We tried the signature garlic noodles, katsu chicken, and kimchi slaw. And a Thai Iced Tea. Respond to every yelp review - even the negatives - and be pleasant and thankful for the feedback even if they are unreasonably negative....this is an opportunity for management to be seen and heard. It gives a positive personality to an otherwise cold and neutral website. Expand on the "about" section of website and make comment on preparation....no seed oils, organic produce whenever possible, sourcing of chicken and pork, etc. People want to see that you're paying attention to healthy preparation and sourcing. Try "Poached Kitchen" across the street...look at their sourcing and labels of condiments. It's a challenge - this location is surrounded with apartments and hotels....you have a large potential audience but do they know you're here? How much would you give in incentives to have them try you once? My reviews on YELP typically draw hundreds of views within 2-3 days. We'll see.

The food consistently hits the spot. The Korean Fried Chicken is great, and I like their Kogi fries. My wife always goes for the Japanese katsu or the loco moco, she loves them both. As for the vibe... it's definitely a bit dated. Honestly, it feels like it has stayed exactly the same since the very first time we walked through the doors years ago. You should also be warned that the AC never quite feels like it's "fully on," so it can get a little warm. But looking past the interior, if you are looking for a restaurant with genuinely good Korean fusion food and good service tyou absolutely won't be disappointed if you stop in.

Well, there's a reason. All you will really find here is mediocre food, incredibly overpriced, and probably lukewarm at best. I was going to go to the Viking Truck and then I stopped immediately when I saw chili fries. I love chili fries more than the average person and they are my absolute weakness. Their regular chili fries are amazing. They are loaded with chili (tri tip - heck yeah!), sour cream, green onions and just the right amount of cheese. The service is very quick and friendly, which is always a plus. Luckily, their line wasn't long so I was in and out of there fairly quickly. Another bonus is their first timers Yelp checkin. I received a dollar off my order when I checked in. Every dollar counts, right?

I'm going out of my way to write this because an Uber Eats review alone would not properly reflect…read morehow bad this experience was. I ordered through Uber Eats using the buy one get one free deal. The total came out to $95 for four bowls and one appetizer. Yes, I understand Uber Eats inflates prices, so I compared the Uber Eats prices with the restaurant's own menu online. The difference was significant. I still bit the bullet because it was Uber Eats and because the two for one deal made it seem somewhat justifiable. That was a mistake. Now to the food. First, the bowls look decent in size at a glance, which initially made me think I got my money's worth. That illusion disappears quickly when you realize about three quarters of each bowl is just shredded cabbage or rice. And not good rice either. It was either extremely soggy or dry and hard depending on the bowl. Second, the wagyu garlic fried rice was a joke. It came with literally four thin slices of meat. I could not tell if it was wagyu at all. The meat was chewy, not tender, and completely underwhelming. The dish had zero flavor. No seasoning. No depth. Nothing. Even drowning it in sauce did not help. In fact, adding sauce just made it worse because of how greasy and oily the bowl already was. It became nauseating. At first, I thought maybe they took the supposed four to six ounces of Australian wagyu from one bowl and split it between both bowls to justify the two for one deal. After reading other reviews, it is clear this is a consistent issue and not a one off mistake. Third, the garlic fried rice tasted like cardboard. The spicy wagyu bowl my wife ordered somehow tasted worse. Wet cardboard. The rice was soaked and mushy, the meat was slightly more tender than mine but still completely flavorless. This place relies on inflated delivery pricing and gimmicky promotions to mask extremely low quality food and embarrassingly small protein portions. I will never order from here again. They could offer me a full refund plus extra money to take this review down and I would still refuse.

It was great; juicy, crispy, not too heavy, complimented well with the veggies on the burger, although the bun was definitely not helping it. Soft buns are great, but I much prefer them toasted with something friend in-between. These fries, though? Not even going to beat around the bush, they're somewhat lacking. They're crispy, nice, and hot, which was nice, but not a hint of seasoning on these. Had to add my own seasoning and salt - just seems like low-hanging fruit! Odd decision to not at least salt otherwise well-made fries. If I do eat here again, I'm definitely gonna skip the fries and just double up on the chicken dishes- that is easily what they placed their focus on.
