I asked them to clean the front end up, and they gave me 3 options/price ranges. My Amigo is no longer exhausting to drive, as bump steer is gone, as well as excessive steering play. I trusted his judgement and received the car back. The wing twists and sways in 40mph winds violently enough for people to change lanes behind me. I contacted him to have it fixed and he said he said he could do it but it would cost me. I stated that this is dangerous and while I can understand the original quote for the job was extremely fair it's not my fault that the job was done unsafely and halfway however he has since blocked me from facebook (where we mostly comminicated). It's a shame because other work he did for me ended very well (aside from always being far from the ETA and almost never me giving me progress updates despite my polite requests) and I always vouched for him. But to block me for asking for some sort of mediation with an install this blatantly dangerous is a shame.

What a rip off! I paid this guy $260 to put a fuel pump in my car and first off, he told me to buy…read morethe wrong one. I didn't know this until afterwards, but the one he recommended was never going to work in my car. It cost me $70 and I double checked with him before I bought it. He recommended an in line fuel pump rated 4-7 psi. My car is rated 80 psi. Anyway, he didn't even get the thing hooked up to power. It is a gravity fed fuel pump and he put it under my hood! Iof course when I discovered all of this, I called this idiot, no answer. Still he won't answer, and I can't find half the bolts or clips he took out of my fuel tank, so he really screwed me. Cooper was his name. Do not mess with this idiot. He is a thief. He outta be in jail

Also, within one day of leaving the shop some of their work has already failed so their quality of work seems to have dropped off as well.

(1 Star) I brought my truck bed to Line-X of Kirkland for…read moreundercoating after it had been professionally sandblasted. The job was very straightforward. All that was needed was to clean off the remaining blasting media, vacuum up any loose sand, and apply a thorough undercoating. Before the work was done, I specifically asked them to make sure the underside was completely coated because I have invested a tremendous amount of time, effort, and money into restoring this truck. I chose to hire a professional rather than do it myself because I expected a higher-quality result. When I picked up the truck, I was told they had done an extra-good job, applied several coats, and were not charging me extra for the additional work. Unfortunately, after getting the truck home and inspecting it closely, I found multiple areas--at least eight easily accessible spots--that had no undercoating on them at all. These were not hidden or difficult-to-reach areas. Bare metal was left exposed, which defeats the entire purpose of protecting the truck from rust. In addition, the coating that was applied appeared very thin and inconsistent, despite being told that multiple coats had been used. This was a critical step in my restoration project, and I trusted Line-X to do the job properly. The final result did not meet even basic expectations for coverage and protection. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the work and the lack of attention to detail. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Line-X of Kirkland.
