I have to say that Bulldog Pizza has served me some of the best pizza I've ever had, but the pleasure of good eats has come at a price.
My first online order was for a large, 16" Supreme with no red onions. When I got the pizza home I found a large 16" pizza with ONLY red onions, and of course, I had paid for a three-meat pizza. I kept the pizza but went back to the store and reported all the problems including that the button on their online order page read "No red onions" but what printed out on my order receipt was "Red onions". The young lady on duty apologized profusely and refunded my full purchase price.

Before I left the store I looked at my pizza, discussed with her my previous problems with the same pizza, and asked if she had put red onions on my pizza. She said she had even though I had clicked the "No red onions" button on my order web page. Other than the onions, the pizza appeared to be correct otherwise.
When I got the pizza home I noticed there were no black olives on the pizza, but in their place I was given green bell peppers. I was okay with the substitution but this was another instance where my order was not fulfilled correctly.
I will give Bulldog Pizza one more chance to earn my business because I want to support this local business. But there can be no excuse for this kind of poor performance of the order fulfillment process, and the correction must begin with correcting the online order system to ensure that what the customer orders is what shows up on the screens/printers in the kitchen.
The pizza is really good, but because of the 0 for 2 performance in order fulfillment, I'm rating Bulldog Pizza one star, for now. read more
