it was close to closing but I like pizza hut and wanted pizza, I had a craving for it. But I understand the inconvenience of it which is why I apologized. The girl who rung me up was Terriana and let me tell you, she was rude and on her personal phone talking to me. So I placed an order online about 2 hours ago, it's still not here. Granted, it is a rainy day; however, when I called them to see if there was any problems with the order(50 minutes later)-i was told that the order was out for delivery. Then I got a call 20-30 minutes later and they said that the driver could not check out the order (assign it to himself for delivery) because there was a problem with the card... I'd cancel, but my kids really want that Pizza...they wanted another form of payment for pizza that was at least an hour old... I too would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered online. removed Italian sausage off my large supreme pizza and substituted green olives instead. Drove from Wills Point to Terrell , put my pick up time for 1 hour from when I left. Upon arriving at said time, pizza seemed ok. I felt kinda weird when the counter guy took my printed out receipt and did not let me have it..o well I payed cash so I got my pizza and drove home. pizza was cold , its only about a 20 minute drive home so that is not the issue. upon opening thebox I realized that not only did I not get green olives but Italian sausage was on my pizza. So instead of my order being right, I recived cold burnt pizza, and np receipt to double check the order so I looked up my order online...I am a hut rewards member,..and I ordered it right..they just got it wrong. I will be driving to Canton or Forney from now on because the Terrell store obviously is sub par when it comes to quality of pizza and customer service, horrible expriance and I will not be going back. If I could give no stars I would. We placed an order in last night around 6:50 said the order would be delivered at 7:20...8:00 came around no food. I called them the lady said she had to call everyone that made an online order and tell them the time was wrong, and she said she tried calling us but the phone number wasn't working....then she proceed to tell me they only have one delivery person and she is taking 5 orders at a time....(so your telling me I could be the last person the be delivered and it could be cold??) I told her to forget it don't even deliver. THEN TODAY (idk should have learned my lesson last night) I ordered again same issue not here. Passing through town during cross country move and ordered delivery, was here within 25 min and tasted amazing! Had the supreme and cheese sticks, was hesitant about reviews but husband really wanted pizza so we took a chance and glad we did, best I've had in awhile! read more

Unfortunately I have had pizza from here several times. The last time I ordered pizza from this location it was just horrible I love pizza hut but this location is horrible and there customer service is horrible as well. Won't be going back. I urge you to stay away. read more

Definitely disappointed! I ordered the pasta and there was pineapple in it. The pasta was also dry. The pizza was dry and poorly cut. It was particularly thrown in the box. I don't like leaving bad reviews but I'll definitely go elsewhere from now on. read more

2:57pm called and made a order (a guy put in the order) 3:07pm called and confirm with my son that his order will be there between 45mins to and hour. 3:07pm called Pizza Hut back to make the order a large pizza vice a medium or add a large pizza. The assistant manager Christina said that the pizza is already fix and in the oven, and hung up. 3:08pm called Pizza Hut back due to the rude type of customer service that was received. Requested to speak with the manager and then Christian advised that she is the assistant manager on duty. Myself: requested to speak with the manger again or even the managers number. Christian: I am the manager on duty this weekend. Myself: please cancel the order Christian: you must don't want your food (continually) Myself: excuse me I requested to have my order cancelled and you are being very rude and I would like to have the number to your manager please. Christian: I am the manager on duty and I will cancel your order and hung up 3:16pm Call Pizza Hut back after talking to my son. Christian answered once again. I requested to have the name of the manager she then told me who it was. Christian: Are you the at the hospital that just called and have the order cancelled. Myself: No, I'm not I called to order food for a patient. Im very disappoint and your actions are very unsatisfactory for the way you treated me even if I am a patient at the hospital they are still a customer. That's why I would like to know who the owner an manager of that store is. Christian: I will call her now Myself: great can you give her my number. Christian: im gonna call her now and let her know how you yelling at me and how you are treating me.
