    the lady who took my order didn't know much English, and when I asked for the salsa which is the diced tomatoes she gave me a heaping serving of chimichurri, and when I asked for the liquid queso she gave me shredded cheese. I expect a refund and please don't go here when forney isn't much farther and has better service

    This is what I ordered.

    I did a mobile order at this chipotle today. I went in and got my bowl and left (never checked it, because on all of the receipts on the packaging it says the correct order). I drove 30 minutes home and opened my bowl to steak, white rice, pinto beans, and sour cream. The complete wrong order. I have attached what I was supposed to receive. How on earth do you mess an order up that bad? At least they got the sour cream, rice, and beans right, I guess. That is absolutely infuriating when I just paid $14 for the wrong bowl. WOW! Terrible service.

    Hoy en particular no vi amabilidad en los empleados, con mala cara y actitud prepotente. Aunque ya escribí anteriormente en una encuesta mi experiencia, me gusta escribir aquí también para que otros clientes que pasen lo mismo y no permitan que los menosprecien. Tuve una muy mala experiencia con la cajera, que aunque ella era nueva la peor fue la que estaba entrándole. Me cobraron un side por equivocación de salsa que pedí por separado. En cuando me doy cuenta regreso a decir a la cajera. Entonces la que era talvez manager con una cara de arrogancia ni siquiera voltea a verme y le da el dinero a la otra chica que se equivocó y con tono burlesco dice es solo 1.55. No piedieron ni disculpas al contrario me hicieron sentir que exagero. Y eso me molestó No creo que me den una ensalada si me falta ni 1 dólar. Groseras y mala actitud No es el dinero, no entienden que no puedes tener ese comportamiento con un cliente. Yo jamás falte el respeto y no me gusta los cobros extra. Y si compramos al menos 4 veces a la semana en este lugar. Y en otro restaurante llamado salad & go. Ojalá sus empleados solo hagan su trabajo. No te burles de los cliente, si te equivocas no cuesta nada pedir disculpas. No hay peor que empleados que creen que hacen el favor a clientes. Además ni me había quejado de los chips que muchas veces los dan rancios, y es porque mezclas chips nuevos con viejos. Ojalá y pongan atención en esto. Y la carne aveces tiene mucho pellejo y está un poco quemado.

    Not very well maintained, the food looks old and there's trash everywhere. Cockroach on the floor of the bathroom.

    Doesn't look like much but I have always loved off beat looking restaurants. This one wowed me. Food was superb and service was fantastic.

Not only was my order wrong but the bathrooms i mean wtf. They were messy had broken soap dispensers. Full trash cans, and it just felt gross. Bunch of kids working the place but not very organized as they forgot one of my items and I had to go tell them. No one said hey welcome in no one said thanks for coming. I've been in Texas 4 days so far and I've had a bad experience all of the days. So Freddy's was my high point only to be mistaken. Maybe you'll read my review and fix some things add more training less loud music in the kitchen. And maybe more pride in the work. But I will not be coming back to this Freddy's ever again if and when we come back to Texas. I know the locals will probably eat me up in the comments but I was just not happy at all. Makes me really sad because this is the only Freddy's that I've had this experience with.

They made the greens fast and they were wonderful, as was the shrimp and fried rice. My niece had the teriyaki chicken bowl with half fried rice and half lo mein noodles. She said they have been making the noodles a little dry and hard lately so she didn't want all noodles. She said the noodles were better but still not as good as they use to be, but she liked everything. The reason I gave 5 stars is: What impressed me the most was Martin (Haven't seen him in here before). He was telling the other employees the soda fountain needed to be taken a part and cleaned and one person wanted to know who said so and he said, "Panda, wants them cleaned every night." He was also telling them a lot of other things that needed to be done. He was leading by example because while he was being very nice and explaining what needed to be done he was cleaning the kitchen the whole time. I have read some of the bad reviews about the cleanliness and that made me happy to see that they were doing what was needed. If you do not like having to prep food right before closing then don't work in fast food. We've all been there and we've all done it. Panda employees are paid too much to decide to not have any food for the last hour of their opening time.
