Food is great. Experience is subpar. A 5"4 male employee with a mediocre mustache and hideous (unprotected) "man bun" has relentlessly made fun of my sister and I while ordering the past two trips to this location. His attitude makes this Chipotle location one of my least favorite places in the entirety of Texas. Someone needs to tell him to cut the attitude. And the man bun. They're both awful. read more

Arrived just after advertised opening and several masked workers were frantically preparing to get food ready. I was the only one in the store and no one said a word to me. Finally a worker walked up and asked what I wanted. There was no brown rice, no vegetables. Both had to be prepared while I waited. Ordered for the first time home delivery totally 35.00 a salad and a bowl and in the notes I clearly asked for house dressing To be included in for the salad. The order arrived, I asked driver if dressing was included in order, was told yes, open the order and had no dressing, and two or three flakes of lettuce in the bowl and called that a salad. This is the second time this location has completely messed up my order. I figured the first time was excusable since I ordered inside and they were kinda busy at the time and forgot put my quesadilla in the bag, once I got home (20minutes away) and realized I immediately called to let them know part of my order wasn't in the bag they didn't offer to refund and just asked if I wanted to return to get it (which I did wasting more gas) this time I ordered online due to the recent situation, and they gave me two bags of chips when I only ordered one, and they gave me two guacamole sides when I had only ordered one guac and one large queso, the queso was not in the bag and the tacos were ice cold. My husband ordered online and went to pick up our food. He was supposed to be ready at 515. He waited until 535, watching people walk in, order and leave before him. Finally he gets served. Shame on him for trusting that the workers would get our order right. I ordered a salad and got no lettuce. He ordered extra rice and cheese and chicken for additional cost and didn't receive it yet we paid for it. Never had such terrible service at a chipotle. They should get some training or they'll lose more business than just ours. read more

I have been enjoying Chipotle for many years. When they built this one in Terrell I was glad that I wouldn't have to drive so far to get to one of their locations. I had eaten there a hand full of times and they are usually good. However, I went there a few months ago and they were out of steak. One of the staff, who looked to be of high school age jumped in and started cooking steak. I got the burrito home, 20 minutes away and the steak was raw. This Chipotle in Terrell seems to always be staffed by high school kids and there never seems to be supervision, and by Supervision I mean a GROWN UP!! After the raw steak experience I would just hit a Chipotle further out. Today, I decided to give Terrell another try. I ordered 2 burritos for pickup, one steak and one carnitas. When I got home with my order, again 20 minutes away both burritos were carnitas.. No steak!! read more

I've been coming here since it opened and the good experiences heavily outweigh the bad. Almost always fresh, the service is fast, the staff will do their best to service non-ordinary requests without question. It has been somewhat dirty at times but with how loose a bowl naturally is it is to be expected that it will be dirty for a little bit during rush times. The chips are sometimes a bit stale or too salty but they'll happily replace them on request and even sometimes make completely fresh chips. I also only drink water and this is one of the only restaurants that I know of where the fountain water doesn't have a funky taste. All in all, it has been a solid experience throughout, much more reliable than the one in Town East. read more

Food was good, our host was very friendly. However, the place was filthy. There were no clean tables and the floors had stuff all over them.

I've been coming here for three years and what I just witness was a disaster. There GM isn't answering phone per all the employees, they are two line cooks out. The GM needs to be fired, his kitchen is drowning and on top of that they gave all their only chips away to one customer instead of. Portioning out to everyone and apologizing for not being able to give so many chips to one customer. This kitchen needs a new GM and to help these Line Cooks. One cook is staring in space instead of hustling. I'm a chef myself and I understand how hard it is but they need alittle more structuring. read more

Obviously the food is good but the service is subpar. We have been there several times now and the general consensus is they need to step up their game. The latest fiasco was when I placed an online order for pickup. As I arrived and asked for my order they knew nothing of it and the order receipt was still sitting on the printer. This was after I showed up ten minutes after the order was supposed to be complete. It's a good thing I was actually there when they started the order because it would have been completely wrong too. They placed all the salsas on the entrees when everything was ordered on the side and placed sour cream on my wife's salad. Had the order been ready when I got there I wouldn't have known about the order being wrong until I had gotten home and she is lactose intolerant and wouldn't have had anything to eat. We will continue to eat there but ya'll need to improve the attention to details and service. read more
