He had the vehicle for almost 3 months, charged approximately 2,500 and never fix the problem and never returned all of the parts that he supposedly replaced and didn't get permission on some repairs that he supposedly did make. Not only that, they were able to replace the seized caliper, pads, and rotor within 2 hours of getting there. They shoe-horned us into their busy schedule.
