Called the store and set up an appointment to bring my 2020 Toyota Corolla Hatchback in. When I came in for the appointment, the owner explained what each film product does and demonstrated the heat that each material absorbs and deflects. Sold me on the Vortex IR tint and decided to do 5% on the rear and 35% for the front. It took about 3 hours but the quality definitely shows when the final product came out. The owner included glass cleaner and fiber cloth towels to use for cleaning. Great customer serivce and great experience all around!
