Tonight I came in and ordered a Honey Walnut Shrimp bowl with 1/2 fried rice and 1/2 super greens. They were out of super greens and told me it would be ready in about 5 minutes. They made the greens fast and they were wonderful, as was the shrimp and fried rice. My niece had the teriyaki chicken bowl with half fried rice and half lo mein noodles. She said they have been making the noodles a little dry and hard lately so she didn't want all noodles. She said the noodles were better but still not as good as they use to be, but she liked everything. The reason I gave 5 stars is: What impressed me the most was Martin (Haven't seen him in here before). He was telling the other employees the soda fountain needed to be taken a part and cleaned and one person wanted to know who said so and he said, "Panda, wants them cleaned every night." He was also telling them a lot of other things that needed to be done. He was leading by example because while he was being very nice and explaining what needed to be done he was cleaning the kitchen the whole time. I have read some of the bad reviews about the cleanliness and that made me happy to see that they were doing what was needed. He is working so hard and seems to be a very good leader and star employee. read more

My whole family has their favorite dishes here so everyone is happy with Panda Express. We love the super greens as a side but there is less kale and the broccoli is a bit undercooked. The rest of the dishes are good and we keep coming back! read more

I'm aware that when it gets close to closing time, people want to leave at an efficient time and make sure the place looks great. I showed up around 20 minutes before closing and they didn't have half of the menu. No crab rangoons and they were missing basically half of the menu. I don't think I have ever been to a fast food establishment or a Panda Express where the employees decide on their own will that they should stop preparing and serving food at a certain time. The chow mein was scraps and cut up into smaller pieces and the teriyaki was old and tasted slightly burnt. I spent 20 dollars on a plate and an entree where that definitely could've gone further at the Cane's or Mcdonald's next door. If you do not like having to prep food right before closing then don't work in fast food. We've all been there and we've all done it. Panda employees are paid too much to decide to not have any food for the last hour of their opening time. read more

I am trying to communicate my experience so managers correct the problem and fix it. If the culture is just give what is available instead of quantity you have an issue. Not only that seems like GM was talking to area director but employee was afraid of interrupting them for a customer. As a restaurant manager we always have time to listen to customers. Typical Panda Express experience. Based on the other reviews, I was nervous but we had a great experience. We were able to park behind the restaurant. We walked in and were immediately greeted. We ordered orange chicken and broccoli beef with white rice. Both were available. We checked out and employees were friendly. The soda area was well-stocked and basically clean. Pros: Staff is friendly and seems apt. Food is exactly what you would expect. Cons: half of the tables are "x"'d off as unavailable. The five remaining tables are NOT being cleaned, despite them sporting cute little laminated squares proclaiming the table has been sanitized for our safety. There was no cleaning or other service to the dining area during our 30-minute visit. We had to wipe our table and chairs clean of leftover food before eating. At least three table area floors were littered with food and plastic items from previous diners. The topper here is that one of the two entries/exits is totally and intentionally blocked with furniture , creating a possible liability in case of a crisis requiring a fast retreat outside. Haven't been there in awhile due to construction on the street in front of them. Went in at 11:44 am on a Wednesday. The young people working were walking back and forth, and ignoring me standing at the line. The ONLY thing they had available was chow mein, a little mushroom chicken, some orange chicken, teriyaki chicken and ONE egg roll. All the other pans were empty. And no one cooking, at all. I got some of what was available and left. It will be a long while before I go back. When there's no supervisor there, the young people working seem to have a very weak work ethic. read more

I've only ever gone through the drive through; however, I'm there quite often. There'a rarely a time that something doesn't go well, but this is my first time writing about it. Watson was my drive through lady and not only was she off-putting and cold, she completely gave me the wrong order, didn't include fortune cookies and I had no way of getting it fixed because by the time I had actually checked my order she had waved me forward to move ahead for the next guest when I was clearly upset and unsatisfied. They close at 10 pm. Arrived at 8:50 but it seemed like they already wanted to be closed and go home ( which trust me i understand) and didn't prepare enough. Three cars ordered ahead of me and we were ALL told to pull into parking spaces due to being out of foods. So four cars total waiting for food because they were out of chowmein and also out of both rice options. Seeing as those are the two main sides you would think there would be an abundance. Food was brought out to my car and the girl was nice and read back my order but I asked if they put both extra sides I ordered in there as well she stated yes she put them in there. Panda Express employees are awesome and show real concern for the customer. While I was getting my plastic ware and napkins I forgot my straw. The nice lady stocking all of the supplies at that Drink Counter slipped a straw to me realizing I hadn't remember to pick one up and knowing I would need one. I didn't even realize until then that I had forgotten it. I always have a great meal and great time at your restaurants. Way to go Panda Express! read more

I'm not sure I'll even come back here. Pretty terrible experience all round. To begin with we had to wait in line for 15 minutes to get our food. (*Hint, when your restaurant is busy have more than one person doing the serving line.) When it is my turn to order they are out of the chow mein. Now, I can understand how you run out but don't tell me you're out then serve the 3 people after me the chow mein. (the main reason I even went) That's not all. I ordered two kids meals also. When we go to check out I asked about the cookies that are supposed to go with the meal. The cashier, Lucy, annoyingly say "we don't have any". Seeing as that's included in the meal, which are costly I might add, I asked could I get them discounted. Her response,"no"! I thought that was pretty rude no explanation, no let me ask my manager, just rudeness. So, I asked to talk to her manager to which she annoyingly asked another employee to get him. While I waited she set there rolling her eyes and pinching the bridge of her nose until the manager came. He was nice and offered my children spring rolls instead which was fine. I've only recently begun eating at Panda Express and have been very surprised by the quality and flavor of the food. I travel all over the country every week and can say that your restaurants serve excellent food, especially for fast food chains. So far all the stores I have visited are very clean and the people are very nice, as apposed to other fast food places where the people waiting on you are either disinterested in serving you, are ignorant, slovenly or obnoxious. I will only eat at places where I think the people who are handling the food are conscientious about hygiene and are careful about food preparation. read more

Recently taken my mother out to eat for her birthday. My mother is in a wheelchair and while trying to order her food she was deliberately and repeatedly ignored by the server, literally the lady waited on me the people behind us even as my mother tried to place her order the lady looked at her smugly and basically refused to serve her. Finally after i ordered for my mom we sat down to eat still trying to be in a good mood my mom goes bk up to place another order and another young server does the same thing after a while i look up to see her wait on the customers in front of her but refuse to wait on my handicapped mother . I immediately ask to speak to the manager and was just told that he would speak to them about it. If he ever did i dont know. I have gotten better problem resolutions at taco bell or McDonald's.
