I've been looking for a local, dedicated car audio specialist after years of going to a general electronics store that needs an appointment months in advance. I've brought my car in twice and both times everyone was super friendly and able to make time to work on my car without an appointment, which I appreciated. They did an excellent job advising me on and helping me by replacing the front left and right speakers on my car, and they were even kind enough to spend a little extra time troubleshooting and making sure everything was working when we ran into some unexpected electrical issues. DO NOT COME HERE!!! Incompetent staff that will try to get aggressive when you question them!!! I came in for a new stereo touch screen for my van on a Friday afternoon. Got quoted a price and was told that Saturday morning they would be available to install. Saturday morning I show up and was told the install would be about 2 hours and should be no problem. I was replacing an older touch screen the same size, that was controlled by buttons on the steering wheel, both volume and track control. 3 hours later, I am in the waiting area, when the worker informs me that although the stereo is installed, the steering wheel controls aren't connected to the stereo. In order for this to work, they need to contact the manufacturer. Since it's Saturday, the manufacturer is closed, so I'm told to come back Monday afternoon, because the manufacturer will be open and the issue can be resolved. Great. No problem Monday pm , I call when I'm on the way over to confirm they will have time to see me. Over the phone I'm told the manufacturer is on the east coast and is closed, so we agree that I will come back Wednesday pm. Ok. Wednesday I show up at 5pm. I'm told it's an easy fix and should take just a few minutes. 2 hours later I'm told the "specialist" for my particular model is out of town and won't be back until next week. He admitted that the guys working on my vehicle were "guessing" and "trying to figure it out as best they can". When I started to question why I was sold a stereo with installation, when the installer isn't familiar with my type of vehicle in the first place, the bald headed worker tried to raise his voice at me and ran away when I wouldn't back down. He also switched up the story about how tech support is only available thru email now... I get it, things happen, but don't lie and then try to get aggressive. read more

Worst place to get installation. I had them install a smart start. They couldn't do it properly and after 6 days of trying to get it to work had to remove it and return it. I paid 200 cash and partial on my credit card which most I didn't get back and they fought me on. 8 months later they bill me another amount which I just paid to avoid collections but these guys are straight up crooks. I'm a single mom of 3 kids with 2 jobs and for them to get away with this crap is just wrong. Shame on them. I have all documents that I'm paid in full and zero balance so if they try to scam me again I am taking them to court. Unprofessional, crooks, rude, and tempted to report them to the BBB. If they retaliate or if they try anything else shady, I will be reporting them and I will get my lawyer involved. If you want to pay over 300 dollars for an installation that won't work and will be taken out 6 days later, won't get money back when it's not even your fault and then be billed 8 months later with another bogus amount with collection department threats, .....then by all means....these are your guys. Yes they installed my cd player. But... The guy "mike" yelled at me about how difficult installing my cd player was when i said that he cracked my dash more than it was already cracked and did not plug the clock back in. It is currently unplugged. They put hand prints all over my brand new seats. Photo attached of the receipt that shows that i bought the seats the same day i went to get my cd player installed. Photo attached of the hand prints. They never gave me a receipt for the 100 dollars they charged me. Was all of this worth the cd player install? Would i ever go back? Would i recommend? Honest, Affordable and Easy to work with. Also clear they're not out to just make a quick buck. Michael could have oversold me on speakers I didn't need, but he told me to try the new stereo out and then make a decision (he didn't think I needed them). If you need tints this place ain't it! I came for tints and the price was ok until I received my car and I realized they did a crappy job. The cuts weren't good I had to come a second time for them to fix it and it was improved but still far from perfect. My weather stripping had a bunch of razor cuts which is ridiculous they can't keep a steady hand when they advertise tints. read more

Mike was recommended to me by my Mercedes mechanic. I was having a problem with my radio after it was installed by another service. Mike was able to diagnose the problem which was that the wiring was done incorrectly. He redid the wiring and the set up works perfectly. He is very honest. I recommend him highly read more

