    Braised crab meat soup
    Shirley H.

AYCE Korean bbq is always good here, with great sides and soup. I think this is a new item, the braised crab meat soup was ridiculously rich and umami! You can never go wrong with their steaks and pork jowl. Came for an early Friday dinner and it wasn't full with plenty of tables. The service here is always impeccable and attentive. The dinner special is definitely a better deal with a lot more meat choices. There are many tables inside for small and larger parties. FYI: for all of y'all single ladies, if you want to see good looking K-drama Oppas, here is the place to be! Wink!

The marinated sauce doesn't taste good, which is the main reason I rate low. The marinated sauce taste really cheap and watery. Beside, We sit on the side table and the exhaust fan is broken so all the smoke and heat coming to my face. I really hate that. Overall, it's not worthy and I won't come back again

This all you can eat spot is delicious. Go in hungry! The staff cooks for you btw, which was lovely. The party has to be present otherwise they will not seat you. It's a small but lovely spot! The staff was very attentive and they change your grill for you, which looked cast iron (hence the name). I can't wait to go back! My family and I definitely enjoyed it!

My only complaint before would've been the servings of meat were way too big, making us unable to order multiple meats. However, they have finally reduced the size of the meat plates. This is great! We can order more variety. The service is friendly and efficient and the meats were marinated well. However, I did appreciate the non-marinated brisket since I really enjoy the truffle salt and bean dipping sauce. The best thing there is still that crab stew. I had myself two servings this time. Their house salad is really great as well, love that dressing. We had two servings of that as well. Great lunch!

I came here with a group of friends for dinner. We didn't have a reservation but only waited about 15 minutes with one group ahead of us. The dinner is $40 per person, so we tried to take full advantage of the unlimited meat! I especially enjoyed the beef brisket, pork belly, and pork ribs. We ended up ordering around 8 rounds of meat for our group of five, so that was pretty solid! They do provide veggies including broccoli, carrots (I think it's a bit odd having them in kbbq because Koreans song really consume them), along with the common veggies including onion, kimchi, peppers, and garlic. The veggies come in smaller portions, so it was a bit inconvenient that we had to ask for refills often. Overall, I'm glad I finally checked this place out & would definitely come back next time I'm in Flushing!

If you're interested in an all you can eat Korean BBQ then this is a place you want to check out. Parking is a challenge so be prepared to circle the block a few times. 3 of us went in after 1pm during the week. No waiting, staff was very courteous and helpful. Our cook was great and very helpful in helping us with our meals. We had beef, pork and chicken dishes and were excellent. For a first time, we all left happy and satisfied. We will come back! Check it out.

Our waiter frank was very on top of things. I consider him one of the best waiters I've ever had. He was super attentive. The food was good and marinated well. Inside has a heavy smell of bbq smoke but whatever. Me and my friend got 2 drinks and it cmae out to $65ish each. I thought that was a little high , I probably wouldn't come back for a while

Meat fest for birthday celebration!!! Great vibe, food, and company but uncomfortable chairs. The stool chairs double as storage bin for your jacket and personal items. I really hope the inside is kinda clean since people just toss their stuff in. I didn't realize how much we needed a back of a chair to be more comfortable now that we are older lol Celebrated 2 people's birthdays with friends. They had a birthday shot or a cookie which we tried the cookie at the end of the meal (I think the shot would be more worth it but the 2 people didn't want the drink). Good price for AYCE meat. Yummy... also, unexpectedly, I really enjoy the salad as a palate cleanser and was the one who ate it the most and wanted a refill on that. Had concern about the stacking of the lettuce under the table (you can see pic) because if the underside of bowl is dirty, it is stack ontop of the next bowls lettuce and would contaminate it. Hopefully that was just a one off and they had improved since then. But overall, had a great time.

Came here last night with friends.. Good selection of korean bbq meat and drinks.. staff were great, very accommodating.. beef radish soup, dumplings highly recommended.. The place is spacious and cozy, nice ambiance..

We had a great meal here. Everything I tried was cooked well and not overly seasoned! Service was also impeccable. Our server was very polite and attentive -- he was great at refilling our water, sauces, lettuce cups, etc. I think they have a good variety of food: - I love that they have grilled vegetables here, which includes onions, carrots, bell peppers, mushrooms, zucchini, and eggplant. Really balances out with everything else. - Their grilled mackerel wasn't bad. It was cooked very well and wasn't too salty. - The braised crab meat soup wasn't bad either -- it tasted like shark fin soup. - The marinated chicken I thought it was seasoned perfectly as it wasn't too salty or sweet. It was a tad bit on the drier side as if it's been frozen for too long, but it wasn't overcooked or anything and was still good! - Their cabbage salad with sesame dressing was really crunchy and refreshing. - Their lettuce cups were all cut to the perfect size. - I'd pass on their dumplings. The dumpling skin was too tough in my opinion. This might be my new favorite KBBQ spot given their price, food, and service!

Is it busy on a Thursday night?

It does get busy around dinner time.

Is it hot inside the restaurant?

Yes it gets a little hot, a bunch of cast iron grills are on. But it's not overwhelming.

    Yes they do!

    Do they have kimchi?

    Yes!! They have banchan!

Can you bring in your own bottled water? I'm seeing many reviews that they charge for this. When is the best time to come here and the current price for AYCE?

Is there out door dining right now as of April/May 2021?

