If I could give more than 5 I would!!…read more My car was smoking from a busted radiator hose and I had to find the nearest place. I was so impressed that Ann jumped right in to opine what it was because I don't know much about cars. She directed me to the auto parts store to get a particular hose, I returned and she and Octavio went to town immediately! Tools, attachments, funnel and Ann even gave some of her specialized antifreeze that she said would really do the job. They burped the engine of air, put cap on and I was good to go! I can't complain about the price either, way less than I expected. Ann is very personable knowledgeable and said she teaches the public in classes how to fix their cars. What a generous person and establishment! Go there if you have any little issue not just transmission!!

I used to love to have Adrian work on my vehicle but since the new upgraded place its been one bad…read moreexperience after another. The last 4 times I went there I waited in the lobby for so many hours. If I had known it would be that long I would have went home. The last time was 5 and a half hours in the lobby! I tried to go home at hour 3 and was asked to stay (telling me it would be soon.) The prices have really gone up. He wouldn't charge me to look at it so I thought I was getting a good deal but with the high pricing it made up for it. Several hundred dollars cheaper at other places when I called around. I got an oil change here and I made an appointment for it. I waited 3 and a half hours in the lobby and it cost a little over 100$. I mentioned I was feeling the transmission slipping and was told they would take a look at it. At checkout they said nothing, I asked them about it and another 20 minutes later they came back and said it was fine maybe I could get a tune up soon. I brought it in again a few weeks later still with the transmission slipping. They said they found a sensor out and a few other things. I paid a little over 1000$ two separate times within 3 months. Each time I asked is it worth it, to fix it? What about the transmission? I got round about answers and was told fixing it was a good option. Now after putting almost 4000$ into it within a year my transmission needs to be replaced and I can't afford to fix it or get another vehicle! I don't have words for how I feel about that. I really trusted Adrian and so I trusted his crew and I feel like they really let me down and put me in a bad spot. I'm a single mom and I needed the honesty and care I had gotten from Adrian at the beginning but I guess things change.

I procrastinate on car service and finally after my car notified me of issues and I noticed the car…read morerunning poorly I finally took my car in to be inspected and serviced. My car is a 2011 and I have had it for 10 years and only did the minimum to it (oil changes). I dropped my car off to GP Automotive and they did a thorough check of all that was required. I was not happy with the quote (cost) and we worked to figure out the minimum of what needs to be done now! After reviewing what has to be done and what can wait I decided to have all the work done. $4,408.01 was not in my budget but GP and I have a plan to keep my 2011 Chevy Cruze running for the next 5/7 years!!! I am hoping that my plan works out!! Their customer service is incredible as they keep you updated on what is happening and I was able to talk to Eric about the repairs. I'm still not happy about the cost but that is not GP's fault, my car needed all the work and I'm grateful that GP Automotive was there to help out!!!

My car had been giving me some intermittent stalling issues and one morning simply would not start…read more I had it towed to GP Automotive as they had good reviews and were located close to me. This was in February. They investigated and found a lot of parts they wanted to replace. My car being older (2005) I wasn't totally shocked by this but I asked for assurances that this would fix the problem and that the car would be reliable. They assured me this would take care of the issue. It cost $4200. Less than 300 miles later the car again died on me (intermittent stall) and I brought it back to GP Automotive (They hardly remembered me and misremembered the make and transmission of my car). They called me after a few days, said they were unable to reproduce the issue (so, no fix), and that I could pick the car up. I told them to take pride in their work and to please resolve the issue, reminding them that they had already charged me more than $4,000 and that the car was still not fixed, and that I was well within my rights to leave them a less-than-stellar review. They quickly agreed to redouble their efforts. They had the car from mid-May through to the end of July when they finally decided to replace two additional parts (they could still not confirm what the cause of the issue was) for an another $600. In that time frame I reached out for updates 15 times. They reached out to me three times. Again, less than 200 miles from pickup, the car died on me today. I will never return to GP automotive. You should never bring your vehicle there either. P.S. I would like to personally call out Nick for being extremely unreliable with updates, unrealistic on timeframes, and inaccurate in his quotes.
