I made reservations with Steve, he is awesome, and makes sure you are good throughout the nice. The hospitality is great for ayca. The workers know what they are doing and def takes care of you. They even offer to cook some of the items and help with the menu orders. About this is there are four tier groups you can choose from (this all depends how much you can eat for the time being). Tier a is just limited amount of American waygu pieces per person for $49 and unlimited sides. Tier b is ayce American waygu with unlimited sides for $69 pp. Tier c is unlimited American waygu, limited Japanese waygu per person, and unlimited sides for $99 pp. tier d is ayca American, Japanese Wagyu, and sides for $168 pp. We got tier c and it was enough Japanese waygu to try that taste AMAZING! American short rib was awesome too. Literally melts in your mouth. You have to come ready to eat. I didn't eat too much carbs because I wanted to eat the meats! They did have waygu fried rice that was good. Now they don't have a lot of dipping or sauces; but it's not needed because the quality of the meat is delicious itself. They had their regular soy/ponzo, a dry dipping, and their chefs sauce. Mixing all three is good as well! It was def worth it, the drinks are good for presentation. We also ordered the drink with the entire soju for 19.99 (that was worth it!). Come here hungry and this place is worth it! At the end they have a dessert option with cheesecake, shaved ice, or a cake. It's not cheap either. The amount they give you is super generous. I will be back again !!
We came here for the all you can eat. This place is spacious. You order on a tablet. We opted in for the AYCE A. We got the Y space combo, appetizers and additional meats. The Y space combo has beef, pork and chicken. We only like one cut of beef as the other were really tough and thick. It is good to try it for the first time but I don't think it's worth getting as it fills you up pretty quick and there's meat that we don't really want. We usually get the thin sliced beef and the best one is the miso toro. As for the appetizers we only got the shrimp tempura and potato salad which were both good. The star is really our waitress. I didn't get her name but she was awesome. She was very attentive, nice and she cooked all our food.
This is an AYCE Chinese BBQ themed restaurant with a space theme. The decor makes you feel like you're in an interesting galactic restaurant. There is also a full bar available aside from the juices and bubble tea drinks offered. The waitress informed us that there are several AYCE options, four price points. The basic starts at $49.99. And it goes up to $100+. If you do not want the AYCE option, you are allowed to do a la carte. The only rule is that all members of your party must order the same price point or if you want a la carte, the whole table must do the same. Cannot do both. The menu is quite extensive. Plenty of meat! American and Japanese Wagyu available based on price plan. Each plan has its own extra benefits so be sure to check the options before deciding. I wanted uni so I would have had to order it a la carte as it was not included in my $69.99 pp plan. But since there was so much food to choose from on this American Wagyu menu plan, I chose to try everything on that instead of ordering the uni. We had Wagyu sandwiches, chicken wings, salad (great salad with house dressing), and even sushi/sashimi with our plan. Our waitress was very helpful with the questions we had and she was great at changing out our grill plate as we cooked the different meats, then switched again for the pork, and then once more for the extra round of beef we ordered. I came for a late lunch so it was a lot of food for a mid day meal. Our food was nicely presented on a wooden boat! Our waitress also helped us cook at the table. Some restaurants let you cook it yourself but we were too busy talking and drinking. All in all a good value and a good choice.
Came here for dinner with some friends for AYCE (this was my 3rd time visiting). The service was great and the staff were very attentive. Music wasn't too loud which I like. The food was delicious, and the presentations were picture-worthy. They offer a vegetable platter with asparagus, mushrooms, zucchini, corn, and pumpkin, but I only wanted the asparagus, zucchini, and mushrooms Lur waiter was really kind and brought me a full plate of just those three veggies. The only issues we had were a few crumbs left on the table when we were seated, and unfortunately I found a bug on my lettuce
The food was amazing and the setting was top notch. Although a little pricey, but it's well worth it. Especially if you have a big party. Thé portions are sizable and filling. The service there was peak, a lot of younger folk so you'll feel pretty upbeat. Everyone there is quite polite and expedient. The waygu sando and the seltzer was bomb! I highly recommend it.

