I was so impressed that Ann jumped right in to opine what it was because I don't know much about cars. She directed me to the auto parts store to get a particular hose, I returned and she and Octavio went to town immediately! Tools, attachments, funnel and Ann even gave some of her specialized antifreeze that she said would really do the job. They burped the engine of air, put cap on and I was good to go! I can't complain about the price either, way less than I expected. Ann is very personable knowledgeable and said she teaches the public in classes how to fix their cars. What a generous person and establishment! Go there if you have any little issue not just transmission!!

Mark at F&F did a great job! He traced the leak to the water pump and through the course of repair found both the idler pulleys had a fair amount of putting, this in turn was causing belt wear. Since the jeep is 30 years old, those pulleys are no longer made, Mark was able to smooth them out and hopefully extend their lifespan. He also had to deal with 2 broken bolts on the water pump. Thanks for all the help!

Got a complete transmission rebuild with a 1-year warranty. It took a little over 4 weeks to get the truck back. On the test drive with manager Christian, the truck slammed into gear while shifting. He called it a "Bump Shift" and I disagreed with him. He said it was the shift kit he put in it, and he would take it out and put in the factory version. I never asked for a shift kit, so I don't know why they even put one in it. I also had leaking filter, reverse gear slippage and missing Bell Housing dust cover plate. After 3 additional attempts to get it right, my truck is still messed up. Even with a warranty they told me to take it somewhere else, and they would pay for it! What kind of business does that? Terrible attitudes, terrible customer service and a complete lack of respect for their customers. They are more than happy to take your money, but you better watch out if you have a problem. They are also not BBB accredited if that's important to you. I've found 3 other people that have had problems here. How this place has a 4.7 star rating cannot be possible. I did notice a review from a year ago that stated: "It's my dad's shop, he works so hard even on the weekends, he day and night" I guess you can make up your own mind if you think all the reviews are legit. The Manager Christian and Owner Emil should be ashamed of themselves and their complete failure to fix my truck. I feel sorry for anyone that dares to take their vehicle to them. I do want to thank Jamie at the front desk though. She was always nice to me and tried her best to help me. Thanks Jamie, good luck! They did give me 10% back for my troubles BTW, but that's not anywhere near good enough to resolve this.

We had our wheel bearings looked at and they said the should be replaced soon but not that our car was not drivable. So we took our car home to plan on when we could be without the car and bring it back. Well THREE days later, our wheel FLEW off while we were on the freeway almost causing a catastrophic car accident. We had to pay over 3,000 to fix it and towing fees. We called to complain about not be advisied that this was not drive able and that we shouldn't have drove off the lot but they said "well do what you gotta do". We also during this same time had our other vehicle under their "inspection" and "care" to replace a clutch on a manual. The replaced the clutch but it caused other issues with our motor mount. We took it to another shop after two attempts of having them "check their work" and this other shop advised us to never go back here.