I came in for them to fix something on my husbands truck and it got fixed right away. Asked them if they could take a look at my car system because my system wasn't at its full potential. So they did and said that the way the wires were wasn't right! So they basically fixed another stereo shops error. Thanks to them my system is at its best potential now. Do not come here! I just came into the shop to ask for a Quote for my car window tinting, and they laughed at me because I was a girl and I couldn't afford it! This place has horrible service. They called me names and even the owner laughed at me. They quoted me for $800 to tint all of my windows when other places charge me $250. Wow! Horrible service! This place needs to be off of the map and Yelp. Don't call your customers names and disrespect them. I don't care about the price. I care about the service that they're giving me. read more

Was told one price on the phone. Came in and the price automatically changed. Showed proof that I had called and talked to someone two weeks prior. No one would own up to it. Waited an hour and 45 min for tint dude to show up. Paid full price. You would think for the inconvenience they would drop it a little for the long wait and stalling. Two days before that they kept telling me come in at 30 min. I'd call and say I'm on my way, they'd say 30 more minutes. I've come here before but this time around I was extremely disappointed in the service. Again make sure you record them saying the price cuz it could change once you're there. read more

I came in a week ago early afternoon and they were all booked up to help with my alarm system. I had to schedule an appointment for the following Saturday. I show up 15 minutes prior and the business has no signs of being open. It was supposed to be open at 8:30am and my appointment was at 9am. I do not recommend this place. read more

i Went in to have my stealth JL Audio box installed into my 2020 Chevy Silverado, these guys explained what they recommended and how to make it sound great. So they quoted my the next day to pick up my truck and at 5pm the same day they had finished early. I looked at the install and it was too notch! I got a Kenwood DVD/GPS/iPhone unit installed here with a backup camera for my Honda Ridgeline. They were way cheaper than the other places I checked out & Mike the owner is super friendly and backs up his work. The quality of their work is excellent. The backup camera licence frame got in the way of the tailgate, so Mike customized it to fit properly. After the install, my wife was having problems with the iPhone hookup. Mike spent time with here and showed her how to use the iPhone properly. It is always great to find a place run by someone who is competent, trustworthy and friendly. read more

Got speakers/amp combo here about 3-4 months ago. Paid a lil over $700. Now it dont work. I went to see if they could fix problem & they said no i need a new amp. But i never messed with the amp for it to stop working out of no where. I knew i should of gone to Guru instead. They back up there work. Not like this place. Took my car to get my windows tinted in March .. and all I gotta say is that kinda did a horrible job. There's a lot of air bubbles on my back glass and both front and rear windows ... The person who does tinting is only there Monday- Friday which is very inconvenient since I work same days and by the time I'm off it's already closed.. I honestly don't recommend this place to get your windows tinted.. I still have receipt so maybe I'll stop by soon too see if they can fix my tint read more

I came to this shop on a whim after experiencing horrible service from the owner of Royal Electronics. I'm glad I came here when I did. I had purchased a subwoofer from Royal that didn't perform as I expected with the amp I already had. I was able to ask Mike, Reyes and Raul for their professional opinion with what I needed to do with my system for it to perform at its peak capacity. After the brief consultation I had with Mr. Reyes, I did what he suggested and came back within two days with the new parts he suggested I replaced. Raul--I believe is his name, man who spoke little English that worked on my installation; happily assisted me with the installation in the hot sun. Did not complain nor waste my time there. I am sadden by the owner accusing my husband of stealing and then tried to scare us with "I'm checking the cameras, blah blah, blah" bullsh*t , check it then he tried that "oh you don't want to talk I'm calling the police" and was shocked when we told him to call and sat down and waited for 20 min until he comes back with the money we was waiting for and was held up because THE MANAGER was on some 9th grade "he said, she said bullshi*t". I went to this shop to connect the wire in my new rear speaker that I just installed as I don't have the right tools. The Sales lady who was very nice called their technician Raul to check and estimate how much will cost me for the service. Raul said it's just an easy fix and they didn't even charge me for the labor. They are so nice and very honest. I gave tips to Raul as he satisfied me on his work. I brought in my car for a fog light issue I was having (installed by them some time back). Mike immediately had his guy look at my car and resolved my issue right away. It was a relay that had gone bad and Mike didn't charge me as part of their warranty. I also tinted my windows here over 3 years ago and to this day they still look great. read more
