Ahhh snap, they have Chili Cheese Burritos here!! This is an old time guilty pleasure for me from Taco Bell & I can barely ever find one that sells them anymore!! I bought several just because I was so thrilled to see them on the menu lmao. My entire order was prepared correctly & seems fresh. The woman who helped me was friendly & efficient. They also kept the window cracked whilst preparing my order, which I thought was nice & made me feel like I could ask for anything that I may have forgot or needed - so that's a great vibe. 10/10 read more

Well, there's nothing worse than expecting more from someplace that was once so good, and getting trash. I sent my husband up to Taco Bell tonight and he was met with a 45 minutes wait in the drive through line. I was hoping that meant they were taking their times on the order, however when he arrived home with the food, there was no sour cream as requested on our quesadilla, our quesadilla was not cut, In one of what was supposed to be a slice, there was only shredded cheese when there should have been chicken, cheese, sauce, sour cream. Just tortilla and cheese, he requested a soft taco, got a crunchy taco. Tried to call up there because we wanted what we paid almost 15$ for, asked for the manager then was put on hold and forgotten about. The service was obviously horrible and the food quality was worse. DONT GO HERE! read more

I can't say I'm a connoisseur, but I can recognize quality. We stopped on our way through town and had a very pleasant experience. We were greeted within seconds of walking in the front door. The lady taking our order was pleasant and very patient while my 4 & 9 year old decided what they wanted. Very accommodating of their questions and requests to alter the item a bit from what was on the menu. The store was clean. The seats were clean. The bathroom was clean. The floor and workspace that could be seen in the kitchen looked clean also. The soda station and salsa area was fully stocked. We'll be back here the next time we're driving through. read more

My girlfriend and I love Taco Bell a little bit too much. We just moved into the area and have found ourselves there multiple times throughout the past month. Despite seeing an employee sweep up trash then use the same gloves to make my burrito, a great establishment overall! Just make sure you check your bag in the drive through before pulling away. Will save you time, gas, and energy. PS my fav thing to get is the cheesy bean and rice burrito (GRILLED). it's amazing and on the dollar menu. Wish they would bring back the nacho fries, but they are unfortunately seasonal :( read more

I personally love Taco Bell. There's one located between my house and the 24-hour Fitness that I frequent, so Taco Bell becomes part of that equation at least once a week. Most notably, I love Taco Bell's Cinnamon Twists. Their sweet, cinnamon-ey taste and crunchy texture are sure to satisfy. While Cinnamon Twists certainly are the bomb, Taco Bell is home to a wide range of authentic Mexican cuisine: Tacos, Tacos made out of Doritos, Quesadillas, Quesadillas with crunchy bits of Doritos in them, and Baja Blast, the single greatest invention mankind has ever produced. Furthermore, the Taco Bell that I often patronize almost never has a line of any kind, and maybe 2-3 customers in the restaurant at any given time. OK, I admit to a little bit of small town prejudice. I certainly did not expect the nicest, Taco Bell I have ever encountered to be in Terrell Texas. I mean I know this is where Jamie Foxx's dreams were born- but be real. Still, I have to be honest, this is the finest Taco Bell I have ever been to. The food is what you would expect from TB. Cheap but filling somewhat vaguely Mexican food. It won't cause an epiphany-but you will get decent food that fills you up rather cheaply. The differences lie elsewhere with this location. First, the employees seem to want to be there! Second, this store is very,very clean. Third, it is bright and new. All in all, this is a great place to stop for a quick and pleasant bite. read more

On 7/19/2016 @5:46 PM I went inside Taco Bell in Terrelk,TX to place a large to go order. We were waited on by cashier Brandon. We placed an order which was quite large. While we were waiting a young man came in and placed an order, while he was placing his order he and Brandon were speaking about personal business indictating they knew each other. We decided to sit at a table since we knew it would be a few more minutes. A few minutes later Brandon came to the counter and handed this person a large order. We were sure this was our order, and after the cashier looked at us and smiled we knew it probably was and that he had just given his friend our order. After sitting there for over 20 minutes we approached the counter, the manager confirmed our order had already been picked up. We asked for our money back and left. read more

Not even 1 star. It use to be terrible and now its worse ,. In the last few years they upgraded the looks of it but it made bad beans, almost always overcooked and the people at the counter always seemed stoned. No really stoned. Heres the worse part...within the last few weeks several reports of bugs in the food. Its so bad that the neighborhood is all aware of it ..cockroach legs in a beefy 5 layer. But who knows..the cock -roach maybe the only thing with nutrients in it ....Oh and be careful sometimes the Pepsi is 80% carbonated water and can really throw you . So, 4 stars instead of 5 only because they forgot to give me my drink, I just had a shockingly pleasant experience at this location's drive thru. I wish I had gotten the lady's name, She was so genuinely friendly. She asked me if I wanted sauce twice, just to be extra sure I didn't want any, like she sincerely cared, and told me to drive safely as I was leaving. I've noticed Taco Bell recently stepping up their customer service game, but I wanted to be sure and give this location and employee their dues. Well i went here a couple weeks ago and i got a taco just to see how stingy they would be on everything. I even watched them make the taco i pick it up i opened it up it turned out to be they where very stingy on the meat had more than a enough lettuce and 5 shreds of cheese one of my friends was there he told me to take the taco back i asked them to put some more cheese on this taco and they wanted to charge me for the cheese i told them Theres only 5 shreds of cheese on this taco they where so stupid to give me another taco they put only a few more shreds of cheese. And what iam going to do pretty soon is I'm going to go to taco casa and eat there. and on the way out go grab a taco and go to the taco bell that we alway go to and tell them "which taco would you want?". And i don't recommend taco bell if you want a real taco but its good for a just a snack. Funny Do this i am going to talk to Taco bell about trying to get a taco bell hat and shirt if i get it then i will go to taco casa and burn the shirt and hat and film it. For the last few months every time I've gone to this Taco Bell for lunch (between 12pm-2pm) there has been nothing but African-Americans working there. Not one White, Asian or Hispanic person. Every time I've gone the speed and quality of service has declined. My orders are wrong, whether it's just a forgotten item or completely the wrong combo all together. I'm not sure why you choose the demographic you did to run the store but I will not be returning as long as it stays that way and I will do my best to sway everyone I know to stay away from this Taco Bell. read more
