It's not unheard of to have a bad experience, BUT be realistic and give FS AUTOWORX the opportunity to correct and improve the situation, because they DEFINITELY WILL make it right. So if you are a "Karen" please just stay home and fix it yourself since you apparently have all the answers/solutions. The dude is happy to take your money and be nice to you until it's time to answer for mistakes/poor work. I'm still waiting on a refund from stuff his mechanic messed up while regearing my differential. I also left some parts at his shop after spending upwards of $20k with him, assuming I could trust him, now he can't find the parts. My assumption is they are on his personal car, which is the same make and model as mine. "my accountant this, my accountant that" and then he finally just stopped responding. I live over an hour from the shop. Huge let down considering how much money and time I spent there. Wouldn't recommend anyone waste their time or money at this shit hole. read more

I have a 2006 vw tdi Jetta, and usually do all of my own work but when it came time to do my clutch, I just didn't have the time to do it in my garage, I reached out to FS and they agreed to do the labor for clutch replacement as well as the rear main seal while everything was apart and I would supply my own clutch. While things were apart they suggested changing the slave cylinder as well and I agreed it would be wise to do so. I got the car back and noticed a small oil leak, I reached out and they promptly scheduled a time for me to come back, and had it fixed very quickly! Fast forward a few months I thought my clutch was starting to slip so I reached back out to Jeremy and we scheduled a time for the car to be looked at, after a test drive I was able to recreate the issue after they did a visual inspection and didn't see anything wrong. Jeremy asked a lot of questions about the history of the work I had done and put a lot of thought into to what could be going on, including reaching out to previous vendors I had purchased from and sending a log of my tune back to the tuners just to double and triple check everything, just to realise I bought a clutch that wasn't quiet rated for the torque output of my engine and hence the slight slipping. I feel that Jeremy and the team really went above and beyond to be as helpful as possible and were more than easy to work with, and when it comes time for bigger projects on my vehicles that I may not have time to do, I will be reaching out to them again read more

Coming from Seattle, it's a bit of a haul for me, but Jeremy and his whole crew at FS Autoworx makes it worth the trek. I hired them to install a front hitch on my 2021 Ford Transit 250. They completed the work quickly and expertly. While they had the van, I also asked them to have a quick look at my secondary alternator, as I'd been having some issues with my electrical system. They managed to identify some flaws in the installation that I'm sure would have cost me a bunch of time and a ton of money. I greatly appreciate that they also have the ability to weld and fab. FS has become my go to for any work needed on my 1994 Land Cruiser. They've completely redone my suspension, all key geometry parts, rebuilt my axle, installed a winch, new upgraded steering gear and installed a custom rear bumper (yes this is tough on an FZJ80) in a few short days. Worst place to take your vehicle, unless you like crooked shady companies working on your vehicle and stealing from you! They don't even know where all of our parts went. They can't account for them. I had a 2011 F-350 with the 6.7 that blew up and I was trying to sell. Blake reached out to me and said he doesn't think the shop I took it to knew what they were talking about and offered to tow it to his shop and look at it for free. A few days later I get the call that it does need an engine and he offered to buy it for $1k less than what I was asking for, when I said no he said it'd take $700 to get it out. At some point he offered $1k less than that but put some shop credit on top. Once I had a buyer lined up (a day later), I told him we'll be down that night to get it out and he said after the tow bill it would be near $1,000 to get it out. After a couple conversations, he brought it down to $450, but that's still a long way from free... It's sad because it looks like he's got a good shop and knows what he's talking about but at the end of the day all he wanted was the money and stole it from a guy while he was already down. I won't be back. I disclosed every issue with the truck in the ad and he acts like he was surprised and tried to belittle everything and tell me that no one would ever pay that amount for the truck and I'm lucky he's giving me the offer even though I had 15 people ask about it and within 2 hours of being out of his shop, I got $2k more than he offered in cash. Don't deal with Blake or FS Autoworx in general, they are liars and scammers. I suggest getting everything in writing because the only thing Blake agrees with me on is everything in writing after I told him when he changed the price to get the truck out of the shop to $1k that I'm done with on the phone conversations and that everything will be in writing because I'm tired of getting scammed. read more

Best diesel shop I have been to. Hands down the best customer service. Called every single step of the way. Let me know that parts were still good but expect in the next few maintenance schedules to get some things done cause they do show wearing. I opted for them to do it while my truck was there and not worry about it later. I Can't say enough good things about them. I'm very picky who works on my truck and I have taken my truck to SEVERAL shops in the area over the years and with in 2 min of being there I knew this was the right place. I explained an issue that I thought I had and they easily could have said "yep replace that immediately" But they didn't, they showed me exactly what that part was supposed to be like and it didn't need changing. I will be coming back to this shop for everything, even if it's ordering parts that I can install, I will skip the internet and go to them. read more
