This store is becoming our Sunday habit! The young man behind the counter is always pleasant. He is never flustered by our order or the amount of customers in line. He is equally courteous with young people and older people, like us. Friendly staff, good food, and a clean dining room! what more could we ask for? read more

was unable to grab the 2 gentleman's names that helped my fiance and i out this afternoon @ 5:30 but man were they cool. they showed amazing customer service which sadly.... we don't see a lot anymore. they held conversation with us while we waited for them to finish up there online orders and made our sandwich's to perfection like always. great experience going inside today! read more

They don't honor their own advertisement. There is a sign in the window with 6" subs for $3.99. I ordered one and when I was given the total I referenced the ad in the window. I was told I had to have a coupon and something about buying a combo. I just paid because I wasn't going to be the person who holds up the whole line and asks for a manager but it sucks because that's why I ordered what I ordered. If I would have known they weren't going to give me the advertised price I would have gotten something else. read more

Subway - The ad in the window. - Sandwiches Near Me - Wills Point, Texas

I have been to this subway three times in the past two weeks. There is never enough workers. One worker to do try and do everything! I have waited an average of 40 minutes just to get a meal. I will not be back!!! read more

Depending upon the sandwich maker they are usually pretty good. Sometimes a bit loud and cocky but tolerable.

Awesome service and everything always comes out great. There's a reason I come here everyday

You Oder double meat spend $3.19 to get and absolutely do not. Call and manager could give 2 chits!!! Horrible customer service. I'll drive 20 minutes before ordering from them again read more

I ordered a steak and cheese chopped salad. If I pay extra money for extras I expect it to be on there. I ordered extra meat, there was very little. I ordered light lettuce. There was plenty of that. Note to self. Have your chopped salad made in person and not online read more

The last few months this facility has gone down hill drastically. I am always on the go and love to stop for a sandwich and not a greasy burger all the time. This used to be one of my favorite places to stop. Now, the facility inside is absolutely disgusting. The floor is never clean. Always has food and liquids all over the floor. Your feet stick every step you take. The service is HORRIBLE at night the most. The day time girls are usually nice but the guys in the evening won't even greet when you when you walk in, the last few times they just look at you and wait for you to start talking telling them your order, they don't ask. They have no professionalism at all. Half of the time there are friends sitting at the tables and the staff is sitting there having a conversation with them while making clients sandwich's, not engaging with the clients. They hardly ever have the food ready or thawed that most people want to eat. Last week we tried to get a meatball sub 45 mins before they closed and they had already put up the meatballs.. A month before that I ordered a turkey sandwich and they charged me for a chicken teriyaki. $2.5 up charge for a sandwich I didnt order. I even questioned it thinking they made an honest mistake and they said "yes it's a turkey sandwich" and still charged me for a teriyaki. Another time recently I had someone pick up a sandwich for me and they said they didn't have the provolone cheese. I've never been to another facility that is OUT of food as consistently as this one... Another instance I went through the drive through at about 8:30 at night. 2 cars were ahead of me. One ended up driving up behind me while we were in line. The car directly in front of me drove off after 15 mins of waiting. After 30 mins of waiting, one of the staff comes out of the back of the building, up the alley beside my car, scaring me to death, asking what my order was because they were all mixed up inside. I didn't get my 2 sandwiches until 9:30... Anytime I crave a sandwich, I now look to heading to canton to avoid this kind of service. Save your energy and go somewhere else if you're wanting to have a good night with well made food. I promise you'll leave here either grossed out or upset with the service. read more

Have ordered 3x from this subway online and each time order has been wrong. Went through drive thru one time and it took 20 minutes for one sandwich. read more

This is the second attempt to get good service at this location. I went through the drive through and ordered 1 simple sandwich and chips. After waiting 10 minutes at the window with no one conning to it after I ordered, I finally saw a glimpse of hope. A person put a bag next to the window. I'm the only one in line, so I knew it wad my food. After looking at it sit there for another 10 minutes and still no one coming to the window I honked my horn. There was not even a single person walking back and forth through the window. I originally thought that maybe they were really busy, but it was one after the normal lunch rush in town. I couldn't wait any longer because I was on my way to work and this had taken up all my time to get my food and eat. So I went ahead and drove off and as I was driving off I noticed only two vehicles sitting in the parking lot. Unless they had a ton of orders before me, which shouldn't make a difference because drive-thru always comes first because they are obviously the ones that are trying to get through quickly, it should not have taken this long. Especially when you are making a cold simple sandwich. I have been in the fast food industry most of my life and I understand all the difficulties. But this location has done this to me before and it seems that they lack employees that have any sense of urgency. I would not recommend this location to anyone period especially anyone who is in a hurry to get their lunch and get to work. read more

This place is hit-miss. The last time we were there the bread was dry. Seems like sandwich makers are afraid of placing veggies on the bread. Always have to ask for more. Seems stingy on meat. Other locations seem to put more meat than this one. This is usually a very clean place, better than some we've been in. read more
