The food is fine. But if they mess up a pizza and bring it to your home... Beware!! We used the Slice App. We ordered a large Pizza 1/2 cheese and 1/2 hamburger jalapeño. We got a whole pizza hamburger and jalapeño. My kid isn't going to touch it. my husband IS going to eat it. We called Slice. They were sending us a medium cheese. Now the delivery driver asks for the LG Pizza back..it is half gone... Yeah it is. So the driver understood that she was replacing a pizza. She calls her boss... their solution? Leave only 1/2 the Medium cheese pizza and take back the 1/2 of the large pizza. Umm no. how does 1/2 of a medium pizza replace 1/2 of a large pizza? Most of all, unless these people are just scavengers... this 1/2 of the large pizza is going into the trash. SO ANGRY right now. I told the driver just to forget it... Nevermind, just take it back. It is 8:11 on a Saturday evening. We ordered our pizza around 6:45 and it was promised around 7:45. We called about 8 and told them the pizza was late and they told us that it was still in the store and had not left yet, get that it is now an hour and 20 minutes to get a pizza and it was still at the store. We called back to cancel and they put my wife on hold for 7 minutes. We called them on another line to tell them we were still on hold. Our thought they were waiting so they could say it had left the store. We finally got it cancelled, we are having sandwiches for dinner. Thanks a lot Rocko I was really wanting pizza. Juan V. Toppings are good, but the crust is flavorless. It would bode well for them to sprinkle some garlic, oregano, and/or some parmesan to give it some taste. We love their pizza, right now we prefer it over all the other pizza places in Forney. We have had a couple of issues of asking for them to double a type of meat or to put less sausage but it was ignored. It wasn't bad, it was just a little disappointing. They've gotten better though. read more

This place seems to be relatively unknown, but has the best pizza I've had in Terrell by far. Although I have gotten the wrong pizza on occasion, I've never gotten a bad pizza. They load each pizza with whatever you order and it is very filling. I'm not sure about the other entrees. read more

Since the new ownership, their customer service and the quality of pizza has gone down all while increasing the prices. Literally had the owner argue with me about my pizza order because he got it wrong. He then seemed very annoyed that I expected him to remake it. When I received the correct order, it was not fully cooked...I gave up because I knew it would be another argument. I came home and threw it in the oven to finish cooking and get crispy. The pizza is good but the service is atrocious. They use the slice app I'm assuming to help with business. Per the slice app both the forney and terrell locations deliver to my home. I waited over an hour for my TWO medium pizzas. I finally called the forney location to find out what was going on. They told me I ordered through the wrong location. I told them delivery from their location was offered through the app. After the forney location called the Terrell location the FINALLY said my order was out for delivery. I placed my order at 3:37 pm. I didn't receive my order until 5:01 pm. No one ever took responsibility for the inconvenience. This was the second time this has happened. The first time I had to go and get my pizza because it was already over an hour that I had waited. I am not very impressed with the pizza at Rockos. The front staff did seem friendly but the pizza itself was not very good. The crust just seems odd. I am not sure why the consistency is so weird but it seemed very dry. Also the toppings on our pizza seemed sparse at best. We ordered an extra large and the pizza looked like a large pizza that was cut so many times that they claimed it had 16 slices. The problem is some of the slices seemed average in size and others were VERY small. I would equate the slices at times to smaller than a deck of playing cards. read more

I order pizza from Rocko's all the time. Tonight I ordered a pizza get home and start eating notice there is a staple on the pizza. I called and they wanted to give me a $5 credit. I am not driving all the way back over there for a new pizza and they do not deliver to my house. I will not be eating this pizza. I told them they should refund my money. Instead of keeping a regular customer and refunding $12 this place would rather not and at the same time get on the phone being rude as hell! First time ordering pizza from Rocko's. I will never ever order there again. I order delivery of a large pepperoni and a large supreme. easy enough order. Got the pizza and sat down to serve it at the table and no pepperoni. Called back and told them their mistake and was given a free order to replace that one. so I told them to send me a pepperoni and I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for the replacement pizza. No pizza arrived so I call back up there and the managers response was I thought you wanted it for another day. UH HECK TO THE NO. Who orders a pizza for their family and when its wrong says, ' I'll feed my family this pizza that you got wrong and order the right one another day even though they wont eat it." This place doesn't deliver 4 miles away to the TA truck stop. Lame. Had to call dominoes. Not to happy with them.