Jamie and Amanda are great servers and the service was consistent and very helpful. The interior is pretty dope. As expected, space themed and modern. The music is good and varied so something for everyone. Now for the only reason you care; the food. It is fantastic. The meats are fresh, there are plenty of options, drinks are surprisingly refreshing and you can get quite the show for the right price. Will definitely be back!
Decent Experience, But Nothing Special!! Tried Y Barbecue in Flushing recently. The food was OK..decent flavor, but nothing that really stood out. One thing I noticed was the lack of variety in dips and sauces; they only had two options, which felt a bit limited for a barbecue spot. Presentation was nice, and the place itself is clean, which I appreciated. The servers were attentive and friendly, so service gets a thumbs up. Overall, it's a solid spot, but not something I'd go out of my way for.
This place only has 5 star reviews on GOOGLE bc you get a free soft drink... Honestly, for $69 + tax and tip ($98), it is not worth it. I had a party of 8 and we had a single small grill. Service although slow, was fantastic. We had to cook our own meats, and most of the time the grill was burnt and took them a while to change it. Meats were really fatty, and we left after 90 minutes still feeling hungry.
I went with a friend and we decided to try the B set, which came with some USA Wagyu. Overall, the food was pretty good -- definitely enjoyable, though it did take a little longer than I expected to arrive. Just a heads-up, drinks and desserts aren't included in the set, so plan on ordering those separately if you want them. There's a good range of options on the menu, so it's nice to have choices whether you're feeling something light or more filling. The vibe was chill, and the staff were friendly, which made the wait easier to handle. All in all, I'd come back again to try some other dishes and maybe pace myself a bit better. If you're into variety and decent food, this spot is worth a visit!
This is a good AYCE spot. Went here for my birthday. They have music blasting throughout so it felt lively. The service was good they were attentive and the food came out quickly. Some places they slow down the service in the second half of the meal but it felt like service was consistent throughout. For each price place they had a good selection. We went with the A selection which was $49 pp. the next tier was the $69 which included American Wagyu and sushi and the $89 which included the A5 which was not bad. But since the rest of our party was more selective we went with the AYCE A. We were stuffed! Would love to come back and get the other AYCE selections.
Need to take Bubs back ASAP! He's really into all things space and this spot totally delivers that. From the planet that's above the toilet in the futuristic spaceship like bathrooms to the scenic videos displayed on the walls it's really an out of this world experience. We got the all you can eat package B which comes with the American Wagyu. And while some of the meats were on the fatty side, we loved the presentation and the sides that it came with. Way too much food to recount but the Wagyu fried rice and the shrimp were favorites. The drinks are delicious too. Not talking alcohol, I'm talking their teas. I tried the kumquat lemon tea and it was exactly what I was looking to get. The service was good and they did a good job of changing out our grill while checking on us. They also know that it's all about them photo op, so the dragon boat of meat and the Ferris wheel sushi (we didn't get this, but we saw others around us order this) are great touches. Pro tip: There's a lot across the street to park, so don't go crazy trying to find street parking, especially in this area of Flushing.
Ultimate BBQ Feast and was completely blown away by the variety and quality of the meats and side dishes. Thick-Cut Beef TongueAbsolutely delicious! But a word of caution--don't overcook it. A quick grill on each side is all it needs to stay tender and flavorful. Marbled Wagyu Beef (Snowflake Cut)Melt-in-your-mouth perfection. This cut is incredibly tender with no sinew at all. It's quite fatty, which adds to the buttery texture. The flavor is subtle, so I recommend dipping it in soy sauce or house seasonings. Veal Steak CutsServed sliced from a whole steak, this one's just as tender as the marbled beef but with slightly less fat. The meat isn't chewy at all, though it's also on the milder side in terms of flavor. Black Pork Belly & Pork NeckThis was a surprise hit! The staff suggested adding a touch of wasabi on top of the pork belly while it's still hot. When you bite in, the melted wasabi releases a sharp kick that hits your nose in the best way. Seriously addictive. Beef Short RibsLean and not too oily. There's a bit of tendon, but it's chewy in a satisfying way--not tough. Still, if you're not into tendon, you might want to skip this one. Hanger SteakThe least exciting cut for me. It's just standard beef--slightly dry compared to the others and lacks the tenderness or chew of the short ribs or marbled cuts. Extras: Squid & Crispy SausagesThe thick-cut squid was fresh and tender, not rubbery at all. The crispy sausages were juicy and packed with flavor. The food at this AYCE BBQ spot was decent, nothing amazing, but it did the job. Unfortunately, the service was absolutely terrible and completely ruined the experience. We waited 15 minutes just to have our order taken, and when the waiter (tall guy with glasses and brownish hair) finally came by, he kept interrupting us with questions and then would just walk away before we could even answer. It was like he was in a rush but also had no intention of actually listening or helping. We had to flag him down multiple times, and even then, it felt like we were being a bother just for trying to order more food--which is the whole point of an all you can eat place. If you're okay with being ignored and having to guess when (or if) your food will arrive, then maybe you'll be fine. Otherwise, I'd strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Not worth the frustration. Last time I was in Flushing this place was still under construction. Coming back here and see it's opened I knew I have to try this place out. What makes this place so unique is the theme. Have been to many many BBQ places and this one definitely stands out. We got here around 4:15 so it's in the AYCE time. There are different prices for the AYCE. We picked the $99 per person one. The $99 includes Wagyu and lobsters. Food - the meats came out fresh and very well marinated. They give you the dipping sauce but I didn't use it. The seafood is also very fresh. Everything we ate including the appetizers are very good. Service- we sat quickly when we came in. The servers cooked the food for us so all we need to do is eat. Overall great service. Some are more knowledgeable than others when it comes to the meats. The young girl who took our orders know what is what. She explained very clearly. Since we very experienced in BBQ so we know what type of meats are being cook. Ambiance - I love space so this is a plus for me. It's very cool to see the space video and deco. Since this is in Flushing some might think the price is high. But for me the price is very reasonable because Wagyu is not cheap. Overall, I can't complain. Pretty standard ayce place. It's open late, which is why I came this time. Modern decor with a bar. The prime rib was amazing! The rest of the cuts we had were okay. The pork was disappointing. The kimchi has a little kick and is delicious, but it does have shellfish in it, so beware.. The corn was very sweet. The spicy tofu was also quite good. They offer wasabi and beef spices as the hot stuff.. and both are great with the meats. They do have cotton candy for dessert, but make sure to order it before they clean the machine.. I'm a big sampler, so AYCE BBQ is my kind of thing. I got the cheapest ($50) option which offered ~5 cooked appetizers, ~20 protein options (variations of chicken, pork, & steak only 2 seafood though: squid or shrimp), ~10 side option (~5 soups, fried rice, white rice & bibimbap). My party of three ordered the spicy chicken & fried shrimp for the appetizers. Both were delicious & deep fried, but hit the spot while we waited for our food to cook. I was a little disappointed that we got the raw veggie platter & steak options first which we selected for our entree. All were delicious and lightly seasoned, but you can alter the flavor with the bbq/salt/lemon sauce on the tables. Also, make the desserts free! At least an ice cream or candy. My passion fruit Martini was strong and the witch's potion had a nice dry ice smoke effect but little to no flavor. Don't get it! So... for service. The waiter was patient, but it definitely looked like it was running thin. Had to ask for water a few times and recommendations. I never once saw him smile, but he was quick and the food orders came out quickly as well. The place was really cute, bright lights, moving screens with space views but I don't know if I would've 100% gotten the space theme if I didn't see it online. I'd still return. read more

