I first reached out on the fifth and…read morewas told that although it was listed on their website, Facebook, and cars.com, that it has been taken off for a paint job due to rust. I asked when it would be in and was told Wednesday January 14th, but that they would call me when it was in for sure. That day came and went and I heard nothing. I reached out again and was told it is still in the shop. Fast forward to today, I reach out to Alex with a "?" as I still heard nothing and was met with a message saying that someone else is scheduled to look at it. I called frustrated and was met with "well, several people reached out before you so we have to go through them first". Never was I told that before today once. If you're looking for a wheelchair van, do not bother with this place as you can wait 2 whole weeks for responses, reach out multiple times, and still get passed over. If I could give zero stars I would. I have attached pictures as proof of lack of response and for when I first reached out. Edit for a reply to their Google reply as I could not reply to it via Google: The owner's response makes this look like a "miscommunication," which is not accurate. Over the course of approximately two weeks, I checked in multiple times and was repeatedly told the vehicle was still in the shop and that I would be contacted when it was available. At no point during that time was I informed that there was a line of interested customers or that others had priority. I chose to end the conversation because trust had already been broken. This dealership had multiple opportunities over two weeks to be transparent and chose not to be. I was not proactively contacted with an apology or clarification; instead, I had to reach out yet again to learn that the vehicle was effectively unavailable. Under those circumstances, it was reasonable to disengage rather than continue working with a dealership that had withheld material information. Also, I am not located in California, I am from Indiana so apologies for that not being reflected accurately.

I brought my Kia in for recall work unrelated to below issues,…read morebut my check engine light was returning codes that related to the below issues and the service tech refused to even acknowledge it or address it unless I was willing to spend $175 and then said I would certainly have to bring it back and that there's probably no way that my Kia falls under these issues. Even though any basic search on Kia engine issues. (I only found out after I purchased a Kia) shows all sorts of engine issues, failures, and fires. The service department seems to want its customers to believe that these Kia engines are great and does not impact your car, even if you have identical indicators to their numerous engine failures. Common Engine Failures & Complaints * Engine replacement due to internal failure: Multiple owners reported engines needing full replacement after knocking noises or sudden loss of power. * Oil consumption & sudden shutdown: Instances where the engine stopped while driving due to low oil or internal wear. * Rod bearing/KSDS issues: Complaints describe rod bearing wear associated with the Knock Sensor Detection System recall, though some customers say the recall did not prevent engine failure. * Check engine and limp mode symptoms: Owners reported limp mode, abnormal noises, and power loss prior to major failures.

I then sent an email asking if the vehicle was still available, and if it wasn't let me know. No reply. Sent another email asking about the vehicle, no answer. When Katie finally did get back to me after my fourth request of info, she said it was okay to come in and see the vehicle and test drive. I then got an email from Glenn, the salesperson who said the vehicle is in the shop and not ready (early afternoon). At the end of the day, having set up a time to go in the next day to see the vehicle, I get a text from Katie saying not to come in the next day as the vehicle will still be in the shop. When I had inquired as to why it was in the shop, got no answer. Obviously, a lot wrong with this vehicle they aren't disclosing but asking a premium price for. Wonder why a dealer would advertise a car as being available for sale when it has to be in the shop for days.

    The car is great. The service at headers is not great. My title was sent somewhere to an old…read moreaddress. I had to an extra $150 to have it sent to the new address. And when I called to make sure they had the address on file it wasn't updated they said they would put it in my file and hung up on me. They also said that it could be up to eight weeks and there's no time guarantee on when it could be coming. So then I asked could they give me another tag because it was obviously out of date and they said that's illegal soon now I have an illegal car that I have to drive anyway and not because I didn't pay for insurance not because I didn't do everything right but because even when I went to the DMV in Indiana they had no record of this car title being transferred or even where it came from. So now I'm just sitting waiting hoping and wondering if they sent it yet or if I'm going to have to pay another $150. Worst customer service ever.

    Update to last review, I purchased a 2007 Chevy Suburban from this lot and less than 6 months later…read morethe transmission went completely out on me while on way to work. I called & spoke to the dealer Justin & he tell me that I can bring it in and he'll diagnose for free but won't do work on it. After further discussion the Owner decided to put a replacement transmission in and I had to pay $600 plus cash to pick up my truck. Fast forward i pay the money to get it back then days later there's another issue I take it back they agree to fix for free it's been 2 weeks no one calls to update me and when I call Justin acts like I don't have a reason to be calling. He eventually told me to pick up a loaner which I did and vehicle was 100% unsafe to drive brakes were to floor. I returned and have heard not a word. This place is definitely a rip off they will get you in something Quick already having the knowledge of the issues. The management team sucks you can't talk to anyone pass Justin which is unprofessiona. The only people that understands how to be professional at Header's is the friendly women at the front desk. I've always made payments on time and often times even early. They're currently holding a truck that is financed to me and I've been paying on it.
