Cory gives us the run around every time, promises installation, even gave a date and time. Here it is, mid June and my parents still DO NOT have these items and services that they PAID FOR back in mid March. Cory even tried to make me feel guilty by telling me everyone there works full time elsewhere and they do this on a volunteer basis. Ok. Great! Volunteer or not, when someone (an elderly couple at that) pays for something, you should have the decency to fulfill the order or refund the money. $1500 is a lot of money to most people, especially elderly who are on a fixed income and just wanted a flag to fly in their yard. Sad. This is very sad to see.

Invoice states the NFP name with invoice # and my husband as the customer. In September 2023 my husband left the NFP and emailed Justic Graphics regarding this change and provided new contact information of the president of the NFP. The NFP has not paid Justice Graphics for the services and Justice Graphics still has the product in their possession. My husband just received a letter from Justice Graphics with the intention they will send him to collections over the unpaid amount of $755.54 even though the invoice was placed through the NFP while he was a representative. We are currently researching legal options if this progresses any further.

Although Dave gave such a warming response when I initially requested the service, that was not the…read moreexperience I received once I actually arrived. The seamstress was very curt and rude upon entry on the establishment. When she did come from around the back of the store, she abruptly snatched my daughter's dress out of my hand, took my request and gave me my yellow sip for pick up. End of discussion. The big problem came when it was time to grab the prom dress. Now in fairness, I was 8 minutes late to the location, since running around for this special event. However, I did call but when I received no answer, I figured that she was just busy. To my small heart attack, the establishment was closed. I was devasted to say the least! I would've really liked a phone call to say "Hey, I'm leaving soon", or "Are you still picking up the dress", something or anything for that matter. Especially seeing that it was a special event. I honestly, would've appreciated a little customer service moment, that would've made all the difference with being a first time customer. I will say that after I called my friend for help, she got in contact with the owner (I presume) and managed to get her to come back and open the shop so I can get my daughter's prom dress. Thank Goodness for good friends, right?!! I'm not sure if I would return or not but I'm definitely not using the place for urgent needs or special requests. Good customer service is really about those tiny steps to make every customer feel like they're appreciated for choosing your business, and I hope no one else has to go through this experience.