I think I expected a more intentional space themed aesthetic. So the ambiance wasn't the level of TikTok/ Instagram photo worthiness I expected. It's popular and the wait was long but they have a good system for letting you know where you are in the queue. Once we were seated they provided and iPad on which to browse the menu and pick from the various All You Cab Eat options. Every cut of meat was AMAZING, the perfectly prepared the grill, provided the appropriate sauces and dips for cooking and seasoning accordingly. The Korean bbq sauce deep was phenomenal!! Our server was really helpful even assisting us with the cooking time, and flipping out meat to ensure the best taste. If you're not in a rush and you like great meat. Came here for my husband birthday during the weekday. The service was quick. The waiter would come tend to the food to make sure it was overcooking. Food wasn't to our expectations though. The presentation of the food is very nice however the food was heavily salted. Will not be coming back again. read more
Wow, just wow. This place is absolutely incredible. Thankfully it came up on Instagram reels otherwise I would've never found this place. It definitely looks cooler on Instagram but is well designed and well lit on the inside. This was my first experience with Korean BBQ. you order with your server but look at the menu on an iPad which I found interesting. It was just three of us but we went with a huge boat of meat and seafood. I will be honest and say I have no idea the name of pretty much anything we ordered but what I do know is that everything tasted insanely amazing. Each piece of meat was so well seasoned and juicy! The seafood was great and my favorite part there were the scallops. The apps of fried chicken and veggies were great and rice came with the meat platter. It was so cool to have someone cook in front of me and I loved the experience. If you're looking for a private dinner this is not for you. Like I said I'm so happy I got the opportunity to try this place and I can only hope I can come back soon! read more

