We got it from one of those huge sales they have at Walmart. The process was super easy and I left with it the same day. They are so nice there from the salesmen to the service center! Plus they always have coffee while you wait for the oil change. & popcorn too! The only issue I've ever had was when I called to find out how much it would cost to get brake pads and rotors done & the guy couldn't tell me. I asked him how much calipers were, to which he didn't know that either. So, I ended up taking it somewhere else to someone who did know what they were doing. The $50 fee just to look at it is kind of bogus though(Gates). The place I went to was free of charge. They always update my car fax which I've noticed Ireland road service never does! Even though it's slightly out of my way, I love coming here for service & it's worth the extra 15 minutes of driving!

I also found they took off the engine cover and never put it back on. All this took approximately 3 hours to do. I thought this dealer was a reputable one but found out the hard way they do not care about your taking car of business. Also they hire irresponsible ( Lacking a sense of responsibility, unreliable or untrustworthy or not liable to be called to account by a higher authority, workers. I will take my business to a more reputable business in the future.

I'm in Indiana/Michigan 2-3 months a year and have always rented so I decided to buy a car to keep here. With that in mind, I wasn't buying my "dream car". I was looking for a car that was specifically reliable and versatile. I settled on a rather gorgeous Audi Q5 Quattro. The buying process was very casual and low pressure. We worked with Melissa and she definitely tailored her sales approach with the needs I mentioned earlier. There were a couple cars I looked at that she definitely advised against knowing my needs. She was honest about the condition and history of the cars, producing their reports to me free of charge. There is a QR code on the front of every car so you can stop and at your leisure produce all of the car details including pricing. I really like this as opposed to other car companies that put you in the position of looking at cars that are out of the range you are willing to spend. I was paying cash and had a very specific budget so was able to parse out only what was in that budget before even working with a sales person. The only reason for not getting 5 stars is that the cars weren't cleaned before selling. I found that a little odd that I opened the glove boxes and found old candy wrappers and receipts. The carpets were dirty in the backseat too with what appeared to be chip crumbs. It's nothing to really balk at, I just found it odd. All things considered I would recommend Automax for a low pressure sales experience and cars that all seem to be gently used high quality cars.

I desperately wanted the chance to buy this wheelchair van. I first reached out on the fifth and…read morewas told that although it was listed on their website, Facebook, and cars.com, that it has been taken off for a paint job due to rust. I asked when it would be in and was told Wednesday January 14th, but that they would call me when it was in for sure. That day came and went and I heard nothing. I reached out again and was told it is still in the shop. Fast forward to today, I reach out to Alex with a "?" as I still heard nothing and was met with a message saying that someone else is scheduled to look at it. I called frustrated and was met with "well, several people reached out before you so we have to go through them first". Never was I told that before today once. If you're looking for a wheelchair van, do not bother with this place as you can wait 2 whole weeks for responses, reach out multiple times, and still get passed over. If I could give zero stars I would. I have attached pictures as proof of lack of response and for when I first reached out. Edit for a reply to their Google reply as I could not reply to it via Google: The owner's response makes this look like a "miscommunication," which is not accurate. Over the course of approximately two weeks, I checked in multiple times and was repeatedly told the vehicle was still in the shop and that I would be contacted when it was available. At no point during that time was I informed that there was a line of interested customers or that others had priority. I chose to end the conversation because trust had already been broken. This dealership had multiple opportunities over two weeks to be transparent and chose not to be. I was not proactively contacted with an apology or clarification; instead, I had to reach out yet again to learn that the vehicle was effectively unavailable. Under those circumstances, it was reasonable to disengage rather than continue working with a dealership that had withheld material information. Also, I am not located in California, I am from Indiana so apologies for that not being reflected accurately.

I found an online posting for the vehicle I wanted, and decided to go take a look. I must admit, I was reluctant to visit at first because it was not one of the well-known dealership companies (Ford, BMW, GM, Acura, etc.) and it was a bit of a drive. I cannot tell you how great of a decision it was to take a visit. Grigor was a knowledgeable and honest business man who knew when to help and or just let you browse - something I've never experienced at a car dealer. The customer service was more than I had ever expected, which had a huge impact on my buying decision. Seeing the original sticker price of the vehicle was not much over the Blue Book Value, and that Cars2You.com was still willing to do some slight negotiating spoke volumes to me. I am very happy with my Pontiac Vibe. I purchased the vehicle in good condition in and out. I can honestly say, without reservation I will return years from now when it time for me to purchase another vehicle. Additionally, I highly recommend Cars2You to others. My purchase experience was hassle-free, quick, and easy; thus, I certain that yours would be the same! Grigor is by far the most honest car dealer in the area, and I hope you will go check out Cars2You.com.

May 2022 I purchased a vehicle here and I was talked into buying a warranty for $3500 at the time…read moreof purchase. Immediately after taking delivery I noticed there was an alignment issue when driving at highway speeds. This made me question that the car had been gone over thoroughly as the salesperson stated. My next visit was for service on a loose sway bar/ noise when cornering. The service manager informs me that the warranty claim was denied for the amount of $800. I started asking question about the amount he was now trying to charge me and what exactly was getting replaced. He backpedaled and lowered the amount for what turned out to be replacing the $100 end links. No wonder the warranty claim was denied. The following visit/ last visit. I bring the car in for check engine light. The car needed a drivers side oil control valve. The service manager tells me the warranty claim was denied for $1200 repair. He then informs me the dealership ended business with this warranty company and that they are now not covering claims as a result. He says I should cancel my warranty with them and try to get a refund. For good reason I look into the repair to get my car back on the road and can't understand how a $300 part direct from Subaru that has 4 bolts fastened onto the bottom of the car will cost $1200. I take the car home and purchased the part from Subaru and spent 20 minutes fixing issue completely. They sold me on a warranty and then abused the warranty company by over estimating repair costs which in turn left me with denied claims. I got 0 value out of the $3500 warranty they sold me on and I have now spent several months trying to get an unknown amount back as a refund. Finally just over a month ago I finally found out what that amount will be a measly $1,700 in which I'm still waiting for. If I had read a review like this to go off of I would have never stepped a foot in their door. Take it as you will... my take is they have zero integrity

I live in Kalamazoo, MI and found a Lexus ES 350 at this dealership. My salesman Sebastion was very kind and warm and accomodating while making the sale. I love the vehicle so the Sales experience was fine. As for service, not so much. Although it was an "as is" purchase, I was told if you find anything major in the first 30 days, give us a call and we can handle it for you. Understanding that Asian Concepts didn't "owe" me anything, I called my salesman and told him my passenger side power mirror didn't work. He said bring it in and we will take a look at it. I drove the 90 miles from Kalamazoo, service looked at it and told me the motor was bad and they were ordering the part. They said they would call me when the part comes in so I could drive down to get the reapair. I was very happy and thankful. Over a week went by and I was still waiting for the part to come in. I eventually 10 days later asked my salesman to check with the service department. He said he would call me right back. Three days later I reached out again only to find out the service department wouldn't cover the motor. That is not a problem as the car was purchased "as is" but don't tell me one thing, have me drive 90 minutes with no intention of fixing the issue. Integrity is a big deal to me for a service department and blowing off and ghosting a customer is not the way to show your integrity. Bad service ruined a nice car buying experience.