I'm not too sure. I went about three weeks ago and they have their outside seating but everyone was waiting to be seated inside. Call the restaurant or make sure, sorry I couldn't give you a firm answer.

    How much for dinner?

About $30. Went out Saturday night. For two people a bottle of soju tax and tip it was $44 each.

Do they have outdoor seating? If not how crowded is inside? Has the rate change or same price? TIA

Tons of outdoor seating across the front & side of the resturaut. Excited to see what it looks like once they do indoot seating again.

Are they open for ayce kbbq during COVID-19?

Yes menu has changed though, no side appetizers like the soups or rice cake

If you order a la carte then yes, you jave to pay for every order of meat. If you commit to their All You Can Eat deal then you don't have to pay for each order. Food here is awesome though, have fun!

But it was okay because we found street parking a little bit of a walk away and was able to still enjoy ourselves. My fiancé and I grabbed a bunch of food from their big variety and both left stuffed. Overall, I can't say it's the best quality of foods however, the selection was huge and for the price, this was actually very good! The service was great. They started us off with drinks as soon as we sat down and would ask us if we needed refills on these drinks whenever they were running low. Even though there was a lot of people, because the space itself is also big, it did not feel like we were overcrowded so that was also a plus!

However, when we arrived, nobody was at the front counter, so we walked to the inside counter to ask to be seated. The front desk guy clearly just came in for his shift since he was hurrying on his cell phone, carrying bags and had his jacket on. He came over looking very busy and disheveled, and when my mom politely asked if we should wait here to be seated, he rudely responded, "Well if there's no one at that counter then you come to this counter if you see the sign." Meanwhile... there was no sign saying that when we left. My mom was just asking a simple question, so the attitude was unnecessary. Just because you're stressed or running late doesn't mean you take it out on customers. F him for being rude to my nice mom and never coming to this place again. As for the food, it was pretty mediocre overall, that experience left a bad taste. The sushi selection had a good variety, and the desserts were honestly the best part. They have a chocolate fondue station plus vanilla, matcha, and swirl soft serve ice cream machines. At least the place was clean. Also, the waitress gives you a parking discount before you leave, so don't forget to ask.

Hot pot ingredients available are quite extensive, similar to other purely hot pot places I've been to so it's solid variety for $40. They also of course have a sauce station. Cooked foods includes lots of lobster - fried, steamed, lobster fried rice, etc. Pretty cool. I liked that the steamed lobster was just steamed with no salt or anything, so I was able to give some to my very young kiddo. Service was alright. They were kind and took away our used plates quickly, but they didn't refill our hot pot quick enough and the pot started burning and it smelled very very burnt for a few minutes. We were worried the fire alarm would go off tbh. Something very similar happened a couple tables over. For dinner service, they offer the mini tubs of Haagen Dazs ice cream. For lunch, they only offer regular scooped ice cream, but the chocolate ice cream they gave us was delicious. The hot pot itself I think was average but the real standout for me was the appetizers. Seating in a booth tucked away in a corner on the first floor was a bit awkward to navigate. The sauce station downstairs was not well maintained and several items were out of stock, but that may have been because it was around 9PM. Second floor seating and sauce station are better. Food 4.5/5: Main complaint is that their menu is really confusing, despite this being my second visit. There are 4 pricing tiers. Everyone in a party has to choose the same one, so it can get pricey fast. Higher tiers include seafood and more premium wagyu cuts. You still get unlimited wagyu in the lowest tier but seafood is not included. I think this setup is fine because premium seafood items like lobster and crab tend to clutter the pot and are difficult to deshell while hot but also taste worse after cooled. Although the premium wagyu cuts do taste richer and "melt in your mouth," most of the fat is renders into the broth. Therefore, I don't think hot pot is the best way to enjoy wagyu, so the higher tiers didn't feel worth the price. The best part of the meal was definitely the appetizers and specialty dishes. The wagyu bone marrow was amazing and a must-try but only available to the second tier or up. Ambiance 3.5/5: I think being tucked away in a corner booth made the experience less enjoyable. The table was small for a party of 6, so we constantly had to rearrange dishes whenever new food arrived. It was inconvenient that everyone had to get up whenever I needed to refill my drink or sauce. Service 4/5: The first floor sauce station wasn't restocked throughout our stay so options were limited. Otherwise no real complaints regarding service to our table.

My opinions mostly reflect on the wedding banquet experience. The food affordability, quantity, and consistency is really what you'd come here for, thus it's really THE spot for hosting Chinese banquet style weddings if you ask any Fujianese individual, they will know what you're talking about. If you want an authentic experience, this is the place. Don't expect the best service or ambiance though... Ambiance 3/5: Weddings are too loud and crowded for my liking. The experience really depends on the number of people invited so this can vary. Service 3/5: Definitely can vary. The waitress today was friendly but they're here to serve hundreds of guests in the banquet so understandably it does get hectic. No major complaints though. Definitely not at the same level as other more private or smaller establishments. Only complaint is that there are only 2 small bathrooms for several hundred guests so it gets crowded and is not readily cleaned... Food 4.5/5: This place shines in value, quantity of food, and consistency. They are one of the more affordable places to host weddings and guests will have more than enough food. The selection is also large so there's something for everyone. While you could probably find the same dishes elsewhere that may taste better, this place is by no means bad and the food here is consistently delicious.