No wait for Sunday night. The waiter (I think his name was Anthony) was really attentive. He changed the grill plates often and helped us cut. Food is good but could be better, most beef were under seasoned and some were chewy. Chicken was good. read more

First time trying this place with my dad and his friends. Let's just say my Dad left complaining all the way home ... Personally, I thought the quality of the meat was pretty decent and the drinks tasted fine. And what had attracted us was the prime cuts of beef to begin with. However, the cost to value to service and quality is very off balance . It came out to over $120 per person tonight after membership discount... With tip. Which they kind of forced cash tip on us too. I was very displeased about that, especially thing we had filled a cash card of $500 and somehow the guy tried to make it seem like we couldn't tip with it (like I couldn't read the English on the tablet, with the given "tipping" option.) So big thumbs down for that. We all agreed that they have a big and clean bathroom, which we all liked unanimously. They also have free wifi, but super slow. read more

Its been 3 hrs since I came back from the $50 ayce lunch deal and for the first time ever I'm still hungry. As people who frequent buffets once or twice a week, we are highly disappointed and will never return again. Our waiter was unfriendly and didn't know how to smile, was grumpy looking the entire time and also doesn't smile at babies who smile at him. He didn't tell us anything about our grill. Apparently we were grilling thin pieces snowflake beef on the wrong grill, another nice waiter removed all our snowflake beef and said to wait for the other grill and not the one with the holes because the oil will drip down and the fire will fly out and burn our meat. The sauce was ok but their salt was too fine so when you try to pick up a little salt, your whole piece of meat is too salty. Korean bbq places give bigger pieces of salt so you don't over-salt your meat. The grill is too small. If it's one or two people eating then maybe that's enough but we had 3.5 people with us and it took forever to eat. You can only cook so much on their grill. Hard to pig out here. The beef bone soup was good. Their shrimp is super hard to peel. Also, don't give customers the bottom of the rice, it's hard. I had to scoop it all out. The other waiter is super nice and really sweet. He gave my baby a balloon and he was the one who told us about the grill and meat. Every waiter should learn from him. Bottom line, not worth it for AYCE. Huge pass. read more

We had the AYCE A for two people. The meats were fresh, clean, and beautifully presented--almost artistic in arrangement. Unlike most BBQ spots, the place wasn't smoky, which made the dining experience much more comfortable. The restroom was also clean, which we appreciated. Our server, Vivian, was so sweet and welcoming. She greeted us warmly and clearly explained how the package worked. They also had a promo going on today where you get a scratch card with a chance to win prizes--we got $5 off! Overall, a great experience.. read more

This is my first time in this place, and the meat is so fresh and quality is top notch and the cut is thick as well. What's more, the waiters and waitress will provide you their best customer service. My favorite part is the waitress who was helping me asked my permission to cut the meat and I really appreciate that a lot. I normally people just cut the meat without asking you, and I don't like thOver all, I'm quite happy with my time there. read more

Had an awesome evening with my daughter when we made a last minute decision to come here for dinner. Easy to find and directly next to a parking lot. Parking on the street is difficult to find nearby. We walked thru the back door and were quickly seated without reservation. The menu is plentiful. We decided to go with the $69 wagyu menu . The food didn't take long to come out and sooner than later everything was on the table. The only issue I had with our server was I wished when they brought out the meat he told us what it was so we didn't have to keep going to the menu to see what it was. There was a soup-like dish that was a bit underwhelming that I cannot remember the name . For my drink I tried the Fanhua and while it's fun to watch the fiery scene and Instagram worthy, it's really just tequila and juice lol.. but it was good. For dessert the mango pomelo shaved ice was delicious and good enough for 2 to share. The whip cream and some sort of pineapple topping was def not needed. Kind of ruined the flavor for me. But listen it's fun and I got to bond with my daughter before she went back to college. Definitely will be back to try some other stuff on the menu read more

