Sound is world class unbelievable - so clear and clean without any distortion even at max volume. He has upgraded all of my 4 cars' sound systems, but the Helix/Hertz combination in my Tesla Model Y Juniper is truly the best available. Car stereos are not my area of expertise and shopping around for a place to do installation could…read morehave been an intimidating thing for me to do. Luckily, the bf has used Vincent Vu from Auto Sound for several years. In total, he's installed at least 10 systems in his vehicles. Trust me, I know you guys are probably thinking 10 cars? He's the guy that switches out cars frequently. And with each car he *has* to get a custom system installed. Hence the need to be a repeat customer. The bonus of this: He saved me from having to go into a spot and be sold on something I have no knowledge about. There's nothing worse than a sales pitch where you can easily get taken advantage of. And this is where I got lucky. Given that he's known Vincent Vu for years and trusts him--I didn't have any qualms about going in and hiring him to do the work for my parents Venza. When I first met Vincent, I was instantly greeted with a warmth and genuine vibe. Right off the bat, I liked him because he didn't try to give me a sales pitch. He asked me what I was interested in and gave me my exact options. He also didn't try to upsell me on anything that I didn't need. I also felt that if I wanted to walk away and not move forward with installation, he would have been completely okay with it. Because in the end, it's the relationships that you build with your customers. He's completely aware of this and is respectful of your decisions. Keeps you in the drivers seat so to speak. I told him exactly what I wanted for the car: a new back up camera, CarPlay, + Bluetooth wired connection for my parent's iPhones. It was the smoothest transaction. He broke everything down for me cost wise and I was able to leave my car there for the day. He called me when the car was ready. I came to pick up the car and Vincent took the time to explain how to use everything. It was a good 30 minutes spent with me making sure I understood it all. If you guys are looking for a Car Audio Specialist, I would not hesitate to come see Vincent at the Blossom Hill location.

When I called Car Audio Express, I spoke to Bash and he asked me some questions about my car and then he put together a quote with options, all reasonable. He was very responsive by email and answered my questions. I made my deposit and made the appointment and brought the car in. Dropped the car off for half the day. He was also very responsive throughout the day and letting me know the status of the car and eventually when it was done. When I went to pick up the car, he also connected my phone to the audio. He even kept the old system and gave it back to me. I would definitely recommend this place if you knew anything for your car audio. 5 stars!

Bash was incredibly responsive and helpful while answering all of our questions and scheduling the appointment. The installation itself took about two hours, and everything works perfectly. Very clear that he genuinely cares about doing quality work and making sure customers feel good throughout the process. We're extremely happy with the experience and would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for dash cam or electronic installations. We'll definitely be coming back for any future electronic work! 5/5 experience.

I recently had a frustrating issue with my Prius--the factory head unit kept malfunctioning,…read morefreezing, and shutting off randomly. It was driving me nuts, so I tried the cheap route first: I bought an aftermarket unit from an overseas seller and attempted a DIY install. Big mistake. Despite watching YouTube tutorials and reaching out to the company, nothing went smoothly. The new unit caused all sorts of chaos--gauges lighting up with warning lights, hybrid system errors, and other glitches. By 3 a.m., I gave up, swapped the OEM unit back in, and hoped for the best. Unfortunately, the cheap head unit had messed with my car's computer, leaving me with persistent gauge and hybrid warnings even after reinstalling the original stereo. After visits to my regular mechanic and then the Toyota dealership (neither could fully resolve the electrical gremlins), I knew I needed professional help. That's when I found this fantastic local car stereo shop and met Angel. From the moment I walked in, Angel was patient, honest, and thorough. He took the time to diagnose everything wire by wire, confirmed that the cheap aftermarket unit was defective and had caused the issues, and gave me straight talk about my options. No pressure, no upselling--just clear explanations and fair pricing. He even offered to let me think it over and walk away if I wanted. What stood out most was his genuine vibe. You can tell right away when you're dealing with someone trustworthy, and Angel has that in spades. This is a family business that clearly takes pride in doing things right the first time--no corners cut, no shady shortcuts. I ended up going with the head unit he recommended, and I'm thrilled with the results. The new stereo works perfectly, my reverse camera is back, Android Auto connects seamlessly with my phone, and I can finally enjoy music again while driving. No more stress, no more warning lights--just a reliable, great-sounding system that makes every trip better. If you're dealing with head unit problems, aftermarket stereo installs, or just want a trustworthy upgrade, do yourself a favor and go see Angel. You won't regret it. Honest, skilled, and truly customer-focused--this shop is the real deal. Highly recommended!

I got Martin to install the same ZZ-2 module in my 2014 Porsche 911S while also adding rear and front cameras. The ZZ-2 is great since it is installed inside the existing PCM 3.1 and not an add on external device. The nice thing about the ZZ-2 solution is that the original PCM 3.1 functions continue to work in addition to having Carplay. Martin did a very clean install and I am very happy. When I put my car in reverse, the backup camera engages with guides based on steering. In addition there are visuals of my parking sensors which are really high quality. When I put the car in Drive, the front camera comes on for about 10 seconds showing me clearance in front of my car. Very nice since the bumpers are very low. All-in-all very happy and with Carplay I can now use my Porsche as a daily driver!

DO NOT COME HERE!!!…read more Incompetent staff that will try to get aggressive when you question them!!! I came in for a new stereo touch screen for my van on a Friday afternoon. Got quoted a price and was told that Saturday morning they would be available to install. Saturday morning I show up and was told the install would be about 2 hours and should be no problem. I was replacing an older touch screen the same size, that was controlled by buttons on the steering wheel, both volume and track control. 3 hours later, I am in the waiting area, when the worker informs me that although the stereo is installed, the steering wheel controls aren't connected to the stereo. In order for this to work, they need to contact the manufacturer. Since it's Saturday, the manufacturer is closed, so I'm told to come back Monday afternoon, because the manufacturer will be open and the issue can be resolved. Great. No problem Monday pm , I call when I'm on the way over to confirm they will have time to see me. Over the phone I'm told the manufacturer is on the east coast and is closed, so we agree that I will come back Wednesday pm. Ok. Wednesday I show up at 5pm. I'm told it's an easy fix and should take just a few minutes. 2 hours later I'm told the "specialist" for my particular model is out of town and won't be back until next week. He admitted that the guys working on my vehicle were "guessing" and "trying to figure it out as best they can". When I started to question why I was sold a stereo with installation, when the installer isn't familiar with my type of vehicle in the first place, the bald headed worker tried to raise his voice at me and ran away when I wouldn't back down. He also switched up the story about how tech support is only available thru email now... I get it, things happen, but don't lie and then try to get aggressive.
