This is what was placed out after our almost hour wait as we were leaving so I didn't just seem like a "Karen". I wanted to show proof.

We came for lunch think it was close to our job and we could have a verity this is where we came very often. Sadly it has went to the dumps. We thought coming in at 2 pm would be better NO there was NOT 1 pizza available 2 buffets cost us $25 for NO pizza or pasta so I was like I will have a salad while I wait. The salad was wilted bad and slimy and the dressing was YUCK! When we waited and waited for the pizza to come out almost my entire lunch break was over I get an hour for lunch . I know it's not the girls fault they are short staffed like everyone and the ones who work don't care I'm sure from being over worked. Just sad I really used to love this place . The pasta was even completely empty. So Sad DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME or money. There was 6 people there adding us 2. So sad! Then she the nerve to ask me why I wanted our money back we both said we paid for pizza and you have none she said I'm putting A pizza out now I said yes 1 for 6 customers who have been waiting almost an hour. She still didn't give me a full refund ! Charged me for my drink that I didn't even drink So Sad the store was clean shockingly. This is actually heart breaking I used to go here multiple times a week since I was a teenager and this is where I held many of our kids birthdays. So sad how things have went down hill. I let the young lady know after telling her why I wanted a refund , I understand you are short staffed and probably over worked but I would like my money back almost 30$ is too much for only having a sip of my drink and 4 cherry tomatoes.

One of the very few chains I enjoy. I seldom ever eat at Cicis (this has been my first visit in 7 yrs) but I do enjoy it. It's mostly a nostalgic thing for me. Cicis pizza reminds me a lot of the pizza you get at the mall in Italy...so kind of our version of junk food pizza. So it's fun to eat it sometimes :)

How much is it for the buffet?

Hi Jermeiah. Each Cicis is slightly different as they are all independently owned. It's best to visit cicis.com/locations/search and contact the Cicis nearest you to confirm the Buffet pricing! Thank you so much.

Parking was a little different since we parked across the street, but it was free, which was a nice surprise. The restrooms were clean, there were snacks and drinks available, and since we weren't sure what to expect, we ate beforehand. The real magic was watching all four of my kids, ages 4 to 12, find something they genuinely loved. That doesn't happen everywhere! From arts and crafts to climbing, sliding, exploring, and creating, there was something for every personality and energy level. No one was bored. Not even for a minute. As a mom, I appreciated the clean environment, family friendly atmosphere, and free Wi-Fi. As a M.O.M.=maker of memories maker, I loved seeing my kids laugh, play, and discover new things together. If you're looking for a place where kids can burn energy, spark creativity, and make memories, Spark is absolutely worth the visit. We'll definitely be back!

The park is divided into Front, Middle, Back and North Safari zones so pace your food or the animals in the back will miss out. TIP: buy LOTS of feed. We purchased 4 four-bucket packs and ran out of food! The boys quickly discovered which animals were 'bad boys' (their words) who clamped their jaws on the food bucket and pulled it out of their hands--Zebras and Camels--and which animals had insatiable appetittes-- Ostriches and Llamas! After winding through the safaris, seeing hundreds of beautiful animals and feeding many, we stopped for a walk through the Safari Trading Post. The boys fed a giraffe and Budgies (separate food needed), explored the pond, petted goats and browsed the Safari Trading Post. Despite the Texas heat, many animals were out and actively looking for free food while others soaked in the ponds. Hearing the boys screaming and laughing and seeing their smiles was priceless! A fantastic find--we've already planned another trip!

He especially loved feeding the giraffes and the budgies. One of the budgies flew up on my husband's head and just stayed there. The buffalo was a little scary to him when it decided to take the whole bucket of food and ripped it out of my husband's hand but it was all okay. The grounds are nice and clean and the staff was very friendly and kind. It is a little pricey but when you think of all that goes in to keeping these animals and how educational it is, it is well worth it. We spent 4 hours there and my grandson wants to go back. A big thumbs up!

