Hey Broc-Star!! that's a funny sticker in the front window. The workers here are friendly and efficient. The restaurant is pretty nice and clean. We were there at a busy lunchtime and it was OK. Mom tried a Tristan pizza with added tomato sauce and onion. I have the Jasper with beef instead of saucy spicy. So swaps can be made in some of the recipes it did not take long to get our food. And it was so nice and fresh and wonderful. read more

Thanks Josh! Mom and I stopped by (we are from Nyc) so we're serious about our pizza! Friendly service, clean interior and most importantly delicious pizza! I got an 11" mod with classic sauce, extra basil, mozz and mushrooms (literal classic perfection with a lil parmesan on top). Mom got pepp, sausage and onion on top of same ingredients I chose. Okay so we have been going here since they opened and I agree with the other post on the service is awful! Today will be the last time we go. We went in and placed an order for 4 pizzas, first 2 prepared on the 3rd we asked for extra cheese since very little was pit on. The employee said he couldn't because the manager said they are not allowed. I offered to pay for the extra cheese and he told me that was not allowed. So we left they have to discard 3 pizzas they prepped because of this stupid manager rule. Loss in product and now customers that have been patient with the lack of staff or lack of staff "working" Disappointing to say the least read more

Every time I come into the mod location in Terrell Jose and Aidan have always had a good attitude the pizza always tastes great they really just have great customer service and make it fun every time. The place is always super clean and a really enjoyable environment. But for some reason it always seems to be short staffed. read more

This was my first time trying this place and I was honestly not impressed at all. It's nice that you can add any amount of toppings without extra charge but still $10 for a 11inch pizza is a bit ridiculous especially for the quality. It would be better to go to dominos or something to get a full size pizza at that price. The toppings were just thrown on mine instead of being spread out well so some slices were straight bacon and no pineapple. The cheese bread tasted grainy for some reason and was not good at all so we didn't even finish it. Both were also overcooked making the crust tough to eat. read more

Food was good but if we hadn't driven over 80 miles to get here we would have left. Totally ignored by staff even though they weren't busy. One guy was too busy flirting with customer who was flirting back and other guy was busy smashing dough to wait on us. This location must have a staffing problem. We come here about once a month and staff is always different. Will give it another chance but if service is still this bad, will need to find another location or company read more

The pizza was good. I didn't give it 5 stars because I could taste frozen-ness. Maybe the sauce was frozen or the dough was frozen at one point. The service was good. They were fats and friendly. Never been here so decided to try it out cuz CFA didn't sound too great. Was not greeted. Asked about sizes and crust. No help so I just got the thicker crust. Did the BYO. Both employees were wearing sweats and crocs with socks. I understand not wearing a uniform but at least some jeans and tennis shoes. Come on. Got a salad as well (food was to go) no plasticware was to be found. Paid and watched employees as my pizza was cooking. One was on their phone and one was pressing dough. The place was a mess. No reason you should be on your phone while there is stuff to do. At the bin station before walking out there was a bunch of dirty plates piled up. Floor in kitchen area was so dirty. Ate there Monday of this week and had a very upset stomach the next day, but thought it was from other food I ate. Ended up feeling better on Wednesday so I ate the last few slices of my pizza that I had leftover. Big mistake lol. The next day my stomach was a mess again and I was puking all day. I stopped by Mod pizza on the way home. For a place that advertised a pizza made the way you like it, they are falling real short. I order my pizza from them the same way all 50 or so times that I have eaten there. Simple. Mod sauce to the edge. Cheese and extra cheese. Hamburger and bacon with just a little more cheese. Out of the 50 visits, 46 have gone well. The last four visits have had the same results. 1. Sauce to the edge-sorry Sir, we are not allowed to put the sauce close to the edge. It may make a mess and we will have to clean the oven. One ladle of sauce. I don't think so. 2. Extra cheese-employee takes two fingers and picks up 6-8 pieces of grated cheese. More cheese please-we are not allowed to put extra cheese on it. What do you mean you are not allowed. Your webpage says anyway I like it-company policy, no extra cheese. Did the company change their website? They don't have to change it. But it says anyway I like it. This response almost caused an adverse reaction but I held it. You can get it anyway you like it. More cheese please. Except for more cheese. 3. More hamburger and bacon please and please spread the meat out close to the edge. We can't. It might make a mess in the oven. I did manage to convince her to at least move more than 3 " from the center with the meat. 4. Please top it off with more cheese. Again two finger punch and I got my extra cheese-NOT This has been the basic response for the last 4 trips. But wait-there's more We can't put more cheese on it because we switched to whole milk cheese and it spreads out more. I have worked for a pizza joint that switched from a half mix of artificial cheese and real cheese. Then before I had left the pizza company when to whole milk cheese. I know what it does. I also know where the quality of the pizza drops off when too much toppings are added. I had to run a pizza through the oven five times just to get the toppings cooked. So since their FB does not allow pictures, anyone can find me on my FB and see the pictures and see if my MOD pizza at the brink of being over loaded. Blaze Pizza is coming to Dallas. We love MOD! Unfortunately this location is not the same as others we have eaten at. There were no pizzas in the oven. All the made pizzas were sitting in the racks or on the table waiting to be placed in the oven. The place was packed with people waiting on their pizza but no pizzas in the oven. It was also very messy. The staff was rude and the manager looked to be in high school. We decided to leave before ordering and eat somewhere else. Bummed! read more

Usually like Mod's but all our pizza's were over cooked. Which I thought next time I can asked them to make them less crispy no big deal. But as I got see the place more, the floors were dirty. Then we stepped outside to the outdoor dinning area and it was filthy! Previous customers dishes with old food sitting there, tons of napkins scattered on the floor flying everywhere.