The food quality is decent, but the wait time for the food to come is absurd! They limit total time is 90min, but spending half of the time waiting for the food to come. (Waiting for lettuce and garlic for over 30min). Escorting us even some of our food were not here. Tips were calculated with after tax (unacceptable). read more

Stumbled upon this BBQ spot and decided to try it out on a whim. My sister and I were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the meat. The NY steak with garlic sauce was tender, the brisket with salt and pepper was flavorful, and they are very generous with the soup portion. L.A. short rib and wagyu fried rice were delicious as well. I only wish there were more sauces available, but the sweet bbq sauce they had on the table paired well with most of our items. The staff is awesome - our waitress, Vivian, checked in multiple times and was very kind to charge both of our phones as we had just finished a race prior to coming in. The manager, Steve, stopped by to chat and check in with us as well. We will definitely be bringing others back with us! read more
It was a different fun experience, really liked the space theme and staff were very friendly & attentive. Menu are on iPads, Opted for the seafood & vegetables platters which were marinated lightly & came with complimentary sauces & Kim chi. The guava tea was delicious and it was nice grilling the food. Especially like the cute decor, it is pretty pricey for the food, it came to around $60 per person for just lunch and I was satisfied with what we ordered but I know my friends would still be hungry if they came. Similar to Gan-Hoo bbq and the meats are really good quality but the sauces and styles of food is a little different. They incorporated some Korean styled dishes instead of just Chinese such as the kimchi side dishes and other Korean soups. The sets you can get here are pretty worth it and you'll be full by adding one or two other small things on the side. The wait staff is helpful and will guide you what's good in terms of how many people are in your party. The restaurant is spacious and we enjoyed our visit! You can only order a la carte during dinner time I think their AYCE is only late night starting around 10pm week nights and 11pm weekends or weekdays 12pm-5pm during the day. read more

This interior is perfect for celebrating birthdays or other occasions. Birthdays were celebrated with someone dressed up as an astronaut to sing along. (+) We went on a Sunday afternoon and were seated right away with no wait. There were a lot of families with kids since it was Father's Day (+) Suitable for children but not for babies. We have a three-year-old and a nine-month-old with us. There were two toys that they gifted us. Free kids meal with nuggets and fries, and two sippy cups with water inside. Not suited for babies because their booths can't accommodate the high chairs, so your baby will either have to sit on the corner where the buttons and power switches are or in the booth seats. It is not safe to choose either or. (+/-) The bathroom was nice. There was a lot of space and it was clean. Both bathrooms were gender-neutral. This one was rated neutral because, again, as I mentioned previously about babies, there was no changing table in the bathroom. (-) The drinks were served last. Meats were served first, then appetizers, then drinks, which were out of order. A wagyu fried rice was also requested, but it was never added. I don't think we got serviced tbh, there weren't any extra napkins, only 1 spoon for the kimchi jigae, we cooked all the meats ourselves. read more

Portions are pretty small for bbq and service was pretty bad. Not attentive and kept correcting us when we were trying to grill our food, but the servers told us to grill our own food and intteruotednus mid conversation multiple times to turn our meat when we wanted it cooked that way. Food was fabulous. The service was great . The ambiance was beautiful it was set up as if we were in space. We cooked our own food. So exciting and fun . My sons treated me to this. My older son his girlfriend me and my boyfriend enjoyed the evening out in queens. All you can eat boat we ordered. I couldn't cook it fast enough I was so hungry. The place had a beautiful table setting and we all had a lovely time. Definitely check this place out if you ever visit New York!!! read more

Amazing service from Tommy and the atmosphere was great, came as a group of 4 for lunch and there wasn't a long wait yet. The cut was great for the beef and was of great quality! Absolutely will come again. read more
Very impressive outer space themed all you can eat Korean BBQ in flushing! Loved everything from the Ferris wheel and boat presentations to the fancy cocktails. Even the vegetarian dishes were delish. Highly recommend coming here with a group so you can enjoy the full experience! read more
