Buying the company next door and building a new service area. So, I stopped by a couple of weeks ago and asked about my Mini Cooper. I normally would have to go to Buchanan, MI or Ft Wayne or Indy to have it serviced. Well, fortunately the wonderful service people found a problem which was not relayed to me when I bought it last year. It cost me, but it was worth my peace of mind. They sent me a video of the problem and it worked out great. They definitely know what they are doing. I was impressed. Definitely will go there again.

May 2022 I purchased a vehicle here and I was talked into buying a warranty for $3500 at the time…read moreof purchase. Immediately after taking delivery I noticed there was an alignment issue when driving at highway speeds. This made me question that the car had been gone over thoroughly as the salesperson stated. My next visit was for service on a loose sway bar/ noise when cornering. The service manager informs me that the warranty claim was denied for the amount of $800. I started asking question about the amount he was now trying to charge me and what exactly was getting replaced. He backpedaled and lowered the amount for what turned out to be replacing the $100 end links. No wonder the warranty claim was denied. The following visit/ last visit. I bring the car in for check engine light. The car needed a drivers side oil control valve. The service manager tells me the warranty claim was denied for $1200 repair. He then informs me the dealership ended business with this warranty company and that they are now not covering claims as a result. He says I should cancel my warranty with them and try to get a refund. For good reason I look into the repair to get my car back on the road and can't understand how a $300 part direct from Subaru that has 4 bolts fastened onto the bottom of the car will cost $1200. I take the car home and purchased the part from Subaru and spent 20 minutes fixing issue completely. They sold me on a warranty and then abused the warranty company by over estimating repair costs which in turn left me with denied claims. I got 0 value out of the $3500 warranty they sold me on and I have now spent several months trying to get an unknown amount back as a refund. Finally just over a month ago I finally found out what that amount will be a measly $1,700 in which I'm still waiting for. If I had read a review like this to go off of I would have never stepped a foot in their door. Take it as you will... my take is they have zero integrity

He immediately repaired the problem, serviced the truck, and got me on my way. I need My truck to earn a living and the service staff at EBY keep me rolling. If you drive a Ford you need EBY. 11/13 I just Had my truck serviced. I asked Ryan to check my belts and batteries as I was Having electrical issues. Belts OK batts not good. It is a relief to know that EBY employ professional technicians that take pride in their work and try to catch issues BEFORE they become a problem. Thank My tires were slipping in the snow and ice, my oil needed changing, a headlight was out, light on the dash said I had a problem with my exhaust system, and I was out of windshield washer fluid. Ernesto and Damon jumped onto my repairs and found my brakes were worn and my front right drive hub was seized in gear--no wonder my mileage was declining. All was repaired and tires replaced. My next service is FREE and I get $200 off the price of my tires. Thank you, gentlemen. 05/04/23 Thank you gentleman! Each time I come In for a service yall treat me like royalty. EBY arranged with Enterprise rental for a car at a discounted rate on Wednesday. Today is Friday and my truck is finished! EBY service always steps up to give excellent service and the staff is friendly and courteous. The sales department makes you happy but the Service department keeps you on the road.

We got it from one of those huge sales they have at Walmart. The process was super easy and I left with it the same day. They are so nice there from the salesmen to the service center! Plus they always have coffee while you wait for the oil change. & popcorn too! The only issue I've ever had was when I called to find out how much it would cost to get brake pads and rotors done & the guy couldn't tell me. I asked him how much calipers were, to which he didn't know that either. So, I ended up taking it somewhere else to someone who did know what they were doing. The $50 fee just to look at it is kind of bogus though(Gates). The place I went to was free of charge. They always update my car fax which I've noticed Ireland road service never does! Even though it's slightly out of my way, I love coming here for service & it's worth the extra 15 minutes of driving!