They were hosting and Easter themed event with egg hunts separated by appropriate age groups (our 4 and 2 year olds didn't feel rushed or left out), the Easter Bunny was also there to take photos (we stayed a friendly distance away LOL), spring florals, bluebonnets blooming along their large pond, petting zoo, and more! The price at the gate (note: they do not do advanced tickets) is $15 per person. I do think that's a bit steep, especially without offering discounted rates for little ones. I'm not sure if the vendors are always onsite but they had frozen lemonade and other food and drinks for sale during today's event. We didn't indulge but the line for lemonade seemed to run smoothly. Other offerings: pony rides at an addition cost (we passed on this), a gift shop, mini playground and bounce houses, and fair games. My kids actually enjoyed these festivities more than the egg hunt and the animals. According to Huddin's IG, they have around 250 animals on the farm! We got to feed the camels and goats. Beware, you are up close and personal with the animals. My husband had to handle all of the feeding because the ghosts jumped up on our kids which was a tad bit startling in the beginning. All of the staff members were really kind and made sure to man the gates for each animal section to keep everyone safe. Overall it was such an adorable experience and we're looking forward to visiting again.

Definitely a hit with the kiddo! We took our 6yo daughter on a Sunday afternoon and she loved it. We saw alligators, capybaras, all sorts of weird fowl, goats, monkeys, a pig, an emu, some zebras (they were far off in an area that wasn't accessible), bears, baboons, roosters, a donkey, a miniature pony, peacocks, and tortoises. Probably the coolest thing outside the baby animal room was the alligator feeding. One of the handlers came out with a bucket of raw chicken and some gator knowledge, and we stood just feet away as these massive gators hissed and jumped and came up out of the water to eat. It was so awesome! In addition to the animals, there was also a small playground with ropes to swing on and climb. On our way out we stopped in the baby animal area and got to hold ferrets, a bearded dragon, two snakes, a baby coati, and a baby alligator. There was also a sweet baby muntjac deer you could pet (but not hold). We took a lot of really fun pictures. It was a great way to end the visit. The only drawback is that the grounds don't seem well-maintained and need mowing and other work. The barns were really dirty and covered in cobwebs. There were giant tortoise turds on the walkway. One of the feeding tubes for the bears was broken. You can tell the place is in need of some repairs. I'm sure it's because all their profits go to the animals and not the facilities. It didn't prevent us from having a great time and we would definitely visit again!

But first of all the building on the outside is awful what happen to all the colors? I remember it first being hand painted by us employees it was full of bright colors and characters and now it's dull and grey that was my first red flag Second I spent $50 for roughly 200 credits that lasted maybe 10 minutes and it was just penny arcade games!!! No laser tag or anything extra But how is it that a penny arcade game is 10 credits??? For a dolphin that rocks back and forth and a carousel that spins and a bunch of broken down out of order machines woooow I remember all those games being FREE that's right not but a couple years ago because of how old those games are and how much they breakdown now you want to charge us to fix it for you?? And dont even get me started on the sanitation in the building and the way they treat their employees who are usually all children 15+ still in highschool But this last experience might as well be MY LAST because omg whoever is in charge now it's not even about the kids or their safety and happiness anymore this is a kids nightmare and a parent's wallet nightmare It was truly devastating to see this fun place fall from grace so hard due to greed ‍

She was professional, kind, and incredibly helpful, answering every question I had with patience and care. We had a fairly large group with us--family members of all ages, including active military--and the experience matched everything Courtney described. It was truly a pleasure meeting her in person; she was just as warm and welcoming face-to-face. The animals in the storefront were engaging and delightful. We met Bun Bun the rabbit, whom I initially mistook for one of the stuffed animals on display, and Fancy Girl the dog, who was as cute as a button! The safari itself was AMAZING. The animals were engaging yet gentle, the dirt roads were well maintained, and it was clear the animals were happy and enjoyed interacting with the cars. We saw deer, llamas, goats, zebras, bison, donkeys, emus, and even a large camel at the end of the drive. Don't miss the walk-through portion of the safari either--it's a must! You'll see beautiful kangaroos, pigs, and more. There's even a small play area for kids and a water stream system where they can play and cool off. If we could give this place a 100, we would.
