Patrick and his team did a great job on my car, tint, dash cam install, and vinyl wrap. If there's any defects with the work, it's covered under warranty. For me, there was a slight problem with rippling tint that should have gone away on its own, but didn't. Patrick replaced it right away a couple weeks later no questions asked. After all the work was done, Patrick continued to follow up with me and see how things are going which is so refreshing. A lot of places just complete work without any follow-up. Patrick is a pro and a class act. Will be back for future work on other cars. read more

Service was great, nice waiting area, owner and worker were very nice and quick tinting my new car. Price was super good for full ceramic, 5% back and 20% in the front only took like 2hrs. Here's my honest review for "Phat Tint". The owner Patrick! is one of the honest, knowledgeable and reliable person that I ever met. I walked in to get a quote and he gave me estimate right away and explains differences between the carbon and ceramic tint as well as the percentages I should get. He even give me a deal. I got my windshield and windows tinted, turn around time was about 3 hrs more or less. There's also a waiting room if you want to wait. Him and his partner lady did a great job, everything came out beyond expection. He explains every steps of the process and did final check to make sure everything is up to standard and no errors. All in all, "Patrick" is a nice person, easy to talk and get down to business quick and not wasting time. I recommend "Phat Tint Shop" for the people who's looking for a reliable and friendly tint shop. read more

10/10 service and experience at Phat Tint Shop! Patrick and his team did an amazing job on my Dodge Challenger. He is very professional, very personable and easy to talk to. He went over all the different percentages and options of tint that I could go with, before proceeding with the tinting process. I decided to go with carbon tint, and the quality and appearance of the tint looks absolutely amazing. My main goal was to make my car look darker on the sides and back. I could tell that Patrick really loves what he does, he is in this business to make his clients happy and not for the money. Thank you so much Patrick! I really appreciate everything you have done for my car today. It looks absolutely beautiful and I love it!! read more

Very good experience, very satisfied. Definitely recommend this shop. The owners very friendly.

I was able to get a quote and make an appointment for the same week. I was looking for ceramic tints all around and they offered a great price. I brought in my car, and I was helped out by someone who was fairly new. He didn't seem too sure about the tint percentages and pricing, but luckily I had already done my research prior. I got a call from the owner after leaving my car at the shop, and Patrick went over the tints I chose and the price before working on my car. He told me it would take about 2 hours, but it was finished within an hour and a half. Overall, I'm happy with the quick service and competitive pricing. read more

Patrick and his wife did an amazing job. My car looks really neat now thanks to them. I originally came into the shop with a certain percentage in mind, but Patrick suggested going a different route. I'm really glad I trusted his recommendation because I probably would've regretted my original choice. He was super easy to talk to, very honest and transparent. Patrick took the time to explain everything thoroughly and show different examples so I actually understood the differences and why he recommended what he did. Overall it was a great experience and I'm really happy with how everything turned out. I'd definitely recommend them. read more

I came here on a Monday, Via Appointment and I couldnt have asked for a better service that Phat Tint Shop gave me. I came with little to no information about how window tinting is done but the Owner (Patrick) gave me a full run down about the different % levels, laws around tinting windows and how the process is done on a car very clearly enough for someone who doesnt know much about cars can understand very easily. I got all my windows tinted at varying %'s and the Est time of work was going to be 4 hours but amazingly the got it done in only 2 hours which is very impressive. While your car is getting serviced they have a small customer lounge that you can rest and wait for your car if you dont wanna go out anywhere, has comfortable couches and a smart tv, and the establishment was very clean all around. Patrick help me out by giving me the best price for tinting services (i tinted all my windows) that I couldnt have imagined for at other places and their service/quality is top notch. After they did the job they sanitized anything they touched within the car for you and the work was done splendidly cant recommend this place enough for their work. Highly suggest getting an appointment set if you need any tinting services done!! read more

Patrick is the man and whom I assume is the owner. I called the shop, no answer. Patrick closed up shop already but called me back because he saw the miss call, and told me he was willing to turn back if I can meet him within the hour. Just bought my car so I was eager to get my car tinted asap. Met back at his shop within 15 minutes, walked me through tint films and cost, I went with the ceramic tint, paid a pretty penny but it was worth it. 5 days later, it looks absolutely flawless. Just got my Q8 done today and will continue to bring more cars in the future. My other two cars have continued to have no issues for 1+ years. Same awesome experience as the last two times. If you want a good Tint job, there is no better place to go than Phat Tint shop. When I start searching for someone who could do a good Tint job for our 2023 Tesla MY, there are A LOT of shops popped up in the Bay Area and they are all good (since my filter was set only showing shop with 4 stars or above). The reason I choose Phat Tint shop is because my friend who works for Silicon Valley Garage in Santa Clara vouched for the work at Phat Tint shop, so we went here. * The price: Very reasonable and competitive with other shops around the area. Haggling is not the game you have to play when you come here * The service: I can't say enough how happy my wife and I are with Patrick's service. He is super friendly and professional. He will take care of your car and the work as it does show how much pride the man takes in his works. We are having our Ford Raptor done with Patrick soon and could not be happier knowing the work will be perfect and well done by Patrick and the team at Phat Tint shop in SJ. read more

I was looking through Yelp for a local tint shop so I wouldn't have to drive far and came across Phat Tint. There were so many positive reviews and decided this was the place. I'm happy to report that Patrick was indeed worthy of the positive reviews. He was very fast in his replies and I felt his estimate was extremely fair, almost unheard of actually. I went with the ceramic tint suggestion at 30% front and 20% rear and it looked amazing. There wasn't a single bubble or scratch and there were no liquid stains. Patrick is definitely an expert and he finished it within the time estimate he provided. I highly recommend coming here for your tint needs. You won't be disappointed. read more

Amazing. Just based on reviews on Yelp, I decided to give Phat Tint a try and I'm really glad I did. Patrick, found a time that worked really well with my schedule and finished the job in less time than he had mentioned. He was really knowledgeable of what to do with what I was looking for in a tint and did great job on my Outback. The little lounge in the front is nice and comfy and he told me to 'feel at home'; which I got that vibe really well. Definitely coming back for my other cars and would recommend them to any of my friends and family. Great work and great customer service! read more

Great, friendly service. We appreciated the time they took to go over the details and recommendations. It was helpful to see other cars with the different tint percentage for comparison. Since I didn't want the tint to be too dark, their recommendation to go with 30% up front and 20% in the back was a good call. Our midnight blue Audi A6 looks pretty damn good!
