My taco salad. It was less than 1/3 of the bowl

Whoever owns this taco Bueno is an idiot, who is going to lose every penny. He invested in this place because of the way it's run. The sign out at the drive-through. Looks like somebody put a fist through it so you can only see half the menu. The people inside do not know their head from their ass. They get the order wrong every time. This time, I was smart enough to check before I left and I was missing three things. I went back to the drive-through, and told them I was missing and they argued with me before looking at my receipt and understanding that they did not give me all my food. Then after that, they still got it wrong. Serving fast food is not rocket science. So the problem here is obviously the leader ship. Won't be back ever again.

Bueno Chilada platter... My go-to since the '80s

I don't understand why others give this place a bad review. I've been there 5-6 times and never had anything but a great experience. The quality of their food is significantly higher than the Bell, their prices are good and everyone in there has always been extremely friendly. Every time I've been, it's been for dine-in service...maybe the drive-thru is a different deal, I dunno. I'll keep going there with no regrets.

Love Taco Bueno. I wish they'd come to the west coast. It would be super successful! I miss my muchacos!

I have always liked Taco Bueno, not this one, with employees as rude as these it's no wonder they're not busy......on to Taco Bell

Freddy's has fast friendly service. Great food. Burgers are always good. The Tator tots are my…read morefavorite and are delicious with my burger. Mijay is a great manager and he is super kind and helpful! I will continue to come back because the experience was amazing and the location is always clean. I can trust this place.

Ok so I have been going to Freddy's in Kansas for years. every time I go I am excited because I…read moreknow the burgers the atmosphere and the vibes are all going to be there. When I knew we were going to TX I was excited because duh Freddy's but man what a disappointment. Ordering: I felt so rushed the guy taking my order kept playing with his pen clicking it tapping it and not listening to us, playing with his hat, Fidgeting and rushing us, we didn't feel listened too. We kept having to repeat our orders and edits to our orders. I ordered a plain single patty burger and I said plain no cheese single patty burger but I wanted lettuce and grilled onions. What did I get a double cheeseburger. Maybe it was me and i forgot to read the screen but I know what I said. The sodas were so flat. And the custard was not what I'm accustomed to. My husband had to go and re order my order because after reviewing the receipt it was placed incorrectly. I cannot with any self respect say that I like this Freddy's. Not only was my order wrong but the bathrooms i mean wtf. They were messy had broken soap dispensers. Full trash cans, and it just felt gross. Bunch of kids working the place but not very organized as they forgot one of my items and I had to go tell them. No one said hey welcome in no one said thanks for coming. I've been in Texas 4 days so far and I've had a bad experience all of the days. So Freddy's was my high point only to be mistaken. Maybe you'll read my review and fix some things add more training less loud music in the kitchen. And maybe more pride in the work. But I will not be coming back to this Freddy's ever again if and when we come back to Texas. I know the locals will probably eat me up in the comments but I was just not happy at all. Makes me really sad because this is the only Freddy's that I've had this experience with.

I've been to a lot of Charley's and I got to say this is my new favorite of franchises. The food…read morewas not only good but big portions, I ordered small sandwiches got huge sandwiches that were stuffed with meat (where's the beef, you'd have to be blind not to see the mounds on each half that was edge to edge), the regular fries were awesome, the loaded fries were LOADED and so bloody good, the joint was spotless, and the staff were so good and friendly. I asked for rabbit food on one of my sandwiches and actually got lettuce (not a dusting) and two full slices of tomatoes on both halves (that makes 4 slices). The mozzarella sticks were the size of hot dogs and I got four of them. Even though this out of my way I'll be coming back again.

Let me start off by saying I am a fan of Charlie's Cheesesteaks in general, And at the time of our…read morevisit this location was fairly new and had only been opened for about a week or so and they were busy. With that said I'm just going to give my honest opinion on how our visit went. The employee who took our order seemed to be unhappy about something as we received attitude for simply ordering two Philly cheesesteaks combos. (Pleasant employees make happy customers, Unhappy employees make for bad reviews) The dining room was filthy the drink station was nasty and the ketchup dispenser was empty and partially disassembled (broken) and the trash can was full and overflowing. These details are all important because there were no less than 8 to 12 employees only half of which were actually working the other half were milling around. I'm hoping it was just a bad day in the grand scheme of things because I did have high hopes for this location as it is the closest to me. I will revise this review if anything changes but in my experience, they rarely do. as the old saying goes first impressions are everything The only reason I gave them three stars was despite everything above the food did come out as expected, the food was tasty and the portions were the right size for the price. To management or owner: just because you're located in a Walmart doesn't mean you have to manage it like a Walmart. The secret sauce to success for places like In-N-Out Burger, Chick-fil-A, and Raising Cane's is cleanliness, quality control, and enthusiastic employees. One of three isn't good enough

They made the greens fast and they were wonderful, as was the shrimp and fried rice. My niece had the teriyaki chicken bowl with half fried rice and half lo mein noodles. She said they have been making the noodles a little dry and hard lately so she didn't want all noodles. She said the noodles were better but still not as good as they use to be, but she liked everything. The reason I gave 5 stars is: What impressed me the most was Martin (Haven't seen him in here before). He was telling the other employees the soda fountain needed to be taken a part and cleaned and one person wanted to know who said so and he said, "Panda, wants them cleaned every night." He was also telling them a lot of other things that needed to be done. He was leading by example because while he was being very nice and explaining what needed to be done he was cleaning the kitchen the whole time. I have read some of the bad reviews about the cleanliness and that made me happy to see that they were doing what was needed. He is working so hard and seems to be a very good leader and star employee.

I showed up around 20 minutes before closing and they didn't have half of the menu. No crab rangoons and they were missing basically half of the menu. I don't think I have ever been to a fast food establishment or a Panda Express where the employees decide on their own will that they should stop preparing and serving food at a certain time. The chow mein was scraps and cut up into smaller pieces and the teriyaki was old and tasted slightly burnt. I spent 20 dollars on a plate and an entree where that definitely could've gone further at the Cane's or Mcdonald's next door. If you do not like having to prep food right before closing then don't work in fast food. We've all been there and we've all done it. Panda employees are paid too much to decide to not have any food for the last hour of their opening time.
